The guy was very patient going all out to help me get a sim card n liquid screen protector installed n also the switch over from my old Note 3 to a Samsung 10e. He has a very good cheerful customer service! Will definitely be back for my cell phone needs when needed. TQ!

Very helpful crew for sure. . . It was quickly clear that I wasnt going to be able to get what I needed there (not there fault, and I cant get it anywhere but online, so. . . ) and they still hung out with me for like 45 minutes helping me do other stuff with support knowing full well I wasnt going to be buying anything at that point. . . Great service for sure!

Overall a reasonable place to visit. The thing that threw me off the most last time I went there was the entrance procedure. Due to this Covid mess they are limiting people in the store. There is a sign that says ring bell for entry. Only the bell doesnt look like a bell. It is a flat appearing black strip that you can press. Great experience today.

Christopher was absolutely amazing. My phone broke and due to my occupation I MUST have my phone. He was so understanding of my panic and need for assistance. During my visit there were other customers outside waiting with me that were very rude to him and he was still so professional. I couldnt have handled that as well as he did. The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in for information only and she understood that and didnt harass me with purchasing their product when I wasnt ready. I did have to wait a bit as she was the only agent working at that time and there was a customer ahead of me. All in all my experience there was great.

Al Stallworth sold my iPhone X that I ordered from him on 10-28-17. I wasn’t contacted by the store to tell me my phone was even in. I only knew it was because Verizon sent me tracking information showing that Al signed for it. So he ordered it under my account, signed for it and then sold it to someone without any word to me. I believe he’s a manager at this store. If I could give zero stars I would. Go to a stand alone Verizon store. Do not trust these “authorized retailers”. Very shady. Very unethical. I plan to follow this with a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Do not do business at this location. They can’t be trusted.

I highly recommend visiting this store. Mr. D C Houston provided excellent customer service and was a great help in getting my new phone ordered. Please stop by and see them.

I will not do business with this location nor with any Victra location ever again. I was sold things I did not need and lied to by omission to close the sale. Untrustworthy and Victra corporate is not any more helpful.

Got here at 2:15ish today to try and get them to print an official bill with my address on it for the DMV, and it was closed with a printed sign on the door saying they were out for lunch and would be back at 2:45 (in which the DMV clerks office in Germantown closes at 3:15) so I got screwed today because they didnt think about scheduling someone to be in the office to cover break periods.

I recommend anyone try this new store because of the fast friendly excellent service. D C Houston and miguel my sales guys made me so comfortable in my buying my first smart phone so doyour self a favor and go see them today and thats a fact jack.

My husband went in for a new cord for our phones since we were traveling back to Alabama for several more hours. The employee gave him a free mini cord for our charger since weve been with Verizon for so many years, no questions asked!
