I had a great experience with Galaxy Wireless! I am a teacher and have been teaching virtually due to the pandemic. After Xfinity announced mid December their “On Demand” passes would no longer be available for purchase after December 17th, I began to try to decide how I wanted to continue with internet. I received word that my school would remain virtual and so I decided on the Xfinity Pre-Paid option. As it was already December 29th and school was due to start in about a week, I honestly did not trust Xfinity to have the box to me in time. The Pre-Paid boxes are mostly sold at stores I am not familiar with. After calling several places with either disconnected numbers or confused employees my anxiety began to sky rocket! Then I called Galaxy Wireless and the gentleman that answered greeted me friendly, I explained to him what I was looking for, he knew exactly what I was talking about and told me they were out of stock at the moment, however, a delivery truck should be dropping 6 of them off any minute. I told him I was in Millington at the time, so I would go ahead and start heading that way. He had offered to get my number and call when it arrives, but I was so afraid something might happen and he’s forget since it was close to closing etc. So I insisted I would just head over. I waited outside for a bit to see if he called and by 6:30, he had not so I went inside. He very politely told me that the delivery truck had still not come. I expressed my desperation for needing this box and he promised he would call me the moment it arrives tomorrow (December 30th). He said he was working again that day. He ensured me he would save me a box. The very next day, just as promised, he called when the box arrived and I headed back to pick it up. He was very knowledgeable about the simple set up process and how to reload it each month. He activated the box in store and answered the numerous questions I had. Y’all I know I had to have been so (unintentionally) annoying this man, but I just knew I needed internet to teach my kiddos. But let me tell you, if I was annoying him, you’d have never known. Excellent customer service and knowledge regarding the products being sold. I do wish I remembered the gentleman’s name. I believe it started with a “M”... I have never purchased anything else from here simply because there hasn’t been anything else I have needed. But would I recommend it based on customer service and I have not had any issues out of the box I purchased either. I left Galaxy Wireless really impressed and knowing that truly deserved a Google review.
I love galaxy wireless he is a one-man show and always gives me the best service at a decent price. I always receive great prices on products. And just the other day he sold me a brand new iPad the new generation and took off 3 hundred dollars! He’s fast/polite and always honest with me. And that’s why me and my family only deal with GALAXY WIRELESS ❤️

I should have read the reviews first and maybe not would of went. Went in for what I was told was the charging port the owner/ guy that was there said give me 30 min and it will be $44 I come back to get my phone and turns out it was the battery and it is now $78. My husband said he should of waited for the approval to change battery and he said he did not open the phone for free so we ended up paying the $78. But honestly hate that if it was something as easy as a battery he could have waited to get approval.
Fraudulent store. Buyer BEWARE!They have scammed me $316 and wont return my money. I have asked the owner to return the funds but is ignoring me. Look below, he wont respond to my messages. Hes a con artist and I advise everyone to find another store to do business with. There is a lot of locations in Memphis to do business with.Dont make the same mistake I did with this scam artist.

I dropped my iPhone flat on its face about a week ago. Didn’t crack the screen, but it caused my back camera to stop working🤦🏽♀️. Went to In and Out wireless, because it’s on my way home, to see what the cost would be to fix it. He said $80. I threw up the✌🏽 sign and said have a nice day. Went back to to Galaxy wireless in Bartlett, they fixed my screen before and he knows my sister Dawn. He said, l got you. $44.99 plus 10% off cause I know your sister!!! When he finished fixing my phone, I told him what his competition wanted to charge me. He was like, you know better!! Go see Mike at Galaxy Wireless for fast, friendly and inexpensive service!!!

This guy is a rip off. Took my iPhone 7 here so he could look at it see if he could fix it. He took it behind his desk and said give me 15min. Ok! He gave my phone back now it wont power back on it shows the Apple sympol and goes to a black screen. Now Im phone less. Then he turn around and blamed me. Ill never go there again. He did all that just so Ill buy a use raggly phone from him. Arab the worst. DONT GO THERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME SERIOUSLY

Purchased a charger cord for my Galaxy S6 not quite 2 weeks ago. Took cord back today 8/4/16 and was told the cord was no good and my phone charger port was not working on my device as well. I took device to Verizon, they got another cord, plugged it in and it worked and nothing is wrong with device. He also refused to replace the cord, which was no good, said policy is 7 days and said he knew it had been more than 3 weeks (a lie). So beware this man sells garbage and junk and should be handled with a long handled spoon, especially to females, doesnt allow u to speak and acts like a man from a country that dont allow their women to speak unless told.BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS.
This guy had it advertised on Facebook Marketplace that he could unlock iPhones. Drove 13 miles for him to not be able to unlock it. Just for him to steal my money and the phone never unlocked. He’s on his desk all day messaging people to come in so that he could steal there money. Do not go here. He’s a scam. And a thief.
