I love my dermal.

They are very clean. smelled like bleach when I went in there. Asked for a tragus piercing and got a surface tragus piercing. not what I asked for. Did not ask before putting needle in the side of my face if that is the piercing I wanted. but it was painless and sterile. gave me a free piercing because he messed up. also amazing singing voice. but ask your customers before you put a needle in them if that’s the piercing they want.

I got my dimples pierced and Monroe. The prices where awesome and they did a great job!

Clean environment, but very unpleasant and unprofessional. Got a nose piercing, wasnt asked if I like the placement (which is to high for a hoop) and then was told to use some type of alcohol to clean it, which is wrong.

Went in today to catch the black Friday sale in the Oak Court Mall and the guy name was Trey who did my piercing. He was quick, professional, light handed, and made me feel comfortable. It was a clean environment, Ill be back soon!

When I walked into the store there was no other customers there but me. There was one employee at the front desk and she was audibly speaking on the phone while she was helping me. Her name wasTanisha. She asked what piercing I wanted and collected my payment and ID (all while on the phone). She then made me wait outside the piercing room so she could set up. When she got off the phone she told me to come in and then got on the phone with another person and remained on the phone while she did my piercing. She did not inform me of what she was doing the whole time she was doing my piercing. She literally just grabbed my septum with the clamps and shoved the needle through. She didn’t feel for placement or even look for my sweet spot before she shoved the needle through. She did not clean my nose before or after my piercing. She did not know what she was doing and she was very rude and passive the whole time. When I went to look at the placement she scoffed at me like she was amused I cared about her butchering my nose. I was very upset and just ready to leave by the time she was finished and I just left. She pierced my septum crooked and through my cartilage and left it bloody. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and will not be back again.

Ok guys I went to get my ear pierced I got a industrial and they didn’t have me sign any papers and with me not thinking I didn’t ask cause they ask to see my ID and I got my ears pierced and she pierced them and 3 weeks later my ear was so swollen and it kinda deform my ear so I called a piercing professional and she seen many different problems on how she Pierced it wrong ! I’m highly up set ! I didn’t pay just to have an infected ear I made sure I clean it so it wasn’t on my behalf ! I would go back up there but because they didn’t have me sign papers I don’t have proof ! 🤦🏾‍♀️ And they were taking all day !

Went into the location today and the young lady that was at the register told me my total was $60 which my receipt showed $40. When inquired about it she stated that the extra $20 was for payroll. I was scammed out of my $20. She placed it in an envelope labels Tanisha money. I will be calling to speak with management. I will not refer anyone to go there again.

Very sweet ladies. They done my last two Piercings on my ears and the ladies were very knowledgeable and helped me understand what I needed. Placement was very accurate and very good service!

How much is there is it to get a nose ring

Eric your new artist was let go due to the flirtation with female customers, is argumentative with customers in front of a shop full of customers, also we noticed that he was getting $200 tip when he gave the customer a price he would put some other amount in the register. He put a price on his head for flirting with the wrong customer and now her brother is after him. I am posting this because he is using my business website reviews to tell everyone where he is. You see none of his work on our page.

I called to inquire about piercings prices. The person who answered the phone said “gotta man” then said “Trinkets”. Completely unprofessional. They lost a potential customer.

We enjoyed our experience. My daughter got her second hole pierced again. The pregnant lady there was very friendly and an asset to this company. The prices were great. The quality of this little store is excellent. We will return for sure. Claires is obnoxious and over priced. Thank you for opening this store.

My first piercing and she was awesome. The needle thru me off but she got right to the business and didnt add to my trepidation. Her service was very quick.

Very inexperienced. I went for a simple switch out of piercings, and the worker gave me an entirely new piercing. Like she created a whole that wasn’t even there. I was bleeding a lot and everything. Now I have to wait for everything to heal and get a new piercing. Such a horrible experience. I didn’t even know I had two holes until I went home and cleaned my face up etc. smh
