Coparts wants transporters to use the app so when you do they dont LOL They dont do appointments Coparts is a joke. I rather deal with IAA any day....... The young lady that works the counter was helpful.

I called around 415pm for a quick question. I was on hold forever. When someone finally answered, the call was dropped. I called several more times. Each time I was on hold for long periods of time. Someone even answered and put me back on hold before my call was dropped again. This went on until they closed at 5pm. The last call was the same. Someone answered, said they were the wrong place and then ransferred my call; where I was on hold til my call dropped for the final time.

It was a good vist purchase 4 vehicles

Well they dont do their job was supposed to pickup my vehicle on a Friday never came or notify me why they didnt come .need to be better at communicating

If you like waiting multiple hours for people to do their job than this is the place for you!

Very unprofessional. We’ve currently been here for over an hour & only been getting the complete run around to simply clean out a totaled car. We’ve called the General insurance company to help settle the issue at least 4 times to the point their manager has now tried to reach out to copart. If your car gets towed here, have patience or bail money ready.

This company is a bunch of THIEVES!!!! I got a notice that they picked up my abandoned car and were applying to gain control of the title. My car has never left my possession since I bought it. I contacted them and explained that my car was sitting in my driveway on the other end of the state. The car they had was a maroon four-door. My car is a gold two door. They said in February that they would fix the problem. Now here I sit in July with a car that I cannot tag, insure, drive, or sell because they own my title. My car is still sitting in my garage in EAST Tennessee. I’ve never been to Memphis! Ive notified the attorney general. I would give zero stars but it wont allow me to post unless I Give them at least one star!

Appointment app will let you set Appointment up and check in but they dont do or honor appointments. Waited over 3 hours to pick up one car.

I had a friend go pick up a Chevy Silverado, and so I called ahead to make sure they would take care of her since she wouldnt know what to do (and most of these places arent always pleasant). Boy, did they--not only did they drive the car out for her, they also made sure she had air in the tires, and even gave her a few gallons of gas so she could get to a gas station! Top notch service for an auto auction place--thank you so much guys. Whoever was responsible, you really made our day. thanks again.

It seems this is another company that used covid as a way to excuse ridiculous wait times and horrible customer service.

Copart is has a smooth running office. I gave them title to my totaled car at the request of the other drivers insurance co. This was USAA which has a good reputation so I turned in the title despite not having been paid yet. It felt stupid on my part but a few days later I got my check.

Friendly staff. Loader drivers are good. Parking lot is gravel and very limited which made it very difficult in a large truck.

I just retrieved my Yukon Denali from the Memphis lot as I am retaining my truck from a total loss accident, and the guage cluster is missing. I should have stuck to my gut and forced the vehicle to be stored at a local lot that I could trust.

I wish I could give them noooo stars!!! Please do not buy any vehicles from this auction. There pictures that are listed on their website are misleading and are NOT UPDATED with the actual conditions of the vehicle. As a buyer I spend $25,000.00 on a 2007 Bentley which was listed on their website WITHOUT ANY DAMAGES. However, once my car hauler driver went to pick up the vehicle it had several damages and the Copart Managment staff tried blaming the car hauler for the damages; when the driver was NEVER ALLOWED TO GO BACK TO THE YARD TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE!

They are scammers, I bought a truck they said it is run and drive!. In there lot it didnt start. there mechanic tried his best and couldnt. They refused to reverse the sale. Rude girls, bad people.Be careful when buying from them
