I was greeted by Mr. Jackson who encouraged me to come to his location for the battery needed. Upon arrival, however, it was not the case. He stated hed have to order one for my HP laptop & it wouldnt be in until the following Tuesday! Being able to WFH was my objective, so, I asked him if he could make a call to one of the local stores to see if perhaps they had my particular model number in stock & if so, to please have it sent to his location! He responded & indeed the battery was shipped to his location & would be ready for pick-up on Monday morning! I could hardly sleep waiting to get the battery I needed, so hats off to Mr. Jackson & staff for their effort to supply me with what I needed for my laptop!! Sincere thanks for team work in action!!

I prepaid in full for a key fob with remote start. Yesterday I called just to check on the status and was told it would be the end of the week at best. Thats fine. Then this afternoon I was contacted and to my surprise the lady informed me the fob was in fact in the store and ready for me. This key fob requires my vehicle to be present to be programmed. She confirmed they closed at 7p.m. and I assured her I would be in to get my service and product. I got off work and rushed 30 minutes across the city in rush hour to the location barely making it before closing time only to have a guy there tell me the lady that called me, apparently the only one capable of performing the programming, had in fact left not long after calling me earlier in the afternoon.....I dont think I have to describe my disappointment. Thats all. From now on Ill be shopping at Light Bulb Depot for all my light needs and somewhere else if I ever need a key fob in the future.

I so bad with names; however, the young lady who assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable. We needed a battery for our home alarm system and had an old one that I took in with the replacement one. She laughed when I asked if it still had power when she put it on the machine. It was great to laugh with her everything is so crazy these days with no one wanting to get close and laugh in public. She has great customer service and a beautiful smile.

I ordered a battery replacement online for pickup in store. The online part was quite easy. I soon got an email that my battery was ready to pick up.I took my UPS in and the staff quickly got my battery and completed the transaction. They then helped me by removing the old battery (for the core refund) and installing the new one.I was in and out quickly and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would let me start things off by saying the phone customer service from Ms. Tracy was an awesome experience to finally hear someone that was very professional, willing to listen to what you had to say and she explained step by step what to do. It all picked my curiosity to the point I made a visit to the store after the phone call where I met Mr. Ben and Mr. Martin. Mr. Ben listened to what my problem was he then gave me his analysis of things and told me to give him a few minutes to check things out. Well not even waiting an hour I was called up to the desk where Mr. Ben explained what was wrong and what he corrected. Everything was done 💯% to my satisfaction! Found exactly what I needed, that I couldnt find at any other store in Memphis. Excellent service. A little expensive compared to online, but got to see and compare to the old battery, so knew I was getting the right battery.

I needed a battery foru dual start lawn mower and had the hardest time finding it because my lawnmower news made for Sears. Since Sears has gone into Oblivion, the parts are getting very hard to find and the battery model was not picked up by any other company. Batteries Plus had the right size, but the connectors were F1s and not the one step universal plug. I bought the battery and changed the female connector end of my lawnmower to F1 connections, and it all works great.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL !!!!! Do not take anything u care about here. I simply had a watch battery replaced and they didnt even do it correctly they tried to print the back face off where It doent even lift up and then they didnt even put the seal back in the watch correctly. The watch got cloudy and upon realizing that my husband took the back face off and I dont know how to add pictures on here BUT u can see how bend out the back of the watch is and where they tried to take the additional piece off there to get to the battery and how the seal is just put in there any kind of way! I paid $11.99 and I regret even taking my watch there to get the battery replaced!

My Iphone battery stopped holding a charge I was gonna go to Apple store but it had such horrible reviews I decided to check this place out. The customer service was nice and within an hour my battery was replaced and my phone was working fine. I highly recommend this place.

Ive been shopping here off and on for years — especially just before Christmas, because they have some of the BEST stocking-stuffer items for my sons and brothers — but recent experiences will make me far more of a regular.I went in about a month ago needing a 3-way LED bulb. Had no idea what to buy, but the young man behind the counter took me to the displays, discussed what I needed it for and how it would be used, and made a recommendation.About a week ago, I was running errands when I noticed that my tablet was not charging and kept turning itself off. (Kind of annoying when youve got all your shopping lists on the tablet!) So I stopped in to see if they knew what the problem might be. The same young man assisted me. He checked my cables and the recharge port on my tablet, and determined that it was, in fact, the port. He was not able to fix my off-brand tablet, but he did recommend a cable with a slightly snugger fit in the port, which I purchased and have been very happy with. Best thing? My old cable was $24 from the ATT store. This new cable works better, doesnt get all tangled up, and was only $15.So, yeah. Im happy with this place and I will be back. Often.

Great customer service!I came in last night to see if they could replace the charge port on my galaxy s5. They did not have the part in stock. Matt told me the repair would take about an hr. To complete if he had the part. He did try to clean the charge port and managed to to it to start charging. All tho this did not fix the phone I feel he did his best to help me out. Great customer service!

Although they didnt have what I needed, the staff was quick to help me out and did make a suggestion as to where to find what I wanted. Lots of neat gadgets too.

Bought 2 watches from an auction, took them to get batteries when they arrived not running, I was eager to wear them so I went here instead of Tony @ Bottos Downtown. One watch didnt run with the new battery, we didnt put a battery in that one, the guy said the other one was running, but later I found only the second hand running, nothing else. They probably shouldnt have sold me a battery to that one either. Now the auction is going to refund me for the watches but one has the battery I just paid for, that seems wrong, doesnt it? I offered to return the battery in exchange for a battery in one of my working watches, but they wouldnt entertain the idea, no refund for the battery either. So if you bring a watch you dont know is broken and they put a battery in it, even though it doesnt work, that is your fault, and they keep your $. I hope you enjoyed the $13 people, because thats the last $ youll get from me. If you feel good about doing business this way, you should be out of business, youre supposed provide a service to customers, not take advantage of them. Prove to me you are better than that, or just close up, maybe an honest business can use that space. As for the person who recommended you, he wont be back either, hes embarrassed for recommending you to me. You should be ashamed of yourselves, people who read this, go somewhere else, save yourself the trouble.

I went to the store on Mt. Moriah Rd 3 weeks ago. l went to have my Iphone 6 screen replaced. Sarah was very nice and polite. I had the screen replaced and picked up the phone but as I left I noticed that I could not hear on the phone. I brought the phone back and she worked on it and still could not fix it. She said I could let her manager see it if I wanted to wait around for him to come in the next 20 minutes. I declined because I already came back and was charged the full price as if it was an apple technician. Also there is a little white light that shines in the upper left corner of my screen since I had the phone replaced. I had ONE problem with my phone and I paid 135 to leave with a case and TWO MORE PROBLEMS. GO TO APPLE!! You will get your moneys worth and QUALITY SERVICE.

Paid $150 to replace my iPhone screen Thursday, Saturday the screen has a crack back in it. I know I didn’t drop my phone and it was inside a case so I was confused. After closer examination I seen that the screen was not placed properly and where it was not flushed against the surface it was cracked. Took it back up to the store and the lady tells me it’s not covered under the warranty. 2days after paying $150 of my hard earned money and my phone is still not fixed. I will never give this business another dime of my money. If you can’t stand behind your work why are you even in business. I’m so beyond frustrated. I didn’t have the money to give but I sacrificed to pay the extra money for quality and 2days later my phone is back to square one.

I called this morning... young lady answers the phone. I say to her if you cant understand me or hear me let me know, she just starts laughing... Sarcastic laughing. Im explaining to her I was having a problem with the battery I just bought about a month ago she interrupted me tell me to take my car to mechanic. the whole point of the call was to ask her should I have bought Duracell battery cable connector or a certain battery cable. Because Ive always had a AC Delco battery not a Duracell battery. And of course she didnt even know if they carried battery cable connector. Solution to my problem more training !

I ordered a charger for my granddaughters electric car. I paid for it online and even spoke to the store who confirmed my charger was there. I left work and drove 15 to the store to be told that they didnt sell that charger. I pulled up their website and showed him the photo and price and he had my confirmation that I had paid for it. He couldnt explain it but said they never have sold that charger and didnt know why it was on their site or why someone at the store wouldve confirmed it was there. He refunded me the cost, but I still have no charger. Very frustrating!!!!

I purchased an X2 AGM battery for my 2015 Chevy Silverado from Batteries Plus and they installed it for me. They were very professional and I am very pleased with the power of the battery.

Went here the 27th of February to get my Samsung s8 screen repaired.What I thought was a flawless repair turned out to be anything but. The tech ended up puncturing my s8 battery and instead of letting me know he wrapped it in tape and put it back in the phone sealed it back up and allowed me to pay for the screen repair $250,about a week after the repair i kept smelling a odd smell thinking it was the glue used i ignored it until i noticed the back of the phone coming apart little did i know it was the battery swelling up. The battery was on the verge of exploding and this guy covered up what he did knowing i wouldnt find out could have offered to replace the battery for free since YOU messed it up no instead you repaired the screen and gave it back knowing what you did pretty F***ed up. I definitely will be contacting corporate and the BBB. Ended up taking it to ubreak ifix to get the repair done for what i thought was just the glue not properly put on but found out it was the battery about to explode.

Every now and again a bad experience with a battery or battery powered device will occur and then you will need someone more than a stocker and mopper at a big box.My wife and daughter both have the misfortune of having galaxy s 3 which has a high fail rate in charging ports.I needed to get an external charger for the battery. It took less than two minutes once i told the guy what I needed.Open late open early. Open Sunday. Great experience.
