Very speedy service. Fair price. What’s not to like!

I had an expensive (but fairly priced) screen repair done here a couple of years ago and was very satisfied with the end result.. Today I had the back glass replaced on a Note 10+ for $30 and it took less than an hour. Professional, reasonably priced, and fast. I dont see myself taking any future repairs anywhere else.

My experience here was nothing short of exceptional. Curtis knew exactly why my screen wasn’t working in one area and was able to fix it within 45minutes. All the employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I even bought a replacement screen protector for my phone, and they put it on for me for free, so I could walk out the door completely sure my phone was fixed and protected. They even offer a 1yr warranty! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. When all the other phone fix places were closed still on a Saturday morning, Ifix was open with a smile on ready to make my day less stressful. I’m so thankful for Curtis y’all!

The technicians were professional, courteous and efficient. Every step was thoroughly explained. Whenever my iPhone needs help, I come here, and they resolve the issue (reasonably priced also;-).

Of course, I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. They told me they were behind, but would try to get it done before the end of the day…under promise, over deliver! They had it ready before they closed! They were knowledgeable and the consummate professionals! Highly recommend them for whatever issues one may be having with their phone! Hands down the best service!

I dropped my phone and the whole screen went black. I had insurance through my cellular provider but they wanted me to pay $250 to receive another phone. iFix had my phone fixed and working in 45 minutes for a reasonable price. If you have a broken screen or LED this is the place to bring it!!

Phone was repaired very quickly and even in shorter time than I expected! Works great! Would recommend to anyone needing a phone repair.

If I could give them less than a star I would. I’ve gone back to this place 2/3 times because my screen kept popping out. They replaced it And the same thing happened. I should’ve known better after the first time I went and had to turn right around because I literally could not even type my password in. If you want cheap material or a temporary fix by all means go to them but I honestly wouldn’t suggest them. There are better places for the same price

I dropped off a iPhone that the apple store said they couldn’t replace the battery Matthew had me up and running the following day and then went a step further when I told him that my other phone wasn’t charging he took a look at it cleaned the port and that’s all it needed. This shop is great and will return if needed and would refer and recommend to all that need repairs.

No problem with the workmanship. However;1) I was quoted one price and charged about $80 more. Perhaps the gent didn’t include the labor when he gave me the quote, but that should be part of the estimate.2) I attempted to get my phone fixed but it was too late in the day on a Friday so the gentleman suggested i bring my phone to a location that was open on Saturday. He would be kind enoungh to take the special order part to the other location since he would be working there. Got to location on Saturday, dropped it off and left (no ticket number was given or anything like that). When I called to check on the status 5 hrs later, they couldn’t find me in their system. After giving my phone number and name and describing how I went into one store and then was sent to another and then being put on hold, they finally figured it out. Turns out, their systems do not talk to each other between stores so they had no record of me at the store.Finally picked it up and was supposed to learn the charge was $80 more than the original quote.

The service here is excellent. They repaired my granddaughters phone in a short period of time. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I’ve had 2 of phones fixed and they’ve done great both times. Doesn’t cost much! Only took them a hour each which was perfect, I didn’t have to wait hours.

I had a fantastic experience at this location. I was traveling in town for work and my business phone screen broke. This left the phone unusable. I located this place online and they said no problem bring in the phone. The repair took 15 minutes and the phone is just like now. Great job and great service. I recommend this place to everyone

I had my sons screen replaced awhile back. The screen became unattached to the rest of the phone. I called to see if the screen was still covered under the warranty; they told us it was as long there were no cracks on the screen. We took the phone into the store the next day and they proceeded to tell us it was not covered under warranty due to the length of time it had been since the last replacement! Told us it would be $150 to replace it but they would give us a 10% discount because we were told misinformation! Sounds like a bait and switch tactic! Would not recommend!

These guys repaired my iPad screen very quickly. They also take necessary precautions to keep their customers safe like opening the door for you to eliminate a high contact touch point. It is also a kind and welcoming gesture. This is the second time I have used this company and will use them for all my repair needs.

Got my Samsung S8 screen replaced. My screen was cracked and the display was completely black. It took only a few hours and they had a new screen on and everything was working like new. I would use them again.

Fast, reliable and good value as always.

They fix it fast and well. Unfortunately if you are getting a new phone screen, it will not be a quality one. I have to lock and unlock mine about once a sentence to render the screen operational. For reference I did it about 4 times throughout the course of writing this review. Just go to the Apple store and pay a little extra. Probably not worth it for phone screens. CANNOT ATTEST TO ANY OTHER SERVICES THEY PROVIDE.

I brought my phone in to get the screen repaired, after about a week my phone started glitching and typing out random things. It would also post random things or call people from my contacts when it would just be sitting on the charger. 0/5.

Unfortunately they were unable to fix my computer issue. The staff was very patient and knowledgeable with me, giving me other alternatives to try to help. It sucks that they couldnt fix the issue however, the professionalism and customer service they gave me was truly amazing. Thank you gentlemen, (and lady even though we had no interaction), I would definitely recommend going to these guys if you have any computer issues.

Awesome friendly serviceWhen we arrived were the only patrons there and we were told it would be about 30 minutes to fix the phone. After we went to wait in there car, several patrons came after us and I worried that it would extend the anticipated wait time of my phone fix. My phone was still fixed within the time frame predicted with quality work. Only time will tell if it holds up until then I would recommend this place to anyone

Great experience! The employees were so friendly and helpful. The store took social distancing seriously with measures in place to reduce close contact. They fixed my iPhone screen in about 25 minutes. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do, I wouldn’t go to any other store.

In all my years of having a phone, I have never had a cracked a screen. The time finally came and I had no idea what to do or where to go. I asked around and multiple people recommended iFix as the place to go. I called ahead and the staff was very friendly and informative. Once I arrived, I was able to drop it off and swing back by to pick it up. The price was fair, great customer service and Nathan did a great job with something I thought was going to be difficult. Highly recommend to anyone!

Very attentive staff, prices more than fair. Extremely well organized. Most importantly, they deliver what they promise. I have been there twice in two weeks with two different devices with two different operating systems and completely different issues. Each of which was addressed directly and solved expeditiously. I needed a screen repair and was told that it would likely take a couple of days. I dropped off my tablet and in just a couple of hours they had called me to say the work was done. The screen was better than new. Extremely pleased with the customer service and staff friendliness.

I emailed ahead and asked how much it would cost to get an iphone 8 screen replaced, and was told in the email $60. Then when I arrived, one hour later, they said it was $64.99. And just stared at me when I said I have an email you just sent me that said $60. Then to top it off, I warned that my home button wasnt working since the screen cracked. I assumed it was the same piece as the screen, they didnt say anything about it being a separate repair or anything. I pick up my phone, get in the car and realize the home button is still cracked and not working. I would have happily paid extra to have it fixed. Why not just say, hey that is a different piece and it will cost $XX to fix it. Do you want us to? Why let me pay $71 to get my screen replaced and give me back a phone that you know is still broken?????

Had the glass replaced on my I pad. The new glass in the store was not stuck down all the way. The tech just pushed it down then handed it back to me. Now that I am home and using it. The glass is still not secure all the way around. I just keep pushing it down in the places that are not Secure. Also there are places on the screen that do not react to touch.

While the staff at the site was extremely friendly and they were quick with the repair, I am extremely disappointed with the quality. My husband’s iPhone XS Max screen was cracked, and we had no apple locations nearby to get it fixed so decided to go with a local business. The screen they replaced it with completely skews the color - there is a permanent blue smudge on part of the screen, there is a purplish reflection that comes off of the screen, and all of the colors look strange. The classic blue iMessage bubbles look more like a deep royal blue through the screen, for example. Now we are figuring out how to get it fixed through Apple - so we basically threw away $180 with the screen replacement from iFix.

Great experience. Same day service on a cracked screen. The store practiced social distancing and offered a mask of I didn’t have one. They were clear on the pricing, and wouldn’t let me leave until they were sure I was satisfied at the repair. Great, all around!
