This place has declined greatly in customer service, there is no respect for the customer. I strongly suggest taking your hard earned money where you are appreciated and respected. I have shopped at this store for years and never had any problems until today. I will not be returning, Im reading other reviews and other customers are reporting the same issues I experienced.

This place is a total scam. My partner, who is a male, took his phone in to have it wiped and reset from ATT to Verizon. They quoted him $35 and never took /touched his phone. I, a woman of color, went in right after him with the same phone and THE SAME REQUEST. They not only took the phone to the back for over an hour, but they came back my contacts and messages were completely wiped as if they wiped my sim card or something. They quoted me $143. When I told them I have a guy who will do it for $35 they told me that was impossible to to go to that guy instead. Boo and hiss. A business run by people of color that disrespect not only women but women of color. Do better. Zero stars if I could.

Dont shop with them theyre a RIP off I bought 2 phones from them they sold me one and I didnt know it required a chip and if you reset the phone it wont work. I have been taking the phone back for about a month and I get the run around every time. I called the news and made a police report about it. Im waiting on my police report to come back so I can go to the news with it. They is selling people these phone and know you cant do anything with them. And I had to find out the phone they sold me was through sprint and whomever had it still owe a bill on it so its locked so it cant be unlocked and my money is gone.

One stop shop. I got my iphone fixed, purchased a new series 3 Apple watch, got me an otter box and tempered glass screen protector to protect my phone AND payed my phone bill here.

I was going to go back to this place but then I read the reviews!!! I thought it was just me last time I stopped by his place to get a chip so I could use my phone with my service cricket he charged me 60 buck for doing so when I made it to the cricket store they guy told me he charge me way to much and he said they do it for 25 bucks then I got on amazon and saw the same chip for 3 bucks

Save your money! Go somewhere else. I took them my Samsung note 5 to get fixed. They broke my screen. I had to beg them to fix my screen (that magic wireless broke) . Every day they would tell me my phone will be fixed by the end of the day; but, when I go to pick it up, its not fixed, leaving me phone less! This was going on for about a week. I will never ever, ever, ever, ever go back to these guys on hacks cross. The customer service is terrible. I would much rather pay more somewhere else.Oh and when my boyfriend went to pick up my phone, they charged him an extra $60 because I was mad them for taking forever to fix my phone.So basically I had to pay an extra $60 to get a phone fixed that they broke.

Very bad Service. Very very bad. I took my iphone for broken screen they replaced with new one but didnt fix it properly which cause screen crack again on 2nd day I took it and they fixed. After 2 days again my screen got burled and I dont see anything. I took but this time they started telling all stories. I requested refund they said they will give only some and the way they treat the people is very very bad. Please dont go to such shop and encourage their business.
