I only gave one star b/c it wont not let me give one. They deserve ZERO stars. My sister sold her car to them and they were supposed to give $500 cash but only gave them restaurant vouchers and a $500 tax write off form. She isnt working right now and really needed the cash!

Quick and mostly painless! They did tell me that my pickup would be scheduled on the next day, but then I got a call a couple hours later from the tow company saying they were on their way. I had to abruptly leave work.That being said, it was a good peace of mind not having to worry about getting my undriveable car to the scrap yard!
