They had what we wanted, when two of the cabinets were not the right ones. They took those back and got us the right ones. Their products uniformly made and looked professional. Easy to put together ( they were RTA). The wood was of quality material and butcher block countertops were fantastic.

While cabinets to go in Memphis did not have what we were looking for, we enjoyed the service. Mark provided excellent service and we appreciated the time he spent with us! Highly recommend him!

Have never received such terrible customer service in my life. Experience buying cabinets was fine. Shipping cabinets to us was another matter entirely. Called store multiple times after delivery window was not met and I had taken time off work to meet the delivery person. Was basically told they had no idea how to locate their own delivery truck. Had to call customer service and then was given an email address. Store seemed to have no interest resolving my issue.

Heather and Tasha were outstanding! The guy I hired to do the cabinets and countertops (custom cabinets) never came back after demoing my kitchen. Weeks had gone by before I realized he took my money and ran off. I needed cabinets quick and wanted something nice. Tasha at Cabinets To Go had a layout for me the same day. Tasha has an outgoing fun personality and made the process easy to understand. Of course there were hiccups on my end but Tasha and Heather went above and beyond. Heather even made a trip to get a hold of some cabinets from their TN distribution center so I could stay on schedule. They know their stuff, friendly, fun and they care. The name Cabinets To Go does not do their product justice. Quality wood cabinets with many design options and quick turnaround. I am so happy with my cabinets. Plus, I got the quartz countertop from them as well. Make sure to go by Cabinets To Go if you are in need of cabinets, countertops and much more. I cant say enough good things about this place. A great value for the money. They really came to my rescue and it was way better than I could have expected.

Heather was wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful. Would definitely recommend cabinets to go to anyone that is remodeling.

Cabinets arrived damaged. Painted fronts were scuffed as if they had been drug on concrete. I called the store and was told I could returned them. I had to call 2 1/2 weeks after I returned them to see why I had not been refunded any money. The store manager called me 3 weeks after I returned them and told me they would not accept the return and I could either come and pick them up or they would throw them in the dumpster. Buyer beware. Horrible customer service.

Stopped by to check quality and prices for a small kitchen remodel. Mike and Heather were outstanding in their knowledge of product and the prices are unbeatable. Very quickly laid out an awesome design. Walked me thru it with the prices and great advice on counter tops. Will be back soon.
