I have been to few Firestone location and this one has friendly staff. They do their best to resolve your queries. My car AC was broke, they checked it just for 10$ and advised the issues with my AC. Others mechanic were charging me 59$ plus just to see whats going on with my AC. I would recommend this location. My experience was good.

I enjoyed this location better then the Popular location. This location was very pleasant and Ms Juanita was excellent . I had questions about my truck and she took the time out to take me to speak to the mechanic. I would recommend this location..

I had been trying for 2 whole days to get an wheel alignment at the Firestone on popular with no luck. I called the Winchester location n was told to bring my car n it would be ready in 2 hours. MY CAR WAS READY IN 2 Hours😌From The Moment I Walked In I Was Greeted & Helped! TUCKER WAS Amazing & provided excellent service. Idk Who worked on my car but they did a good job as well. Also told me about other things I needed done. I will be back & im only coming back to the Winchester location

Ive been to a few Firestones in Memphis and this was by far my best experience. The people were phenomenally helpful and very pleasant. I dont often make it a point to return to any particular car maintenance facility since typically experiences are all the same, that is to say uncaring employees simply tolerating their time dealing with you. But since I had such a good experience if I need any more maintenance Ill aim to return here.

Thankful for Tucker who got me in and out with no hassle. I visited another location before with an appointment and got the run around. Just by luck I stopped by the Winchester location and he Accommodated me immediately with no appointment. His customer service was over and beyond...Thank you Tucker🙂

This is my all time favorite firestone. I have had way more good experiences with them then bad. I am a longtime customer I do appreciate the hard work that they do an the honesty they give you about your vehicle. Keep up th good work🙂

Good quick service but maybe to quickly couple of my lug nuts were not tightened down could turn with my fingers not good..

I allowed them to do my brakes, they locked my calipers up on the front both sides after changing my brakes and router. When it was brought back to them the admitted it was their fault and told me the guys who did it had been fired but it was my responsibility to pay for the calipers and the labor for a problem they caused. Would not recommend this establishment. Total rip off. District manager was contacted issue is still not resolved.Update: After speaking with the current manager and area manager my issue was handled immediately. They recognized the error of past employees and corrected their mistakes.

I love having a dependable, reasonably priced, high quality, flexible, and professional auto shop in my neighborhood that has good hours and that also guarantees the work they do. If that sounds like music to your ears as well as great news for your schedule, bank account, and peace of mind, then you will love this place. From the manager to the dedicated hard working guys on the shop floor, everyone here is friendly and courteous. Its no wonder they stay busy, but if the parking lot seems full dont worry. They will give you a very accurate estimate of when they can get to you. They say that between fast, good, and cheap you can usually only pick 2, but at Firestone Complete Auto Care Store #028312 at 6100 Winchester you can have it all. You may be wondering how I know the store number, well Ive been taking all of my vehicles there for years, but its really because they offer to email you your receipt and/or print it, and I skip the paper. Look, I cant speak for any other Firestone, but that location is awesome. Go there for tires, oil changes, repairs, etc. They wont let you down.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND!!! We are from Minnesota passing through Memphis on a business trip and we noticed our AC quit working, found this shop 3 hours before they closed. Completely random google search, which can be nerve racking when having strangers work on your car. But not only did they get my car in and fixed within 1 hour, the prices were very good and hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received. They do fantastic work and Juanita at the front counter is a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

Bought a set of tires from here and a month later, I had a flat. A key was wedged in one of the tires and it couldnt be patched or plugged so I had to get a new one. I had road hazard coverage and I got another one prorated. Got tire installed with a minimum wait and Ive been good to go every since. Employees were very helpful and courteous. Busy little place but they get you fixed up and on your way as quick as possible.

I was considering getting service from this company but after all of the negative I dont think so. L will get my vogues from some where else NO THANK YOU .THIS COMPANY CAN KEEP THEIR SAD RESPONSES.

Customer service is good however inconsiderate of time! I was scheduled for an appointment at noon for a tire rotation and alignment, 4 hours later Im still here! My car wasnt touched for 2 hours! So if youre interested in getting service here be prepared to be here over 2 hours after your scheduled time!

I went to have a simple oil change and it turned into a big mess, and after calling their corporate office I got a call saying they won’t pay for the damages. How does a oil change turn into a blown head gasket

I took an online appointment yesterday (Jan 2, 2020) around noon for oil change/filter replacement for the same day at 5:30pm. I called around 4:50 pm to confirm my appointment and the person on phone confirmed it. I also got a confirmation email immediately (RESERVATION #: 90040481), so I reached there at 5:23pm and a very unprofessional guy told me that he wouldnt take my car; he also told me that theres no appointment. I showed him the email as well as confirmed the phone number where I called a few mins ago but he REFUSED to take the car; I think he was in mood of going home early! That person shouldnt work there if he doesnt love his job or respect his customers. I have been going to Firestone for the last 3 years but this was my last time! I went to Valvoline on Poplar after that and they took care of my car in 10 mins. You lost business for my three cars and I will also tell my friends to not go there.

The woman Aretha that works there is awful. She is very rude to customers and talked to other employees awful in front of us. Rachel is wonderful very helpful very kind and so pleasant. Aretha does not need to work with customers! Rachel is only reason I would come back. But great service on car!

Brought in truck to fix AC and was told it was fixed. When I came in to pick it up, AC was still blowing warm air.

Cheated me and my mother out of her money! Didnt even do the oil change like I thought they would. The car stopped at CKs Restaurant and we had to have another mechanic tow it and check it only to find out that they didnt even put a drop oil in the car. Motor locked up and now no transportation for me or my mother for work. Then lied after filing the consumer report and now they wont fix what they messed up. Lawsuit is on the way!

I did purchase a set of tires at this location. The shop is cluttered disorganized and in state of disarray. I have purchased tires for the same vehicle and each time i do i have always been able to buy them for the same price. My major grievance with firestone I feel like female customers are prayed on and sold products and services they may not need. Without fail the price i received for tires ous always hundreds of dollars cheaper than that quoted to female customers. Be an informed consumer and shop around for the best price.

Been here four times with two separate vehicles. Both times the issue was not fixed properly the first time. The wait times are a bit long too. The mechanics are very friendly and helpful though

Each time I come here the moral of the staff is dead! Just today I asked a question and the receptionist found a very nasty way to answer my question of if they price compare. I am outraged at the level of professionalism of all but two if the employees behavior, and I will NEVER return to this establishment again.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get my flat tire fixed, and I dont even know why. I showed up well before closing (6:15) and was told that I would have to leave my car over night. Meanwhile, two spots in the garage were open. What they didnt notice was that I saw the mechanics telling the clerk not to take my car. The clerk refused to give me an explanation as to why my car would not be seen and told me to have a good night as she walked to finish with another customer check out. This location needs immediate corporate review if they are in fact, refusing customers just so they can leave early. I will never recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service again.

Im a long time customer of firestone and they have worked on my vehicle for number of years. I have only one issue. I recently bought some new tires for my truck and I called Firestone on Winchester a place that I have been there for over 10 years or more. They turn me down because I didnt buy the tires from Firestone. A lesson learned

Never really a long wait or a crowd of people. They get on the jobs they have and try to complete them in a decent amount of time.

Very slow response to customers. Lead time is horrible! I dropped my car off at 8AM and it currently still not be ready even at 6PM. All I got was 2 new tires and an alignment! Why did it take 10 hours to do that!!!

My second time here, this time had a male crew. They were friendly and quick but I didnt receive the free inspection on my car like I always get when the women are there.

This place sucked!!! I got it towed there once my vehicle wouldnt start and they changed the battery even though I just put a battery in a couple of months ago the very next day my car wouldnt start again and got it towed back there so they could redeem their selves and fix it right and they ended up putting in a new starter it worked for about two days I went out of town and got stranded 7hours away because it didnt start again!!!! now Im out $850 and ended up having to junk my vehicle because I took it to a mechanic and they said the computer was actually out in the car and didnt need any of those parts which would be 1800 to fix it! definitely wouldnt ever recommend this place to anyone theyre dumb af

Techs really seem not to be knowledgeable of finding leaks. I was charged 680 bucks for a job I didnt need. Very upset with their service. They kept my automobile for one week.

Tried to sell me a tire from 1717 for full price smh

Took my car there to get two tires before I went on a trip with my kids. On the way the front tire started making noise so I stopped at Firestone in Nashville only to find out that three of my lug nuts had came off and the other two were loose. Never again will I go the that place.
