I had a lengthy list of repairs, some complex and some smaller, straight-forward jobs. They tackled them all professionally over the course of a week. Now, my vehicle feels and drives like new. Sunrise never disappoints!! I went through the online process and was contacted within the hour from the dealership to set up an appointment. Mark was super helpful throughout the day in preparation for my visit and he continued the stellar customer service throughout the purchase process. EDIT: 7/20/21As of today no one at Sunrise ever returned my phone calls regarding the purchase of this vehicle, and as such I had to get on a waiting list at a local reputable shop to take a look at it. They called today to inform me the engine has internal damage and to fix it, it would require a new engine. I got to drive the car for about a week and a half before I had to park it and wait to have it looked at. Please don’t do business here. Take your hard earned money somewhere where they will at least return your phone calls if you have a problem.Original review:BEWARE: The stereotypical used car experience still exists here. Everyone was friendly at the time of sale, assuring me the car I was paying cash for was in excellent shape and had been thoroughly looked over by their service center. (I had saved for over a year to purchase a car) 2 weeks later and the check engine light has come on and it is virtually unable to be driven.I have tried calling multiple times just to see what my options are and have been told I have to speak to the Used Car Sales Manager, who is in a meeting every time I call and has never called me back. How disappointing and unprofessional. If you are not willing to help, just say so, don’t duck my calls.

Writing this review for a friend....went to merely look inside a truck to see details since we had already spoken with a salesperson by phone the previous day. We were looking inside the truck in the car lot and were ambushed by a sales manager that refused to accept that we did not want help. (we had also told the sales associate that we did not need help and she returned with the sales manager). the manager was PUSHY, demanding personal information, arrogant, offensive, disrespectful, and nothing less than a bully. WAY OUT OF LINE! I suspect he is a young manager unsure of himself which aggravated his inability to handle his position in a professional manner. We left, but not before letting the young sales manager, or whoever he was, know that he acted inappropriately, to which he walked off and mumbled rude and flippant comments under his breath. What a complete lack of respect and professionalism. They lost a customer today. we will be purchasing elsewhere.

Brought my car in with list of items to fix. Two of the items on the list were not fixed. One item was either not documented on the ticket or was flat out not done by the repair person. The other item was documented on the ticket; however, when I picked up my car, I was told that my car did not have a cabin air filter so it was not completed. That is absolutely not true. My cabin air filter is accessible from the engine compartment on a 2001 Buick Regal LS and not behind the glove box. The service manager was quite friendly and they did all other tasks, but paying attention to details is important to me and the excuse for not changing my cabin air filter was flat out a lie and scores either the incompetence of the technician to research the problem or there is something larger going on and that is that you just didnt want to do the work at all. I am ready to buy a new car soon, but these actions question whether Sunrise Buick is the place where I should continue to patronize. By they way, the second item that was not done was replacing a tiny light bulb in my shift console so I could see what gear I was in. That wasnt done either even though when I dropped my car off, it was discussed several times with the service manager and I thought he documented it on the service ticket. When I picked up my car, it clearly had not been documented nor was completed.

Unfortunately, service was not was I expected from dealership. We received a check engine light on the vehicle. On-star sent a message saying to have the vehicle serviced in 7 days.I called the dealership to schedule an appointment. The scheduler told me they are backed up at one location 2-3 business days, at other locations, 2 weeks. They said after we leave the car, expect them to get to it by mid-week next week. After I leave the car... I would think that if I schedule an appointment, the would begin working on it the same day.This turn-around is way below what I would expect when paying dealership prices.Am going to local trusted mechanic for same-day service.

They need to clean after an oil change,They change my oil and fuel filter on my 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 and it was a big spot of diesel under my truck. I look and it was not clean all that diesel came off after the replacement. Where the oil filter was it was spots of oil all around. All it need a towel and clean after an oil changeGuy that took my truck to the back was excellent service. Expect the mechanics

My truck was experiencing transmission issues so I brought it in for check out. Took the shop 4 days to even look at it. I was told they only have one transmission tech and he was sick. Considering the size of this dealership I would expect the service department to be properly staffed to provide timely service.

I bought a used Ford Escape here the end of May. I was assured it was in great shape and had been looked over by their service department. I drove it for a week and a half then the check engine light came on and it started running rough. (Check engine light said misfire on cylinder 2) I called and asked if there was anything they could do to help. I had only driven it a handful of times. I was told I needed to speak with the used car manager but he was in a meeting, so I left a message. Call never returned. I called again. Same story. Called again. Same story. This was over the course of about a week and a half. In the meantime the car had been parked in my driveway as I did not want to risk driving it.Being unable to speak with anyone at Sunrise, I decided to take it to a shop on my own. All the shops in town are currently overwhelmed so I had to get on a waiting list to bring it in. After several weeks on the waiting list I was finally able to bring it in for diagnostics. I was praying for something minor, but was unfortunately told that it has internal engine damage and would need a new engine to fix it.I worked hard to save money for this car, only to get to drive it for a week and a half and be ghosted by the dealership that sold it to me. I expected Sunrise to at least speak to me about the situation, even if they would have been unwilling to help.

Scheduled and confirmed my appointment several times only to show up and be told that service was closed. Came back the next day and somebody moved my appointment to the following day which was nice but would have saved me an hour of time plus the hassle of missing additional work. Then was told I had enough points for a free service only to then be told that my sales person never signed me up. So I ended up paying and was told to call a number to now set it up myself. My idea of great service is not having to do things on my own that someone else neglected. There was little care or concern to take care of any of this, it was all on me.

Just not a good experience! It seems the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. It started with a recall on my Yukon at the beginning of this year. Was put on a waiting list because they didnt have the part. Then was called till the part was there. Called to confirm my appointment and was told that they didnt have the parts and dont know when they would get them! I was told Id be followed up with have yet to hear from anybody and its 8 months later😨

The online experience for me worked out fabulously. I travel frequently and needed to locate the truck I ended up purchasing. From start to finish Mark helped build a vehicle and had it delivered. Due to my schedule I wasn’t able to get the vehicle for a couple days after it was promised, but again, this was my delay and Mark ensured the vehicle was ready to go.I was greeted as I drove in and met Mark for the first time. They have worked on my 2020. Half ton diesel truck for 3 weeks. On an electric problem. I don’t think they care how long you are without your truck. Not having transportation can effect your job and life. I don’t think it matters to them. I just want to say this one more time. They have been working on this truck for 3 weeks. Service: What a poor example of customer service. Dont go there especially when GMC has a recall for your vehicle because Sunrise requests you leave your car for 10 days!! REALLY. This is unheard of. Who is able to leave their car (no loaner offered) for that long of a time. Unfortunately I had to check a star prior to posting. Otherwise it would be thumps-down. Take your business else, like any Landers.

Very poor experience!Chris was nice, but when I arrived to pick my vehicle up & it had been raining and my passenger side window was rolled down and the cloth seat and leather door cover was wet. I also had requested to have my tires balanced when I made my appointment. This service was not done. The following day on my drive to work my low oil engine light came on. And I checked the oil in my truck and the dip stick was dry and smoke was arising from the dip stick hole. So I contacted the service manager, and they brought me a vehicle and took mine back to the dealership to find out what happened. They figured out that they did not put enough oil in the truck on the first oil change. So they change the oil and brought my vehicle back to me. I never received a phone call from the service manager telling me what happened I just heard it from the kid that dropped my truck off. The following day I drove my truck to work and back home. And parked in my driveway and when I went back out

They put “new” windshield wipers on but they are not new they are broken and bring the water back down. They didn’t fill any fluids like they said. My tire PSI was not adjusted like it should’ve been. One tire is 10 PSI lower. No one informed me on anything just gave me a paper and said I was good to go.

I needed a vehicle badly and I needed one quickly. Found a low mileage car for a decent price and they made it happen. Im not thrilled with a 7 year note, nor the interest rate, but its working for now.Ive always had a dealer in the family, but everyone retired, so this was my first experience actually doing everything myself. It was almost painless.I learned to drive in a sportscar 25 years ago, and I had a truck for 5 years, so going to a regular old car again was quite an adjustment, but this car is quite peppy, especially considering the little bitty engine it has.Oh well. I guess we all have to grow up sometime.

I was advised at my oil change that there were two recalls on my vehicle: 1) that expired when my warranty ran out and I would have to pay out of pocket to get it repaired and 2) that there was another recall that I needed to schedule an appointment to get fixed. None of these I knew about before this oil change even though we still live at the same address, have the same email and same phone numbers as when we bought the car. After contacting one of my sales persons, Lee Hobbs, and Lee forwarding my message to Paul Baggett I was advised that neither of the recalls would cost me a penny and all I needed to do was schedule an appointment to get the work done. Sunrise WOLF CHASE operates without integrity. They did a transmission replacement on my vehicle and during the repair they broke some bolts. It caused the head to have to be replaced. They made me pay for their mistake. They made me pay approximately $2440.00. In addition to that they scratched my vehicle up front and back. They correctly fixed the back because it was small. The front was across the entire front bumper and they did a very botchy job, filled my truck up with gas, as a diversion and sent me on my way. I had talked to the head, Kevin Wheeler, who was just as bad and had a dont care attitude. I counted my loses, wiped my tears and went on. PEOPLE PLEASE BE VERY AWARE AND CAUTIOUS ABOUT THIS DEALER. P.S. THEY OVERCHARGE FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY TOO.

My service before last, I had my fuel injectors cleaned. Days after after that, my check engine light came on. I took it to AutoZone and they read the code. It said my injectors needed cleaning, a service I just had done days before. I thought maybe I got some bad gas and ran some treatment through it. The light went away the next day or two. This happened 2 more times after I filled up with gas at different gas stations. The 4th time my light came on it stayed on. I needed to get my oil changed soon so I was going to tell yall then. I was hoping yall could check to see if a sensor or something wasnt plugged in correctly from the service before.Instead Im pretty sure yall just read the code and charged me 137 dollars for something I could get done for free at AutoZone! Then yall quoted me almost 1200 dollars to fix an issue that wasnt an issue until yall cleaned my injectors! But I guess that was just a coincidence huh?Also I get back home and get a call from yall saying that yall used my wheel lock key and didnt put it back in the vehicle. Why doesnt the service department have their own key? I bought my truck brand new from yall just like it is. I was told to stop by and pick it up. I live 30 minutes away one way and work downtown. Now I have to waste my time and gas driving down there to get my wheel lock. Why cant yall just mail it to me?! Your service center is a shady joke!

Its not when every other dealership INCLUDING SUNRISE COLLIERVILLE is not doing that!!!A dealership that makes money hand over foot from the vehicle, to the parts to fixing it! I understand everyone has lost money from covid but at least you never had to shut down! Dropped my car off on a Tuesday at 8:30am for a 9am appt. Was told my car would be ready on Wednesday morning. Never heard anything on Wednesday about my car, called Thursday morning at 7:45am and my car had not even been touched. Warranty company hasn’t even been called for approval for work that needed to be done. All this time I was left without a car as well since they claimed there were months out on having a service car available. Do not recommend the service dept, it’s absolutely terrible.

Very disappointed. I went for a routine oil change. I asked if my air filter, brake pads and shocks could get checked. The service advisor assured me they would evaluate them during the MULTI POINT INSPECTION . My coolant and brake fluid were low and my air filter was filthy.😡😡😡😡😡

When I returned home after I had the oil changed at Sunrise. I went to check the air filter because Sunrise said I was due for a replacement and I decided to wait until next time. The cover for the air filter was completely loose and bouncing around. None of the screws were fastened. This is the second time something like this has happened. After the first (free) oil change I checked the oil the next day and it was badly over-filled. It showed far up the dipstick above the fill mark. I returned to the dealership and it was corrected. I will not have my car or truck serviced at Sunrise again.

He was not understanding and brushed me off like a dirty papertowel. I was furious. I refuse to pay for my oil change until I hear from upper management. The service department is horrible. I feel that the experience was good. It met with my expectations. My wife and I was able to test drive the vehicle and make the purchase in minimal time which is awesome. The staff was great as well. Our salesman was very enthusiastic. Other staff made the experience even more comfortable by accommodating my toddler. They gave him balloons and turned the TV on cartoons for him and everything. All in all it was great. This is like my 3rd or 4th car I have bought from a sunrise dealership and im sure it wont be my last.

Ive been bringing my truck here since I moved to Memphis. Most of the time, Im quite satisfied. Its the little things that made this visit not so pleasant. I recently bought new tires at another location and they placed a sticker in the same area as the one your dealership places on my windshield. Except this one is much bigger and clearly marked. Well apparently the mechanic that serviced my truck, threw it away. Thats a bit concerning because attention to detail should be a fairly high attribute to a mechanic. His work, literally saves lives, makes vehicles run better, safer. But he just threw it away and he also marked my brakes as RED on the new sticker I was given and placed on my windshield. Was he not paying attention and no ones checks his work??? If anything comes up as red, should that be a flag, and someone speak to the owner??? But nothing happened. I had to bring it up and then my service attendant went to get the mechanic, so he could tell me what he had done. I was extremely disappointed.

They approved me for a car and turned around saying the banks rejected my check stubs giving me a run around about me receiving my down payment back…. The sales guy mark stated he would call me back with 10-15 minutes about information on my down payment I never received a call from him!!! I really hope that it’s the owner who reads this.I’ll make a long story short.I bought a 2021 GMC Sierra for my business, which required my credit report pulled as a loan guarantor, this was February 2021.In May 2021, I received a credit report notification which I had a new personal account and it started reflecting in my credit score (dropping it in 13 points, which by itself is a major problem) and also reflecting as personal debit which affects my ability to go into a new mortgage.At the time I bought the truck, I made clear that having it under my personal name was not an option and that I was not going to buy it if that was the case, mr Eugene Brazzell which is the financial manager of my deal, full of his sarcasm told me he does it often and that would not be a problem at all.Coming back to may: at the time I saw my report, I went back to the dealership and asked this to be solved, mr Brazzell told me it as easy, give me some new paperwork to sign and told me it would be updated really soon.Mid July I decided to call the bank (Ally) and ask what was going on since my file was not up to date so far, and since them I’m under the feeling that I was tricked to buy the car under different conditions from the one we agreed.End of story: I have one loan under my personal name which was supposed to NEVER be there, it’s affecting my ability to go into a mortgage, I’m having to renew one lease that I didn’t have to, losing a lot of time, effort, patience and sleeping with a situation that in the best scenario was just incompetence from the financial department at GMC Sunrise Wolfchase.

Mrs. Fonda and Eugene were excellent throughout the entire process. One flaw: would be to have complementary snacks and beverages for the customers and employees.. the process can be very long and I was starving. Mrs. Fonda worked so hard that she didn’t get to eat lunch as well so something would be nice for the employees and customers. All the employees were wonderful to be Honest

This is the worst place in the United States of America to get your vehicle serviced. Today was the last time I’m ever bringing my vehicle in for service. They added three quarts of oil over the amount needed for my vehicle and it damaged my vehicle.

It took forever for my vehicle to get serviced, and I was stuck at the dealership from 9am to 12pm with no status updates. At 12pm, I approached the service rep, and was told my vehicle did not make it to the rack yet. This was for a power steering flush. I went next door to calm down and have lunch. When making it back at approximately 1pm, my vehicle was still not taken to the shop yet. The service rep gave me a courtesy car and a nice discount, but the time lost waiting was the big issue. My vehicle was finally ready at 430pm that day. I watched other customers come and go during my stay. That was most infuriating.

I ask the advisor to tell me if I need an engine air filter and to check my brakes and shocks. he replied that they will do a multi point inspection. Well my air filter is filthy. My brake fluid is low and my antifreeze is low. Very disappointed!!!!!

I brought my car in yesterday to Sunrise Bartlett because it was slow to start and the check engine light was on. They tell me how he battery needs replacement. I pick it up today and after a few miles the check engine light reappeared. I have called the service department and no one answers. I ask for service manager and no response. Highly disappointed! Worst customer service experience!

The service I received at the Wolfchase dealership was great! The waiting area was cleaned and everyone was socially distant. They were constantly cleaning the counter, the door handles, etc. My SUV was serviced in a timely manner and needed service was recommended so that my vehicle can function at maximum capacity. I will be returning again to have my vehicle serviced in the future.

Absolutely horrible. Do not buy a used car here, especially if you are paying cash. If the car dies the day after you bought it they wont even return your phone calls. Not to be trusted.
