Great staff. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. From what we saw, all of their products are high quality. Good finishes on cabinets and top notch cabinet hardware. As for the kitchen/bathroom cabinets, they come unassembled but they do have an assembly service and a delivery service.

The customer service excellence that this store shows is beyond your cookie cutter, Home Depot, Lowe’s, experience. They want to make sure their customers get the best product and for the best price. It’s not just selling floors or tile, it’s making sure you get what you need and want. Covid-19 has made life difficult for all of us, and we can’t control a pandemic, but these guys are doing their best work during an uncertain time. Everyone needs to understand that production centers are backlogged, just like amazon, so be patient, be kind, and I appreciate every service from Barton’s.

After having some issues receiving a pre hung door, I spoke to Travis the VP of operations and he rectified the situation. If you have any issues this company values their customers and will make sure you are taken care of. Highly suggest any E.C. Barton’s store!

If returning items keep your receipt will not refund with out it. Found out hard way. Staff I had to deal with was an @$$ was rude and smart @$$ attitude. Also if refund more then 200 corporate will mail you a check. Still for best prices would recommend.
