We had the best experience at this Verizon on HWY 64. We dont know anything about smart phones. We were lucky enough to have a sales person named Marvin Morgan. He spent so much time with us. He wasnt pushy but he sure was helpful.
This store is wonderful and Rebekah is so helpful!My mother went to a different Verizon on Poplar, she got a new phone and they were supposed to transfer all her info. They did not transfer her info correctly at all, kept her waiting for 2 and half hours!!! We took it to this Verizon store on hwy 64 and Rebekah was amazing at helping us!!!! She went the extra mile and got everything straightened out perfectly. She was also able to help us with additional items that were not even mentioned or offered at the other store! I have had several other positive experiences at this location. Would highly recommend this particular store!

Paul and Jacques were amazing. We came in near closing time on Sunday. They were so kind. They stayed after closing to make sure we were taken care of. I had just upgraded my old iPhone 6Plus to the Apple iPhone12 Pro Max and was having some really BIG issues as I could not get the phones to marry up and connect to each other and also my phones were in-between the upgrade and degrade. Today I visited your Verizon wireless location for a very complicated returned. The process had me very frustrated, but the first person to offer me assistance was Kina!!!!😁😁😁 She was so patient with me dealing with an out of state exchange. The process took over two hours to correct. She was polite the entire time, as well informative and incredibly helpful. I’ll have to admit, I was rather ticked off when I first came in but she made me feel calm, comfortable, and as I stated before was very understanding and concerned with correcting all of my issues and addressing my needs. She is god sent. Every location needs an employee as skilled and caring as she is.Great work girl!!!!!Remember talk to kina....

We came in an hour before closing on a Friday to switch my daughters line to my line. Kina was incredible! Not only was she patient, friendly and knowledgeable, she went above and beyond to ensure the process was seamless. My daughter hadn’t backed her phone up on iCloud in months and it took forever. Kina not only patiently waited with us but gave us instructions on how to get everything done way after business hours AND she followed up the next day to make sure everything was fine. It was an incredible experience. I switched from AT&T to Verizon months ago and I’ve had an okay experience so far, but Kina surpassed all expectations and I’m so happy I made the switch.

First of off have to say I forgot to review until now, my experience here was 3-4 months ago. My experience is mixed. I showed up around 30 minutes to close, I had broken my phone and they were the only place open late enough to visit after work on a Friday. Service was friendly if you ignore the lies I was told.I got a Google pixel XL and and was told that it was on sale lucky enough and it be $300-400 off making my monthly payments something like $27 but it wasnt until my first bill where it was 39$ a month that I cought that I had no discount, the receipt showed no discount so shame on me for not paying attention and trusting the sales.rep.to be honest.Also got a screen protector I was told had a lifetime warranty. I directly asked if that included fall damage and he assured me it did. It does NOT. Not a huge deal but dont tell me it does if it doesnt.As I said service was prompt and friendly, I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes max though that was helped by me setting up my phone myself as I could do it myself.So if you go here read before you sign and dont trust the sales reps. Otherwise they will be fast and friendly enough.
Rebekah was absolutely fabulous. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the product. She also completed the transaction quickly and I was in and out and back to work with my new phone in just minutes!!! My wife and I were supper pleased!

Kelsey Mitchell recently assisted me and my wife with several purchases at the new Verizon store on Highway 64. She not only provided excellent customer service but also demonstrated detailed knowledge of every product we were interested in examining. We were impressed by her enthusiasm and professionalism. She is a great example for others working in this high demand industry, where all to often, the customers are treated as if they are a bother when asking questions or needing help.
Been to this store two times. Was treated very respectfully both times and did not have to wait for service. Sales rep, Rebecca Perry, was very Kind, patient and professional, and took a lot of time to take care of my concerns. It’s not the Verizon store closest to me, but personnel so nice, I prefer going to this one.

My wife and I spoke with Mr. Paul Childress who sold us Verizon products, iPhone Pro max. We recently shopped at a local AT&T and the experience was very distasteful and unsettling. Mr. Childress was the exact opposite! He presented extremely professional, informative, and warm. He also ensured he informed us of all the offers that were currently applicable. Additionally, every question my wife and I had, he answered knowledgeable and with a smile! I have never owned an iPhone but my current/previous phone (LG V10 I’ve had for over 5 years) was giving me several issues. I serve as an outpatient therapist and I have to have an operable, reliable phone. Mr. Childress is responsible not only for my first iPhone after years of being team iPhone but my wife’s and I first “major” purchase together! We will never forget this buying experience! Mr. Childress has just gained two new loyal customers. He deserves all the merits and benefits for the way he treats his customers.

After a not so amazing assistance on November 16 2017.when I came to the store to purchase a new phone and tablet I decided to return the merchandise upon my second visit I received amazing customer service from a employee that goes by Lukes D and Justin from Chattanooga. These guys were honest and friendly and had no problem assisting me knowing I came in to not purchase but return my products.
My wife and I are in our seventies and not cellphone literate. We walked in the store with several questions and issues. Lukas Dunavant spent time addressing our issues as if we were all that he had to do that day. He was training two young persons while we were there. He even assisted me in what to ask customer service when I returned home. What a fine employee Verizon has in Lukas.
I cannot express how great of a representative Channing is every visit. He remembered my wife and I even after months and has been nothing but helpful. His customer service is what keeps me a satisfied customer. He is professional and helpful.Thank you Channing for always giving us great service.

And you guys have a wonderful intelligent since of humor boss. This is to acknowedge the very special and professional sales and technical experience my wife and I had purchasing a Verizon phone from Kelsey and Lukas at the new store on highway 64 in Memphis near Wolfchase Mall. We received outstanding treatment from beginning to end.
If I could do this with no stars I would. We went to this store to get a glass screen saver for my phone, Rebecca, ordered it. paid a lot for it. and had it come directly to the store so that they would put it on my phone. Were told that she would call when it was in. Waited 2 weeks, no call, called the store after digging around to find the correct phone number, because the number listed is MLGW. spoke w/ Rebecca, she first told us it was in, and then after checking, said it was due in that day, Asked her to call when it arrived. No call. after several days, checked on it and low and behold it was in, but had been put aside and that was the excuse for not calling. Went to get it. she had ordered the wrong size for the wrong type of phone, not even close. then im told that it is my responsibility to return the item to the manufacturer, in order to get a refund, Wouldnt do an exchange. In all fairness, they got the shipping label, and boxed up the the item, but I had to take it to UPS to ship and I wont get my refund back until the company has the wrongly ordered item. Obviously, we will not darken their door again. FYI I ordered the correct screen saver through Amazon for 1/3 of the price they charged.
Pricey however the staff was extremely helpful and hot me on and out in minutes. Highly unusual for a phone store.

On 11/19/2018 My wife and I went to these location to upgrade my wife phone because it was having problems after talking with the rep Kevin Ellison he got me to trade my wife and my S7 for S8 then confiscate our old phones and said he had to send them back to Verizon now it has been two months and Verizon is back charging me for the S7 that have not show up at Verizon I have gone back to the store to find out what going on and they are giving me the run around and I am pissed dont go to this store until they can show me a paperwork error they stole my phones and are stealing another 280 dollars from me I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THESE LOCATION!!!!
