Can’t get any help with replacing-new phone I purchased, haven’t had it for 6 months yet and I’m getting the worst service’s ever. I’m transferring my services fast it’s been a phone claim since 8/30/21, and all I’ve gotten is the run around. I do business from my phone and it’s just ridiculous.
I had to go to a different store for my phone to work. Dang-it repair, next to the Fresh Market.
Excellent customer service. Lost my phone the same day I got in town from Los Angeles for Fathers day Sunday. Lost phone Sunday night on beale some how. Pickpockets running loose. . Had a new phone Tuesday under insurance.
Located on Union Avenue, this store is always full of customers, but the staff try to assist as quickly as possible. My issue was resolved and I left pleased.

I have been trying to see if a young man who used to work at the Collierville, TN location and then transferred to the Memphis Union Avenue Location is still working there. The bad part, is I cant recall his name to save my life, but if someone said it, Id recognize it. He always provided exceptional customer service - and never made this old woman feel foolish for asking a question. If anyone can assist me, Id be very appreciative. My guess is that he would be at one of the corporately owned stores.

Went here to pick up a postmates delivery 12 miles away! I was polite, nice and patient with the employees I waited about 10 mins! They tell me the order is not in the system yet which I had no problem with, but then this one husky employee come up and say in the rudest manner you can stand there as long as you want but Im telling you it might take all day you might want to cancel it knowing that will get me kicked off the app or cause my ratings to go down then he decided to tell me I needed to wait in the car and he would let me know when its ready so he could proceed to see other customers I politely left but this is no way to treat people! I call customer service on my end and the store would answer the phone so I wasted gas and time to get horrible service!
Paying $180 a month for a phone that doesn’t work, when at store and asking for tech support I was told to call Verizon tech support. THE REASON I AM AT THE STORE is because I CAN’T MAKE CALLS. Proceeded to be told there was nothing they could do... hope to be receiving next months service free as I have not had a working phone in over a month now.

Dont waste your time going into this store, unless you would like to receive useless, unattentive, nonchalant assistance. I was not assisted when visiting this store today. The young lady that I encountered didnt show any concern with my issue, she basically told me to call customer service. I wasted time traveling here. Ive never received this kind of service at Verizon. I guess I should have traveled to another part of the city to receive better service as I have in the past. I do not recommend this store.

They helped us find a good solution for my rural senior citizen people. Very helpful, flexible, proactive, even put the screen protector on for mom. Explained the what/why of issues we had at rural store. Took care of upgrading everything online right there in the store. Really appreciate Kyles help today. Everyone in the store was very polite, seemed a happy workplace, employees cooperative with each other freely sharing differing skill sets/expertise. Will be back.
I have never been so uncomfortable in a Verizon store until yesterday. It was obvious they didnt want to help me. The man helping me was useless. I will never go into the Union store again. Actually, I am considering changing carriers because of their customer service on line and this store.

The Union Verizon is the best location in the city. Every other location is too busy trying to up their commissions to be helpful. On more than one occasion, I have gone to the location on Poplar & Estate only to wind up going to the Union store to get the help I needed. The staff actually knows the products and doesnt try to force up sales. They also can explain the fine print for you and dont try to hide the traps that all cell phone carriers and try to sneak past their customers. They also have a good sized space so you dont feel cramped while browsing.

A few weeks ago, I ordered an iPhone online from Verizon. They used UPS to ship it(I had a tracking number and was notified that it was left on my porch and it shouldnt have been!) and it was stolen. I was tired of going back and forth on the phone with Verizon about getting my phone replaced, so I decided to go into this Verizon store. I wish I wouldve done that from the beginning! The employee who helped me was very nice and apologetic (even though it wasnt Verizons fault the phone was left unattended and stolen). He took care of me quickly and had great customer service. The phone I wanted wasnt available in the store, so he ordered it for me from the warehouse and had it delivered to the store instead of my address (so that I didnt have to worry about another phone getting delivered and stolen). It came like a day and a half later, he put the SIM card in it, and activated it for me. I have been a customer with Verizon for 10 years now and I appreciate their customer service. They also mentioned their new unlimited plan, so I signed up for it, and it saved me money on my monthly phone bill!!
As I woke up today. I thought I would have a great day today and a great experience at Verizon Wireless. The exact opposite. I went to the Verizon store because I needed help opening my SD card slot, which is easy. First off the place is nice and clean. Thats the only reason why I gave them a star. I was assisted by a man named Corey. He was highly rude. My fiance asked him a question and ignored my fiance. He lucky I didnt give him the business while I am going through my bad days. Why are people so bitter? That has nothing to do with me! They wont see me again! Im sure someone will deliver the message to the staff...
As a former sprint customer and the sole reason I visited this Verizon wireless location. Their network actually work wherever I go. Unlike sprint which I cant use their network to work in my own home and in located in central area of a major metropolitan city Memphis, TN. As welI as various other areas around the city I guess you really get what you pay for when it comes to mobile phone carriers.
I went into this store on 13 March. The staff, especially Yolander, was quite helpful. They also offer training classes on Saturdays (call ahead to confirm). They treated me well. Im happy with my products. Id shop there again.
I just had a very rude employee just disregard me all together. I love the guy with glasses who works behind the counter to honest I wish he would have been someone trying to sell me a phone.

Dwayna (spelling) was extremely rude to me and her associate. Refused to correct my name for billing purposes even though I had all the correct documentation. She refused to consult someone else to get help and acted as if she was the ultimate authority and had no supervisor to go to. Do not recommend going to this store unless you want to get treated poorly. Avoid like the plague.

My phone died and I panicked! I ran down to the Union location thinking I was going to have to buy a new one but Sales Rep Leah came over very professionally and friendly and inquired what I needed. She said with a smile, No Problem. She reset the phone and explained the process so even I could understand. Whew! All was good and no one tried to oversell me. Her demeanor and attitude was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Leah and thank you, Verizon, for hiring quality people. Good job. It may not seem like much but the art of good customer service is a vanishing skill set in todays marketplace.

I came in with a insurance claim and was guided to a phone where I talk to an automated system. I went to the store so I would not have to work with an when I entered the store I was guided to a phone to make an insurance claim and then talk to an automated system. The staff showed no interest in assisting me with my claim. I am very disappointed with my level of service. The staff showed no interest in assisting me with my claim.
Some are more knowledgeable and caring than others. Great deals if you ask.

Ive been going to this Verizon for years and have typically sought out Nakita for help. Ive always had a good experience with him. No, hes not smiley and he is straightforward, but Ive always found him professional and helpful.

The experience was terrible. Yolander was an employee that sold us the wrong phone, added warrenties without asking us and when we brought the phone back to get the right one, we were told we had to pay a 35$ fee for their mistake. Told us incorrect phone prices, charged us in a way that we were being billed for multiple phones and refused to use our reward points (even though they were applicable). Luckily customer service online and by phone fixed it and were super helpful since the store staff kept making the situation worse. Its close to our home but Im willing to drive a distance to avoid this headache of this place.

This store needs to wipe out the staff and start over ! Monday was my second time entering the store . No one greets you and when I did hunt down someone he seemed beyond uninterested to help . After I asked my question he walked to an area where the other associates were hiding and talking their buts off . Meanwhile, Im looking clueless at this giant wall of phone cases with no assistance. Will not be returning to this location !

We went into this store to get information about phones. We were about to get one but then the associate told us the walk out price.. being that we are on vacation and did not NEED a phone we told the associate that we were no longer interested. Needless to say if facial and body language was verbally announced we would have heard vulgarities from the associate.

I went to this store because the one closest to where I live didnt have the phone I wanted. I agree with some of you. The staff at this version is very rude and unhelpful. I cant remember the guy named but hes a Caucasian guy that helped the first time we went up there. Bad attitude.... Second time we went to trade my phone for a different one and he was supposed to be helping us but instead he put us to the side to help a white couple that came in after us. I brushed it off because my concern at that point was to get things taken care of. 3rd time I went up there my phone was acting up because The same guy did not add some features that was supposed to be on my phone, and it kept freezing up. They did not want to have to swap phones out again so instead they to me to turn it off for 5 minutes everyday. Ill start back going to the one Germantown Rd. Where respect and concerns are shown.

I usually have good service but time it was horrible. The guy didnt tell me his name, but i think he might have been new. but he also didnt care to help. he was too busy looking at a football game on his ipad. i came in and showed him my phone and what was wrong... he immediately said oh no we cant fix that....he asked my phone # and asked if my address was correct and said is this your address... we will mail you another one, and it should be here weds. bc you came in sat. then he said if i had an old phone i could use it in the meantime.. the next day i spoke to someone on chat for tracking and they said it was in the mail but wouldnt give me a tracking #. then 4 days later, i talked to someone else on chat that said, since i have insurance on my phone it would need to go through them, and i was suppose to mail back the broke phone...so i have been waiting this whole time for nothing. I finally decided to go to a store that fixes iphones and they fixed it in an hour.1st issue, the guy at the store didnt ask if my old phone was the same as the broke phone( the broke phone was an iphone) the old phone was an old samsung. So once I got home, I had to go back to get a sim card.2nd issue- it doesnt make sense that i keep my iphone and dont have to turn it in.. in the past ( i remembered) have to turn it in to get the replacement.3rd issue- ppl used their phone for work and the old phone i had wouldnt download the apps i needed, so i had switch phone w my husband, to make sure, i could do my job... also... why do i have insurance on my phone to be told something wrong.why did he lie ...just say you dont know and ask another team member to help me instead...smhI wont be going to this store unless the guy that usually helps me is there... he was off that day...

We went in today to get a new iPhone. No one greeted us or anything. We were looking at the phones for about 10 minutes. A group of employees were crowded around a counter talking and ignored us when we yelled to them for help. Another employee was eating a chicken sandwich on the other end.We just gave up and left. And then then of the lady workers yelled “have a nice day” when we left, I’m guessing to be petty. Another lady before us left the store angry, we should’ve took that as a sign.We will be calling corporate on this store.

My husband and I use this location because it is closest to home. However, this is the second time that we have been in there and had horrible customer service. The man by the name of Nikita is very unprofessional. The last time we were in there looking for a tablet he could not stop texting on his phone long enough to help us. Tonight I went in because I was having trouble with my phone. He would not even look at me while he was speaking and he was very unfriendly. He acted as if he was put out by having to help me.
