Long story /short..........2go has repaired my phone 4 or more times. Did a great job.This last time........I now have a photo app on my home screen Ive never had and my Camera file is GONE......no longer exists. Last 3 to 4 years of photos are gone. Including pets now deceased. Have no clue what happened.Salesperson was going to move data from my phone (black) to another phone (white). When I picked up my phone.....I was told he did not move the date because he was able to repair my screen by putting in a new one. My phone is now white and a black phone that looked like my phone was in the second hand display case....for sale. Im SICK ! Cant go back.

Got an iPhone screen replaced and he broke the home button. Not only did he break it but he argued with me as if he didn’t and swore it was already inoperative. Horrible service, very rude and unprofessional

After one drop-too-many, my broken iPhone screen would not allow the touch-screen function. Unable to answer phone calls, or to open the iPhone, I called 2GO Wireless on Mt. Moriah Rd. in utter desperation.Walked into the repair shop to hand the very amicable staff person my broken phone. 30 minutes later, walked out with a perfectly working touch screen at an EXCEPTIONALLY decent price.While waiting, sat at a table in a very relaxing area that, definitely, lowered my stress level.Thank you, very much!

I went there and the guy was getting ready to go on a lunch break, but he took the time to fix my iPhone 7 Plus and it’s looks brand new camera quality is better and I really appreciated it. Great place and will go back for any other repair I need ❤️.

I busted the charging port on my Samsung S6 edge + and brought it here for repair. So surprised by the honesty of the man working then double shocked by how low the repair would be.Phone fixed for the price quoted. Great place to do business with and I will definately be going back to them.

No complaints. Took a couple of iPhone with broken screens and an Android with a bad charger port and got great service. Havent been there for like 6 months though. Hopefully service still as top notch.

The best place for repairing. I got fixed my laptop, apple iphone, android phone, xbox and every time i get great and fast service. ZAC is a nice guy and excellent tech.

Just left from there. The man helped me by replacing my headphone jack I ordered. Only took an hour. Very speedy service.

Overly PriceItems are even worth there value they had power adapters for like $30 and low end laptops for $300!I hope you are only look for a Iphone there and good luck

Rip off scam, do not do business with these people went in to have my phone flashed and my internet didnt work, called the owner the next day and he told me to bring it in once i got there he tried to charge me another $50.00 to reflash my phone!!!! telling me that since i pushed *228 it knocked out the flash, lie #1 *228 will never knock out a flash only thing that can knock out a flash is changing the number, second thing he connected my service with no identification i could have been anybody he didnt care long as he was getting my money, the money is not the thing i am mad about i am a single parent who works hard for my money and i am not trying to throw it away because of his mistake. No where in the store does it say you cant press *228 after phone has been flashed neither did he tell me either, he said it was my responsibilty to ask well sir if i knew about flash phones i proably wouldnt have came to you and i would have done it myself, bottom line they rip women off and dont care, than he threatened to have my service turned off and that i will never be able to recover the money. so now that he has threatened me and i have written proof i want him to so i can take it to the proper authority for tampering with my account.

Just wanted to say the truth about the negative review on here by Brandon Garrett, If you remember im the lady that you talked me out going into the business that day when u had the issue with 2GO WIRELESS, i have left and went to the other place that you sent me to, and was quoted triple the amount that i was quoted from 2GO WIRELESS, i went back and talked to the business owner (really really nice guy) he even explained to me the issue u had, anyways i got my phone fully flashed and had to go to the Cricket dealer to do my ESN change since they dont provide that service, he mentioned since he has flashed the phone already and programmed it, to tell Cricket not to dial *228 or my internet will not work, i told the Cricket store not dial *228 the phone is already programmed, but the representative dialed *228 without telling me that he did, i went back and he explained to me what happens when they dial *228 on flashed phones even he told me and i told Cricket not to dial *228, he was nice enough to re-flash my phone at no additional charge (he said he was going to do the same for you if you havent had a bad attitude with him thats why he told you that he has to charge you for the service), i was told that dialing *228 on flashed phone will revert the EVDO settings back to the original service settings, EVDO settings is required for the internet to work, so you mentioned that *228 deletes the flash, NO it doesnt it will delete your EVDO settings which is will cause you internet to stop working.He even mentioned that he didnt ask for ID because its a Cricket prepaid service, which Cricket customer service over the phone doesnt ask for ID or SSN, so he has taken your information on a good well to believe the customer, but if you have given him a false identification you could get prosecuted for an identity theft.I had told him that i will write this review, and he mentioned that you have bad mouthed them all over Criags list that day with even more false information and he mentioned that he sent you an email with a side note that he could have easily closed your account if it was all about the money as you mentioned, he even showed me the email he sent you, its wasnt a threat it was a note that said if it was about the money he could have closed your account and got a credit for it.So over all my experience was more than wonderful, the owner gave me a CS code (customer satisfaction) on my receipt to wave the re-flash fees, so i would say to every one that reads this review to go there and enjoy the best service in town.

Their phones are little expensuve but overall good place!
