In July, my automobile was rear-ended. Being that we are in these unprecedented times, I went out to multiple auto collision shops and AutoNation was the fastest to answer without having to book my car one month out. They arrange for someone to come and take up my car from my residence. Every time something new was done to my vehicle, I received emails and phone calls. Everyone was incredibly nice and courteous. The entire procedure was straightforward and stress-free. My automobile was returned to me in less than a month. The most amusing and appreciative aspect of my experience was when Ms Emma told me to call if anything went wrong or sounded odd. Well, I went to the store one night a few days after bringing my car home, and it stopped working. I do not know much about vehicles other than the fact that mine needs to function properly. So I phoned AutoNation, and the next morning they sent out the nicest gentleman to inspect my vehicle. He stated that it was the battery, which had nothing to do with the repairs they performed on my vehicle. We proceeded to AutoZone together, where he allowed me to use his AutoNation discount to purchase a battery. I was so happy! I am still grateful to them to this day. And I would recommend them on any given day. Thankx AutoNation!
Portia with AutoNation Collision was wonderful, start to finish. She helped me navigate the warranty process with the AutoNation Ford service department, kept me informed with the progress, scheduled my appointment, met me outside when I arrived - she even handled the entire process of getting my windows tinted with a sub of theirs and STILL had my vehicle ready a day early! I was dreading the whole thing but my the paint on my hood started chipping so badly that I finally had to address it. I’m thankful for Portia for making a potentially painful process, much much easier than I could’ve ever hoped for.

I used Autonation because they were able to see me sooner than other collision body shops nearby. I had damage to the front driver side and it took about 3 weeks to repair. Came back looking good!

Overall my experience was excellent. Everyone is very professional and make you feel welcome. Mrs. Ema at the front desk is sweet and even went out of her way to organized a ride for me to get my rental. Chris was the rep who helped me with my repairs and he was great! Update: After following up couple of times with the General Manager on the provided contact number below in the response, I never got a call back and they never answer the call. It goes to their voice mail.I so much wanted to give a 5-Star rating to the AutoNation Collision Center. I had a front drivers side collision. Upon doing some Googleing, I decided to go with AutoNation. I had my car here for almost a month and a half. As I have read the reviews beforehand, many people complained they take it very long to do the work. I was very patient with them. I never called to check upon them. DJ was the person responsible for the work order. And I must say he was very professional and Courteous along with one other gentleman(I forgot the name). These two people changed my perspective towards AutoNation despite the negative reviews. They even worked with me to save me some money from my deductible amount. I was very impressed.DJ used to call me every few days to update me with the process. But the reason for not giving a 5 star despite the exceptional service, is when I received the car, I saw a few imprefections on the work done by them. My engine hood wasnt fixed properly. There were some panel gaps in the front end. And my Driver side door struggles a bit when opening the door as it touches the front quarter panel. I asked them before leaving the shop, and they sort of fixed it, but the problem persisted after a few miles of driving the vehicle. I thought the big name of AutoNation does not carry in the work they do. But I guess, they are not perfect either.
DJ was legit. Told me it would possibly take two weeks and it only took 7 days. The quote originally given was almost the exact cost which never happens. Will use him again if needed!

I had my 2018 Mustang GT repaired at this shop, and it was not a very good experience. My rear bumper required minor repair after being hit lightly from behind. The shop actually did a good job repairing the spot that was damaged, but the issues and problems that took place after the fact is what bothers me.After the initial repair, my backup/parking sensor where not working. I did not realize this until I got home and was backing into my driveway. My car was backed into a parking spot when I initially went to pick it up, and the person that backed it into that spot did not notice the big red warning on the screen that said parking sensor fault?I also found defects in the paint job on the rear bumper (entire bumper had to be repainted during initial repair) after washing it. So when I took it back in for the sensor issue, told them to fix the defect in the paint. They said, its just some trash under the clear coat...ok so your paint room is not clean?So they fixed the sensors (apparently they did not plug it back in the first time) and fixed the issue with the paint defect. But when I go to pick up my car this time, I notice completely new scratches and scrapes on the passenger side of rear bumper, and rear diffuser? So at this point I am like, WTF. Manager tells me, oh thats nothing we can get that out...just give me 5 minutes...45 minutes later they bring the car back out and tell me they were able to polish the scrape marks out, and that somebody rubbed the wet/dry vac across the car.So long story short, this place does not pay attention to detail, they do not do a very good job of quality control checks before they deliver your car back to you, and they will not take very good care of it, when its in their possession. I will never take my vehicle here again, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Auto Nation did the repairs on my truck following an unfortunate freak accident. They towed it to their shop and worked directly with my insurance company so I didn’t have to deal with the financial part of it. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and courteous, and they kept me informed about what was going on throughout the entire process. The work was done quickly, and my truck looked brand new. They even washed it and cleaned the interior.
David handled my repairs with the utmost professionalism. He called regularly with status updates and got my car back to me far more quickly than I expected. I highly recommend Auto Nation.

I got hit by someone and took it here because it was close to my home & work. The staff was very helpful and friendly right off the bat. They were always available when I called. My actual repairs took longer than I expected, but I wont complain because they were very good about keeping me informed of what was going on. The person who hit me had his insurance company take care of the fees and I had some issues with them about paying for my rental. James at AutoNation took the issues into his own hands and worked it out for me. It was such a nice notion. I havent gotten my car back yet, but Im sure its in good shape. Based on service, I definitely recommend these guys.
I dropped my truck off on June 12, and as of today July 12 it is still in the shop. The truck needed both drivers side doors replaced, and it has been 30 days. I have had to drag information out of their estimator. This repair was supposed to originally have taken 8-12 days but again I still do not have my vehicle returned to me. The only information I received from their estimator was when I called myself to try to get information. I would not take a bicycle to this repair shop. I only hope my repair is correct, I will never darken the door of this shop again and caution others to get information in writing prior to dropping their vehicle off.I was informed, after my truck was in the shop for 21 days, that one of the doors was on national back order. I of course had to call to get this information myself, I asked the collision manager why they had me drop my vehicle off if they did not have the repair parts in hand.
Very dissatisfied with overall service here. Take your car elsewhere other wise youll end up spending more. Had my car for 2 months and then had to make 3 additional trips back to have bills and other interior issues fixed. Took my car to another dealership 3 months later and they have found multiple bolts and clips loose or missing on the repairs made.
Was originally told that it would take about five working days to complete the job, but due to receiving a bad part, the job took a week longer. I didnt like that I had to reach out to find out this information. I feel that I should have been informed about what was going on. It wasnt until I inquired about the status, thinking it was close to finished, that I found out it would be an additional week. On the plus side, the job that was done was excellent!
I had an accident and my car was towed to this dealer. Between GEICO and the person handling my claim at Autonation, I kept getting conflicting information. Autonation told me it was not repairable and GEICO kept telling me they were fixing it. I got an estimate of 6K from the GEICO claims person. 10 days went by and I had heard nothing, I was traveling when this happened so I was paying to stay at an RV park the entire time just waiting for my car to be fixed and neither Autonation nor GEICO kept me in the loop. I kept checking in myself to Autonation after that figuring thats what it took to get it done, keep checking. I kept getting his voicemails and he would never answer them (DJ). I did catch him live once or twice but I think they started filtering me and telling me he was unavailable after that. Both times we talked he said it was unrepairable and they had supplementals that GEICO needed to approve and they were waiting for GEICO. One time they called and suggested if I call GEICO maybe someone might show up at Autonation and approve the supp. I started calling 800 numbers and they kept giving me names higher up the appraiser chain, none of which returned any calls. Couple times they changed the appraiser and that didnt work either, everyones voicemails pretty much said they were on vacation and checking messages and to call someone else, who also never answered. Finally about 19 days or so after the accident I went to the dealer to look for my car and found NOTHING had been done, absolutely nothing, they had removed the dangling parts and put them in back and it had sat 19 days without being touched, all apparently because either GEICO was not communicating with them, or they were in some kind of disagreement over how to handle it. Meanwhile I had a rental provision in my insurance for 30 days max, well they wasted 20 of those days getting absolutely NOTHING done, then after I saw the untouched car at day 19 and called GEICO to raise hell at the 800 number, they FINALLY sent a supervisor there to view the supplemental, he made me cool my jets for 3 more days before he told me they were totaling the car. So for 19 of those days I did not know the car was totaled so I did not car shop at all. 2 days later its gone. Now I only had a week of paid rental to shop for a replacement car, on the road, with dogs along, and lo and behold I did not find a replacement in the remaining rental days. Now Im at my vacation destination in a motorhome with no car and paying for a rental out of my own pocket and trying to car shop. IN SUMMARY, this Autonation may have good body people and hard working staff, but their claims management people that sit in cubicles absolutely dropped the ball for 19 days and GEICO even more so. Id probably seek another body shop, a competent claims dept would have kept contacting GEICO instead of doing NOTHING for 19 days while the whole time I have been assured they were fixing it. It was very sad. I complained to GEICO as well about their adjusters but do you think that matters to them, no. GEICO in Memphis has a horrible staff of adjusters and Autonation doesnt properly manage their jobs.

The only reason Im not giving my experience a 5-star rating is because the day AFTER they called me and told me my car had been completed, I showed up to pick it up and waited 30 minutes for them to tell me it wouldnt be ready until the end of the day! However, I must say they did a great job on my car! It had been broken into - window cut out and scratches in different areas on my paint. They ordered a new window and repainted the panels that were scratched. My car looks brand new! I would definitely use them again - but hopefully, I wont need to!

I did not have a great experience with AutoNation Collision Center on Mt. Moriah. The adjuster who I wont name publicly missed a large part of the damage to my Honda Odyssey . His excuse- I brought it in when it was raining ! Really !! We pulled the van into a covered garage work shop. He missed a piece of medal that was damaged that everybody could see. Even on the pictures that we took the day my van was hit in Kroger parking lot. Then the manager asked me if we did more damage to the van after the adjuster looked at the van. Another Really !! Insulting. His adjuster missed it and that made us bad drivers. Needless to say my easy 2 day repair turned into 8. Not happy. Dont go when it is raining !!
Never go to this business. I had my car repaired after an accident. when I got the car back, the interiors dirty, though was cleaned after I told them; windshield small chip, i was told its there before I dropped the car to them; paint smell in the car, no response whether its harmful to health; not replacement to the right front wheel cover as promised. if you called them, youd be either transferred to a voice recorder or cut off suddenly. if you mail them, most of time no response. someone may have a happy experience, but not me. anyway, take a second consideration when you decide to this one.

Everyone at AutoNation was so helpful and professional. Its never fun having a vehicle in the repair shop, mostly a hassle, but they have a way of making the process go smoothly and are willing to help anyway they can.

By far the crappiest place Ive ever seen. Everyone that walked in the door was a dissatisfied customer that didnt get the car repaired correctly the first time in there, just like me. They refused to replace parts that were damaged because they said it was cheaper to fix them. I dont care that its cheaper, all I wanted was my car repaired correctly to my satisfaction and it still isnt. Car still is damaged. Ive had it in there 3 times and on the 3rd time they somehow put 96 miles on my car. Yet they claimed they lost my key fob for 4 days. I would give a negative number or zero stars if I could on the review. I would stay away from this shop at all cost. Nothing but frustration dealing with arrogance and incompetence from this place.
Customer Beware!!! Avoid this bodyshop!I took my car here for a very minor bumper repair after I was tapped from behind. I chose this place based on previous reviews, but to my suprise this place is horrible. The inital repair has various issues. I had to take the car back to them twice. And its still not fixed right.1. My back up sensors did not work after I got my car back.2. There was visible debri, dirt, defects under the clear coat when I picked up car.3. There was new damage to my bumber in an area that was not even previously damaged.4. Bumber does not line up to the wheel wheel fender now (1/4) gap. There was not gap before.5. There are swirl, and deep scratch marks under my truck lid, that was not previously there.The bottom line is, your car will be worse off than what it was when you brought it in. STAY AWAY. I called to talk to General Manager, he was in a meeting Left my contact info, never heard back from him/her.

I bought my car back because I had new struts put on my car prior to my accident. I had 2 other reputable places inform me my struts had been tampered with which cause my steering wheel to shake upon reaching 50mph, which was not an issue prior. Needless to say, this establishment denied having done anything wrong.

Worst service, they cheat in every angle, they charged $240.00 for a same Tire that is $180.00 in Walmart and other places, when asked they said, why you worry, your insurance will pay for that, it’s open cheating, they charge every part and service double the price than market price, never take your vehicle for repair in Auto Nation Collision Center location. At first they said it will be done in one week but later pushed the delivery date to 3 weeks, No planning No consistency in price.

Took my car in Friday of last week the estimated time was four days to fix on Tuesday may 31 I called the they said my car was just being worked on they also said we dont take drop offs on Friday then why have me come up there with my only car to drop it off and its the only way to get around Memphis Tennessee here it is Thursday June 2 and and my car is still there now btw Im visiting here from PA

Not satified with the recent work done on my car. Be cautious about choosing this business. Picked up my car 5/19/2017. Very disappointed, they had the car for 2 1/2 months. Bad front wheel alignment, went today to goodyear on Mt moriah, to have redone.Spending money out of my pocket. Pissed off!!! Other things to complaint about, Be aware!!!

I went to get my hood and bumper painted due to scratches. I had to take my truck back because obviously some areas were not painted due to the scratches reappearing. When I took my truck for an estimate I was advised that if the car is not painted the scratches can possibly come back. Last Friday I looked at the hood and saw scratches so I called today and did not appreciate the attitude I received. After my car is corrected I will not go back there for service.
Dand the entire staff were and did a very profesional job. MY car was returned to me on time and looked as god as new. Thank you and if I ever ned anorher body repair on my car, I wil come back to Autonation fr repairs.
