When I went to check out there were two cashiers; Cashier 1 was helping a woman and Cashier 2 was standing there listening in on their discussion. I stood there the next in line for almost a full ten and Cashier 1 was still helping the same person and Cashier 2 was still standing there engaging in their discussion. At this point a lady rounds the corner to the counter and Cashier 2 checks her out as though I was not standing there next in line for almost a full ten minutes. I dont usually make complaints, I just take my business elsewhere. This time Im doing both, thank you for your time.
Today, I met a nice very friendly car salesman by the name of Killian Williamson. I told him exactly what I was trying to do. He didn’t hesitate to ask me what it was and I told him How I valued honest and trustworthiness and if he fit that description maybewe can find common ground to make a sale happen.So, guest what he showed me some cars that was okay but wasn’t quite “me”. So he was so patient and determined to help me find what I was truly looking for…So with that being said; He did indeed found a good low mileage and very super nice car that even turn my college son’s head let alone a great financial agreement that I couldn’t resist. My experience was enjoyable but be prepared to wait! Stephen goes to bat for you to make sure youre getting a good deal and the finance managers are working to ensure you leave there with a vehicle. They did have lunch up there which is essential while youre waiting and going through this process. It can be a lengthy process even with pre-approvals. Overall I found them to be thoughtful of their customers and recommend them to my family and friends.
Horrible! Scheduled mainly for service to my radio display malfunctioning. Talked with several advisors and they told make sure you have this much money or we will not release your vehicle. Fine, not a problem. Come Monday at 930 they say they are only doing an oil change. And I should reschedule for other issues! Crazy!
Good service, easy to request appointment. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Only issue was not being notified that my car service was completed. I had to check with cashier to ask if they had my paperwork.
Very poor communication. I understand the issue with getting parts and making sure they work, but what I dont understand is the poor communication with updates on repairs on vehicle. When contacted the service representative that didnt always go well either. Worse experience I have ever had in getting repairs. I have had better results with a shade tree mechanic.
My car battery when down on the weekend and I drop it off on the weekend. When they open up that morning, my car was ready within 3 hours without an appointment. They do great service.
Never buy a vehicle there again. I am regretting it omg I miss my Lexus. The service is terrible bought a new Arcadia AT4. Sunroof latch popped so the cover does not close, Park Assist does not work. Called to have service, told to drop it off to wait in line, they will have car for maybe a week or more, no loaner car. I have no other means of transport. Wow I am kicking myself. This what I hate about buying American never again I promise. If you buy new and it has miles on it do not buy it. Runn...... Oh yea bought new but had 6k miles on it. I know that was stupid, but wife really wanted it.
My service writer Vince & his team are awesome. They alerted me to other issues that needed repair. Things that I’d have no way of knowing about without their knowledge & expertise. Everything was explained in terms that were easy for me to understand as well as the cost for additional repairs. Excellent customer service, safety & performance of vehicle was their top priority. Even though I accidentally selected the Sunrise GMC on Stage Rd for my oil change, Sunrise GMC on Covington Pike squeezed me in and completed the service within 1 hour. I originally gave a 5 star rating. I thought the service dept provided a multi point inspection and checked the battery, fluids, etc at each oil change. Three days after my visit for an oil change my car stalled at a relatives house. My battery had a dead cell. If the service dept had checked my battery and informed me of that, I would have purchased a new battery while there. While replacing the battery we also noticed that the antifreeze was low. It looked as if it hadnt been checked at the previous oil change(s) either. Do you not top off the fluids any more?
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and I also had a roaring noise which I thought was the wheel bearings that Sunrise did earlier . Joey was my assistant ! Turned out it was the tires that I had purchased earlier. Joey reassured me and test drove the car himself, he only charged me for the oil change and rotation . .I wasnt planning on bringing my car back because I was charged me a couple of times for diagnostics that shouldnt have been. . For this reason I have reconsidered and will continue to do business with Sunrise again and I applaud the service team . . you met the customers expectations and some . . Thanks

Stay away from this place. These people are the biggest crooks in the car business. I was told the truck I wanted to buy was at the dealership. I confirmed this with the salesman 3 times by text when I got there they just sold the truck I was wanting to buy. They had another one the salesman said but, it was going to cost more. He said there was a $10,000 mark up on the price and I could see it when we confirmed the deal. He tried to make a low ball offer for the vehicle I was driving and even tried to sell me a wrecked one in the service area. I will never go back to this place again and will encourage others to stay away.
Our vehicle has been to the service department several times for the same issue. Plus recalls which is an inconvenience. A speaker for the front door passenger side was suppose to be ordered back in June 2021, the speaker came July 12. No one called us, and we had to call the dealership to find out if the speaker was there. A appointment was scheduled, and again I had to take off work to be there, so the speaker could be replaced. After waiting, and upon speaking with the tech, the wrong speaker was replaced. I spoke with the shop manager, Robert and he stated that he would order the correct speaker which was a week ago from today (8/28/21). Called and found out that the speaker STILL has not been ordered. I asked to speaker with a manager, and he stated that the speaker was ordered after hours and the order would not go through until Monday and it should be there Tuesday. The lady in parts stated when she looked in the system, no speaker had been ordered, nor was a speaker there in parts. We are very educated and dont like being prevaricated to. We would really like to speak with someone in upper management about our concerns, because when asked to speak with someone, no one seems to know where a manager is. We will also be writing a formal complaint to your corporate department. Buying a new vehicle should not be this complicated and the customer service we have experienced is not acceptable.

All good and on time.I just wish your drive back service was a little more accessible.I came in at about 7:30am thinking drive back would be available. But was told that the driver would not be in until 10am. I had to get an UBER pick up to get to work.When I made the appointment it said that drive back was available. I guess I didn’t ask the right questions.
When I bought my car I was told that it had an open recall and my sales person said she would have an appointment in two days. That never happened. Then I paid $35 to transfer tags but I later bought tags and they haven’t returned my $35. I reported it to the finance manager. I am very dissatisfied
Today was not a good day at sunrise Covington pike!! Scheduled oil change appointment at 845 am! At 10 ask Zach about vehicle and he said they were replacing airbag because of recall! I was now aware of this! After another hour asked about vehicle, Zach says another 10 minutes! After 30 minutes he asks me for my last name which I replied ! Then brings me my paperwork at 11:30. When I questioned Zach about paper work on airbag he then explains to me that is was not my vehicle!! So I comment I have been here 3 hours for an oil change and you were not even going to let me know there was no replacement airbag? Very unprofessional in my opinion. And when I questioned him he became defensive because he said I was yelling at him!! I wanted an answer to a question about airbag !! Service manager Vince was very cordial because I am a regular customer and apologized for the misunderstanding !! Maybe Zach needs to keep better informed of his customers vehicles !! Very poor service on his part today!! Maybe he needs a customer service refresher course because he was not very professional today!! Have a great day

I brought my 2015 Yukon to your dealership in July 2021 for a check engine light notification. My vehicle was at your dealership for 7 weeks and the problem was never repaired. I spent right at $300 and the warranty company spent right at $700. The only thing the mechanic could do was recommend cleaning my injectors which was another $200. The warranty company sent an adjuster to the dealership and concluded that the other 7 injectors did not need to be replaced at a cost of almost $7,000. Joey was the only bright spot in the service department. Its no wonder that a customer drove up one evening waving gun over the service of his brand new truck.DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!!

Terrible service. Have a new car with warranty (2021) and it had a recall on it. Dropped it off to get fix but There where no loner cars. Had to get a rental and they didn’t even consider to Reimburse me not even a portion for my rental. They where extremely rude when talking to me at the Covington pike location in Memphis. They make you make an appointment for an oil change/service only to have you sit there for 4 hours before even be seen. This is by far the worst service I have ever experience in my life and I would never recommend anyone to buy from them because they don’t treat you the same after they take your money. They complain about COVID and having on a face mask but none of the employees had on one. I have never been treated so horribly. I have no stars to give.
Poor service brought my car in for service. They fixed one thing and screwed up something else. Had to take my car back the next morning. Dont know what to expect next. I know one thing they better fix my car right. Much money I done paid them. SMH.😠
My first call to schedule service was terrible. Was told to bring my car in the next Monday, but you could not start on it for a week, so i would have to leave it there for about 10 days! I only needed to fix two minor interior finish issues since this was a 2017 i purchased from you in February and have a 1 year warranty. Next, I was told it would cost $99 to replace a broken vent register. when i purchased the car, we were told explicitly that we have a bumper to bumper warranty for one year, just like on a new car. Needless to say, my first experience with Sunrise and with GMC has been awful.
I would think the customer service would be a lot better since people need cars fixed and people have said good things to me about sunrise. One good thing I can say when they answer the phone l, they are friendly and will surely transfer fast as possible. I am having the worst 1ST experience. First of all why would my advisor Tim tell me my car wouldn’t be looked at or ready until Tuesday. No service manager is available. So I don’t what is the update on my car. Been there since last week on Thursday. I get that it’s the holiday weekend but don’t tell me a date if you not going to know nor if you not going to be at work. People got to have their cars for important reasons like the Sunrise workers have their…. I don’t understand what’s the problem. If the advisor is going to be out, let the other advisors also assist the other customers as well. Might be first and last time.

Looked at a 2001 Chrysler town and country minivan. Was told by someone on the phone that it had no problems and that the heat and ac works fine. First thing salesman said was “the heat and ac don’t work and it needs some tlc”. The salesman thought we were informed of the vehicle’s problems prior to the appointment. So our time was wasted as well as Samuel’s (salesman).
Customer service is great ... quick in and out for oil change and rotation. On this date, I had extra service done and was still out quicker than I was expecting. A shout out to Joey Bomprezzi, who is the ONLY service person who has ever taken me TO my car, not just handed me the keys and thanked me. There have been times that I have had no idea where my car was parked and have had to walk back inside to ask, other times Ive been able to walk out and find it fairly easily. Joeys extra attention was really appreciated.

We had a terrible experience earlier this month and while Joey was very helpful when I could actually get him on the phone it took 10 days for anyone to even look at my less than 2 year old Yukon XL Denali thats still under warranty and 2 weeks to get my car back. We ended up having to pay over $700 for a rental since we are dependent on having a car like most people. When I buy a $80K car Id expect better service, especially when its still under warranty.
Zack did a great job getting me checked in and keeping me informed through the entire process. They fixed my car very quickly and had me on my way. Very satisfied with the work that was done and customer service.

Bought a new Yukon. From Sam was very excited had them to deliver it to me drivers drop off my suv and ran the suv out of gas Never washed it is was dirty mud all over it stickers still on it They charged me for aftermarket items that they said was add on the vehicle but it’s not on the truck missing items that I paid for and not there. I am very unhappy with them poor service spent over $70k poor poor business never buy from them anymore

I took my truck in to have the recall service, replace the passenger side airbag, done. I was told it would be ready by late afternoon. When I stopped by around 1:30 to see if it was ready the service man said it would be completed in 30 minutes. I waited in the customer waiting area and my truck was indeed completed in about 30 minutes. While I was waiting I spoke to the gentleman in the parts department who went out of his way to find an obscure part I needed for my truck and he found it in their storeroom. I would not hesitate to return to Sunrises for service in the future.

If I could give this place zero stars I most certainly would. We bought a used car from these people and they sold us a terrible car. Havent even had it a month and the ac went out in the very middle of july. And come to find out it was old ac damage and a bad thermostat THEY SOLD US A CAR THAT WAS DAMAGED AND THEY SOLD IT TO US FOR 4 THOUSAND LESS THEN ASKING PRICE they just wanted it off their lot. they replaced a few parts in the ac and now the car is acting up again and something awful and I only drive to the store and to church have barely put any miles at all on it and they are refusing to service it or see what wrong we told them we have a had a technician look at it and he himself told us they sold us a damaged car that had a oil leak.. bad ac ..and engine overheating and we went and spoke to the manager today after my car went out on me in a crowded interstate and they refused to help us said there was nothing further they were gonna do AND WERE VERY RUDE I will be reporting my troubles to BBB and to the dealerships corporate office Im disgusted they treat customers like this.
Everybody was nice and they have good service. But I didn’t get to pick my own car out. They gave me a car basic off my credit. And the car had a slight dent on the passenger side. It’s a good car it’s gone on a year now off me having the car. Butt not the car I wanted. Now I want too trade it in.
I am not sure if I should put specifics, but I am not pleased with the service received here. I brought my vehicle in for several issues, the main one being the ac not working in my truck. My vehicle was in the shop over 2 weeks and the charge was over 3100.00, including the diagnostic. I paid, picked up my vehicle and I had my vehicle 2 weeks before the air went out again. I took it back and they said that my compressor failed and it would be another 1200. There is NO way that I am paying that when before I took it I put a brand new compressor on the vehicle. I took it to my regular mechanic yesterday and he told me that the compressor melted because when they repaired my hoses the fan never kicked on and burned it up. That should have been noticed when I dropped it off because all of the gages in the car were showing hot as well!!I will NEVER use this dealership for anything else. it was indeed an inconvenience and a waste of time and money. I spent an additional 200.00 and got air.

I went to the service department to purchase a car part. I stood in front of the desk for 8 mins without anyone acknowledging me. However, I had 3 different people to make eye contact with me but never long enough for me to say something to them. One woman sat, scrolling through her phone, one man sat scrolling on the computer, and another woman came to her work station where I was standing muiltple times and never said may I help you. I could hear her talking with another man by his work station(where the vechiles get checked in to be serviced) so I went around to ask was there anyone to help me. I interrupted their none work related conversation. Then all of a sudden, she was available to assist me. I was told to ring the bell for the parts department and the lady sitting/ scrolling through her phone that made little eye contact comes to the desk, very indirectly RUDE!!!! I guess I was interrupting her from NOT doing the job that pays her. Needless to say that I will not ever go back to that location or refer anyone to that location for anything. One bad apple or 3 for this matter does spoil the bunch!!!
The entire process was quick and painless. The entire team made everything so smooth and simple to get me set up in the car I wanted. Special shoutout to Brett Sawyer for going above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed and at a price that worked for my budget.
All in all, this was very good service. Some unavoidable delay in finishing due to warranty, but Tim has been outstanding for us to keep it going. Highly recommend Tim and Emily, the only two employees with whom I had contact.

When I tell you Mr. Brett worked hard for me….HE WORKED HARD FOR ME! I was driving a 9 year vehicle with many miles that has been in my ownership just a few months. He got me in a brand new vehicle with 9 miles on the speedometer. Today is my birthday and what a wonderful gift!
If I could give them a negative I would, took it in for a warranty on the leaking rear glass, they not only outsource my vehicle and let other ppl drive it during this COVID situation, they scratch all the interior paneling outside of the truck around the area they worked on, called them, went up there talk to a manager he acted like it wasn’t their fault and I pretty much told him what was going to be replaced for them to make it right, told me 2-3 days that was a over 2 weeks all I got was “ I forgot I got busy and didn’t set it up” ...... worst place ever DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 8:30 and they didn’t start until almost 10:30. Also the receipt stated that they rotated my tires but they DID NOT AND HAD TO GO BACK AND DO IT. I had just purchased two new tires for my vehicle that’s how I know they didn’t rotate them. This is my last visit to this location.

Sunrise had my vehicle in the service department for a month before it was ever examined. I spoke to my service associate, Zachary, twice on the phone in the 2 months that my vehicle was in the care of Sunrise. All attempts to reach him by phone failed until the attempted to have my vehicle towed home because I had not been contacted at all. The notations listed on my invoice state that they lost the keys to my vehicle. After the primary diagnosis provided by Zachary was inaccurate and I decided not to have them to work on the new diagnosis they provided, I attempted to have my vehicle towed from the service lot. It was not released and multiple tow truck drivers were told that my vehicle was already gone. The final tow truck driver drove around the lot and found my vehicle WITH the keys inside. Thankfully it had not been stolen because I’m sure Sunrise would have denied culpability ESPECIALLY after telling all the other drivers my vehicle was gone. This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had and I will permanently avoid the GMC brand to ensure that I never have to return to this dealership for service.
I brought my truck in for a fuel pump to be replaced. Im still having the same problem I was having before i spent $788.00. I was told the service dept. didnt have cars available while my car was being repaired so I spent another $200 on a rental car from Enterprise which means I will have to spend money on a rental again. I feel like no one even test drove my truck to see if the problem was corrected before releasing it back to me because its clear its not fixed.

I came the next day for a detail and after waiting an hour in the lobby, got my new vehicle back exactly like I brought it, just the tires were sprayed with tireshine. There are stains to my front passenger seat and the headrest part of the rear seats of a 2020 brand new vehicle. I am so so disappointed in the service. This vehicle seems used but you all sold it to me as NEW. How does a vehicle rack up 5k miles just by going on test drives? 🤔 I would like my vehicle detailed properly if possible.

Took our brand new Terrain in for its very first oil change . The tech left the oil fill cap off . The next day I noticed oil covered the ground where it was parked. I opened the hood and the engine bay was completely covered in oil. I called sunrise that instant. It was Monday afternoon july the 5th . I was told told to be there when the service department opens at 7. My wife was at the service center the next morning at 7. They just simply said we cant do anything until the techs get there at 8. She said she had to be at work by then. Shes a nurse and cant be late . The guy said well sorry and quickly dismissed her like it was nothing . I show up and got the same story from the same guy . So I had to be late to work she was late . Not one time did Sunrise offer a ride or anything else. Ive tried to call the General manager several times .but they tols me every time hes away from his desk or in a meeting. And even one person told me he was on vacation. So I will never ever take another car or truck to that place . And I will tell everyone I know not to go there. It could have caused a fire a wreck or worse hurt people . They dont seem to care either way.
