I call the local Memphis number only to have it rollover to a cooperate center Never getting the answer needed other than: I think they have it. I dont need think they have it cause its a 25 mile 1 way trip for nothing. Id hate to know my house was on fire.

I called getting a rollover number to corporate and was on hold for over an hour to talk with someone.

The technician was very friendly, professional and sincere in my getting the right protection. I appreciate the time and knowledge he shared in everything he presented. He respected my budget and did not try to over sale me I felt he really had my best interest at heart.

Excellent Technician!!! The technician, Matt, was excellent. He was very relaxed and explained everything before he did anything. He made the installation process go smoothly and painlessly.

Buyer beware...technician installed additional hardware without notifying me to get a higher commission. The local ADT branch Defenders supported this unethical practice and did little to help resolve!!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM IN YOUR HOME. the technician stole money from me and when I called ADT. they asked the low life thief did he take the money and of course your know he denied. LOW LIFE hide your valuables bc it is not ADT IN YOUR HOME. if he doesnt drive an official ADT WRAPPED VEHICLE ITS NOT ADT.
