Nice staff, you pay before getting your tattoo. Im not entirely pleased with the outcome of mine and its a simple design, and cost me 300 (including a $50 tip I wish I hadnt given). The skull is horrible and have no idea how to cover it.

Really was not worth the money. The artist I had, (Brian)was overpriced and under delivered. They did not open on time and it took all day to do simple tattoos. It was freezing cold, so I guess they had no heat. You have to pay Before you get your tattoo, didnt like that. Not again, shops are overrated. Ive gotten the same quality work for a way better price from a tattoo artist that was not in a shop.

Got a fantastic tattoo from Jan! I came in as a walk in and he took a wild idea from me and ran with it. The lines are incredibly clean and the art is great. The shop itself is one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen (I’ve been tattooed in 3 states), and the team is super easy-going. Would definitely come back to this shop.

My sisters and I stopped in on our weekend trip to Memphis. We each got a tattoo or two. Everyone was professional and friendly. The place was clean. My artist did a great job on my small tattoo.

By far one of the most professional tattoo shops I’ve been to this far. Experience was amazing, and the tattoo artist was super cool. Definitely will be back soon for more ink.

Friend & I got our first tattoos and LOVED the experience! The female tattoo artist (forgot her name, i am terrible so sorry) led us through the process and was super kind!! And she tattooed us EXACTLY how we wanted. Definitely coming again. Very clean, professional, and free suckers!

I had a wonderful experience getting two tattoos by Richard. I originally walked-in to make an appointment. Richard asked if I was interested in receiving my ink the same day. Of course I didnt turn down that offer. The establishment was very clean, well lit, and had a overall great appearance. The artists were all very helpful and delighted to help. I will definitely be returning for more great inkwork.

My wife and I took our honey moon to Tennessee. The first thing we did is get tattoos at Inked. We wanted little puzzle heart and key tattoos. They were a bit pricey in my opinion. They are not great tattoos. Not what you want the day after your wedding. We cant just go back and have them touched up we live 500 miles away. The lines are not crisp and there are lines that dont belong. We were tattooed by an apprentice who had only been tattooing for 4 months and were not told that until on the middle of the tattoos. And the price they charged us was for a professional tattoo. We felt like we were pushed off on to the apprentice because the other tattoo artist couldnt be bothered to do a tattoo he thought he was above doing. We would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

Without a doubt THE worst tattoo I have ever had the displeasure of having permanently engraved in my body. I will give them props for being nice and profession, but please stay away from the artist Connie with a 10 foot pole. Thin, wobbly, and sometimes incomplete lines make up the majority of my tattoo, and I already know that I’ll have to have it reworked once it’s healed. They really should have a higher standard for artists and teach them how to properly tattoo for a place with an otherwise good reputation.

Jen, the assistant manager, was very welcoming. My artist, Jake, was super dope. THIS WAS MY FIRST TATTOO and I’m nearly 40. Jake and I laughed and talked about everything from cleaning the ocean to mission work, to the history channel and family matters. He was genuine. He wasn’t just talking to me because I was his client. He was authentic. I plan to direct any and everyone I know to him.I just walked in and got this tattoo the same day. My experience was probably the best tattoo experience to date. I went spur of the moment and was able to get seated with Jake in a fairly short amount of time. He took the time to understand what I wanted and then made it his own - which served to enhance my vision for the better. There was great communication, the shop is clean, the artists I met are fabulous, and I am one happily tattooed (again) lady.

Above and beyond one of the best tattoo experiences I’ve had. Booga was amazing!! She spent so much time talking to me and making sure I was happy with the design before beginning. The attention to detail she gives is astonishing and she was always concerned if I needed a break for any reason. I truly cannot day enough complimentary things about Booga!! Anyone who really cares about their body art cannot do better than her or Inked Tattoo!!

Had the privilege of getting tattooed by Jake. It was a koi fish I first thought about 20 years ago while in the Navy so glad I waited. The experience in the Inked shop was excellent . I would recommend this shop to anyone I know. I would also recommend Jake the guy knows his craft cannot thank him enough for a great tattoo .

This place is absolutely amazing, great people and even better art. My boyfriend and I stopped by while weve been staying in town, both walk ins @ like 9 pm and the owner and Ivy helped us and were so kind and made us both feel comfortable. Free first touch up, definitely going back when in town.

Last year I got a septum and a medusa piercing and the piercer (don’t remember his name) was great! He made sure I was comfortable and the environment was very sterile. Today I got my nipples pierced by Priscilla and Markeith (i think?) and they were very friendly and made the whole thing comfortable. Everyone made sure that I understood what was being done and why and they gave very thorough aftercare advice. Amazing service.

I searched for hours on my birthday for a shop that would do my original piece. After being turned down by 2 shops I found this gem. The artist myke was very open to what I wanted done and happy to draw out an original piece rather than telling me he couldnt. I very much enjoyed my visit and went back for a touch up and consult for a new one. I am ecstatic with my work, the friendliness of my artist, & the clean environment it is in. Pricing is affordable and worth every penny. They have definitely made a loyal customer of me.

Was in town with my Mom for our annual Graceland and Tupelo trip. We wanted to go all out this year and got matching Elvis tattoos. Our artist was friendly, awesome, and charged us a hella good price for two tattoos. The open atmosphere of the shop is really cool. Not a bad location, kinda tucked away.

Rachel is an amazing artist. She took my modified design, had a couple of suggestions which we liked, and she was finished in under half an hour. Awesome.

Walked in for consult and spoke with Ivy. She was very Helpful and friendly. I asked about price and time for an ankle cuff I wanted . She looked at my design and right away gave me an approx price and time. She said she had some free time today after 5pm if I wanted to come back. I came back and she got everything set up. Fresh clean environment with surgically seal tools, just makes you feel good. She put on the stencil then we got to work. She was very open to me pointing things out and quickly corrected what I perceived needed to be. I will post pick tomorrow, thanks Ivy you rock. Go to Inkes you wont be disappointed .

I received a nose piercing. It hurt like hell but, the guy that did it made feel comfortable. They use brand new equipment, and they open the wraps right in front of you. I would definitely go back again.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MARKEITH!Before I went to Inked, I went to another tattoo shop right down the road to see about doing a cover up for a very old tattoo and they let me down by saying “I won’t be able to do it, or I’ll try” and “it’s gonna take a lot of work.” Thankfully I didn’t give up looking and went into Inked Memphis and Markeith right away helped me out and began talking with me about what we can do. Just finished my first session with Markeith and he was so helpful that all I have left to do is shading. Tattoo looks MAGNIFICENT already from the start, can’t wait for the final product!

Very unhappy with my experience. The tattoo doesnt have the same detail as the picture I gave for reference. $100 an hour to sit and feel uncomfortable, as well....not the tattooing process itself but every shop Ive ever been I have felt comfortable and invited. Here I did not feel welcome. No conversation whatsoever. Also a lot of ink missing from the tattoo and color outside of the lines as if a child did it. And I have several tattoos and take great care of them and have never experienced this issue. I expect so much more for $100 an hour...Will NEVER go again and will let everyone know how I feel...UNDERGROUND ART is where its at, yall. Sarah Forbess is an amazing artist...

Only place Ive ever gone, will they will tattoo anyone. Even if they are visibly intoxicated, where they should be declined as customers.The artists never compared tattoos even though they were suppose to be matching. An one tattoo made it somewhat the other is complete gone.. I wouldntrecommend place for the fact of the artist arent there to do actual quality work. They were just in it for the money. An thats not what a tattoo parlor should be.

This tattoo shop is amazing!! Its very modern, clean, organized, with great people (especially Rachel), and did I mentioned CLEANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN! My #1 concern with any place is cleanliness, and to my expectations. If its clean it makes me feel comfortable. One day I was online in search for a good tattoo artist...which I have several tattoos and could have easily gone to a previous shop I have visited. For this tattoo, I wanted to actually do some research, because it was for a cover up and I wanted to add watercolors. The name of this place stood out and they are located in my favorite part of town: Midtown. I first looked online for reviews...THANK YOU GOOGLE AND YELP! I also went on their website looking at different artists work. Rachels stood out to me the most. She has a lot of detailed work applying watercolors. Her customers also left amazing comments as well.I inquired about an appointment via web, and Rachel replied back to me within 24 hours. We scheduled a consultation. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time, and she saw me immediately. I explained to her what I was wanting to do, and she gave me a few suggestions, which I totally loved. A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment, so I scheduled for the following weekend. I was very nervous (even though I have multiple times) when I arrived. The tattoo shop was looking vibrant and clean as usual. I was there 20 minutes before my appointment (sweating bullets lol). Rachel came in prepared....which is a triple plus for me! I was waiting no time. She made sure I was comfortable, before she started. Even though, it was a painful process I took it very well, and Im thankful that Rachel has a light hand...Ive had previous people with heavy hands do my tattoos.If I decide to get another tattoo (which I am..lol), Rachel will be my go to person. Shes awesome...her work speaks for itself!!!

If there was a way to give them 0 stars, I would. The customer service is terrible and they charge $125 per hour. They didnt even greet us when we walked in the door. They acted as if they didnt want us there. I would not advise anyone to go.

I recently went here to celebrate my 18th birthday. I was getting my very first tattoo which was a treble clef on my wrist. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean and laid back it was. I had Brent. He was very chill and told me not to worry at all and thats exactly what I did. He also told me which colors would look the best on my skin tone so that I wouldnt look stupid afterwards lol. I really appreciated that. I felt very calm while getting my first tattoo. Im definitely going back for a second one and would recommend this shop to anyone whos getting there first or 100th tattoo!
