Horrible services. I went in looking for new services switching from Android to IPhone. The representative offered smaller phones that I had before and switched my services.I was completely unhappy about my service and experience so when I tried to get a better deal for my money spent the person working said he didn’t work at the store and was only helping out. Alex called someone clearly talking about me in my face and tell me the best deal was for me to spend almost $500 more dollars on top of spending $600 two days prior. I told clerk I was unsatisfied with my purchase and could he help me with a better deal. He basically laughed because he knew the phones they sold weren’t worth what I paid for. He offered me to return when the original manager return which was Joseif Monday.

Best deals and customer services they always work with me

I went in to get my battery replaced and a screen replacement, once I received my phone back the battery was popping out my phone and Face ID completely stopped working. I told them and they “ attempted “ to fix it but it just made it WORSE. I had to go to “ IN & OUT WIRELESS “ so they could fix it ! I would not RECOMMEND!!!!

I initially brought my phone here because I cracked my screen, once I received my phone back i started having issues. Their prices doesnt match their ads.. The ad stated 119 but when I got there he told me 159.I cant use my phone for over 5 mins or it will get extremely hot. My front camera/face id doesnt work anymore, my screen will black out randomly, and now my phone is saying my sim card is not in when it is.so now i have to buy a new phone because this one is no good. Going the cheaper route cost me in the long run. My friend told me to never to get my phone fixed at one of these type places and to just get apple care which is 5/month if anything happens to my new phone in the future.

I went to this store today i went to get the phone they gave me for 266 and iPhone 6s it had a problem and they didn’t want to fix it they yelled at me y cussing me out saying that they have money on them like 2000 and i drive a bmw and that they were the bosses and telling i needed to get out of the store and the arebic and hispanic kid were really rude please dont wast the money in that store they are races and they were gave a young black male and iphone X max for 1200 and they were gaving 900 to other people thats no good please be carfull
