I love my cameras and the doorbell is simply great I can see who is at thedoor any time from anywhere I am on vacation right now and told theUPS Guy to leave my package in the Garage. I unlocked the garage doorwatched him place the package in the door and then I locked the garage back all while eating lunch in beautiful downtown Savannah so cool

I advise anyone who’s having a house built not to have this company install your sound system. The system and speakers are very cheap and are built to last only a year. I had a sound system installed in my new house 2018 and the outdoor speakers are already blown. We hardly ever use the sound system, so the wear and tear factor on it is very weak. I called the company to have someone come check the system out and they told me sorry, it’s gonna be $95.00, not including the parts. The same thing happened to a friend of mine system after one year installed. So if you decide to have them install a sound system throughout your house just be prepared to pay extra for service after it malfunctions in about a year.

I have been using novatech since I purchased my home in 2016. Up until now, they have done a superb job in keeping my family safe. Since i have been relocated to Las Vegas, cancelling my contract has been as hard as pulling teeth. I get the run around when I call, I am placed on hold, and never get a chance to have my situation resolved. Teresa has gone as far as to investigate the validity of my transfer and it has really become predatory to me..I just want to be done with such ratchedness
