Absolutely rude...5min b4 close? And shunned away for wanting to ask a simple question. Never again will I visit this store. I love C Spire and love my phone and my phone service! But this young lady representing your company needs a better cutomer service attitude!

Our sales professional Neilson greeted us upon entry. He was patient with the myriad of questions I posed! He found out the answers quickly for the odd ones I asked. My daughter left with the Iphone that fit her needs. It was his lunch time, but he took his time with us. He provided excellent customer service!! I will return for my own purchase. It was such a pleasure to encounter Micheal Des Lauriers. I had an issue with getting my account number. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the issue. Another customer came in and he made sure every step of the way. I knew what was going on. He even helped us both so, I did not have to wait any longer. He was kind from the front door all the way to the end of my transaction. If you need a phone/tablet. Please go see Micheal you wont be disappointed!!

One star is too many for such rude incompetent people. Bought what I thought was a new phone on 7/14. Associate (Nielson Baker)did not finish activation in store instead sent me home to finish it after phone charged up. Once finished this $1100.00 Samsung note 10 plus had several phone numbers or contacts in it plus uber was already installed. Called customer service and told to take the phone back which I did I the next day. Was asked did I see mr baker remove phone from plastic which I did not. Was told by a manager named Travers that I would be getting a new phone once they ordered it. They called a few days later and said the phone was in. I arrive at store only to meet another manager named Jeremy Ellington who was rude and accusatory. I know times are hard but I dont want anything for free only what I paid for. He made me feel like I was running a scam when in actuality he and Nielsen are the scammers selling used phones for full price. Who in their right mind would accept a used phone at a full price! Was told I could return phone by mr Ellington but with no replacement. If I were corporate I would monitor store and request an internal audit because something funny is going on. Contacting the BBB and considering riding to Ridgeland tomorrow just to prove a point because I was treated so badly by Ellington.

LOVE IT! Ive been with 3 carriers and this one is THE best! No drop Calls, Unlimited usage without all those High fees and great customer service when you need it. All this for lower than the other carriers offer!

Honestly the worst cell phone service I have ever had in my life I literally am standing next to a cell phone tower right now. And I only have one bar. They charge you the price of a middle standard cell phone service but you get worse service then the cheapest of prepaid phones. I had better phone service with Straight Talk. The only reason a got 2 stars Instead of one is because they do have good deals for phones. If you catch an event you can get as much as 4 or $500 off your phone but thats the only thing they have going for them and thats only once in a while.

This has been my cell phone service provider for a number of years. They are always helpful, attentive and friendly. I have not had any problems with the cell service or any of the equipment they sell.

Went in for an upgrade. .. they will only allow the account holder to make an upgrade.. wouldnt be a problem except theyve closed all stores within a decent drive. So they tried and failed 3 times to email the account holder a link of authentication. They had him on the phone all 3 times. If this is in fact the only way to make an upgrade without the account holder in person they need to be sure it works. I will not be going back and in fact will be taking our business somewhere else. I will now go out of my way to purchase my very expensive devices elsewhere. Fyi we have 6 lines on the account. No wonder these stores keep closing.

They did a great job even though there was only 3 representatives there and they took their time with each individual customer.

I would rate it lower if possible. Multiple dropped calls, undelivered text messages, no internet half the time, and customer service is horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible service and no solution to the problem. Was told they would have 5g by now and only have 3g.

Finally got myself pretty savy with smartphone smarts. Needed some software tech help though with an issue. My man Jeremy guided me got it resolved and hipped me on how to. Thumbs up.....

I have been with these folks for over 10 years. I had been with AT&T previously. A friend I asked me to join CSpire with him because they had some kind of deal on phones. So I did. AT&T did not do anything to drive me away. Neither has CSpire. For the most part the people at the poplar store have been very friendly and helpful. But theyre always wanting me to upgrade to the latest and most expensive if not the greatest phone that they have for sale. So far I have resisted and Im very pleased with my current $250 Motorola.

I love Cspire. They have the best plans, the best customer support, and they resolve any issues you have very quickly.

We have been standing in line while the young man is taping things together instead of taking care of their customers. Glad Im here to unlock my phone and going elsewhere today

The internet is the worst i have ever used. it does not pick up well even in the store. cspire tells u to use wifi when possible. thank goodness for wi fi because mine hardly works without it. im month to month right now and there are no deals worth anything to keep me here. i dont want att though.

Victor tam installed the network quickly and professionally. He was friendly and really knew the equipment and the network.

If there were negative stars they would 10. Worst experience ever. Im stuck in a contract for a few more months. First off their internet service isnt high speed. Maybe back in the early 2000s it would have been. Second when they say that you have unlimited data what they mean is your highspeed internet runs out at your limit and goes to dial-up from the 90s. It took 10 minutes just to load up this so i could review. Its so slow that it times out just trying to load GOOGLE HOMEPAGE. The service doesnt even reach all of memphis i have 4 dead spots just on my way home from work. Id cancel but they want my first 3 born children to cancel my unfinished contract. If i ever wanted to be on the run and untracable this is the phone service id get. I wouldnt even be able to find myself. Dont get this my friends. The amount you pay here is better spent in another phone service.

I got a new phone here and good deal on no contract service.
