Very Poor Customer service

I loved the staff in this location. I do not smoke, and I had absolutely no clue what I was looking for or half of what I was looking at. I went into the store for a Valentines day gift for my boyfriend. I wanted to get him something that he would always have and use that came from me! The gentleman in the store at the time helped me pick out wonderful items. I already had what I wanted to get in my mind,but didnt know what it looked like lol. So needless to say I actually got more than what I planned and still stayed within budget. Thank you so much for your customer service and care. I am now going to be a returning customer, and if anyone asks where they should go for any of their smoking needs, I will refer them to you!

My dude, Hassan is the bomb. Always incredibly friendly and helpful. Hes even helped me with my own hookah and answered questions. Hes good to look after the customer rather than looking to make a buck. When I lived in Collierville, I drove out there all the time because its definitely the top smoke shop in Memphis. Highly recommend this place.
