Tremendously spacious, Excellent customer service, great place to chill.

Never have what you want. ordered a peppermint chocolate mocha frap. and they dont have the peppermint syrup. have been there before ordered a drink with caramel syrup and they didnt have it. never have what you want.

Surprisingly spacious and wonderful team! Everyone was so nice and there was plenty of space to sit. I had to take a meeting while traveling and stopped here. So happy I did! They also have a drive through.They share space with a bank (TrustMark) and there’s seating there too. The bankers are there if you need them but won’t bug you if you’re just wanting to work/sit. Very nice!

For some reason, their Caramel Latte consistently never hits like other Starbucks. 🤷🏻‍♂️ But peeps are always friendly.

I was at this location this morning on target to make it to work on time at 7:56. My order consisted of one drink that I didn’t receive until 8:21 this is beyond unacceptable. Not once did anyone ask what was my name and what was I waiting on. I stood at the counter to not even be asked how can I help you. Yes they were busy but every person to enter after me had came and left. I would much rather go to your target location were the drinks are made properly and pay more. This location is a thumbs down for me for sure.

Very friendly. Breakfast sandwich offerings are hit and miss, as far as inventory.. the eternal conflict between the voice of fantasy you order with and the voice of reality & apologies when you get to the window. 🤷‍♂️

Great service with a very accommodating staff. The location is always clean & welcoming. If youre a regular they also remember your beverage of choice. Starbucks is a business model of serving the customer & meeting or exceeding their expectations with each visit.

Every slow, if you are getting coffee before work get there at lease thirty mins before u have to be at work. Just to be sure you won’t be late for work because I definitely was late for work.

This is my 3rd visit...the Hot Coffee continues to be lukewarm... I pay too much money for that coffee, for it not to do its job of waking me up, giving me so relief in the morning, etc. They took too long to get my receipt...im going back later, after work, to get my money back. Im trying another location moving forward.

This Starbucks was good today, fast service, but the Customer service needs a little work. I think I will visit again at a different time and see if Theres a difference in Customer service, because it was close to quitting time and people are just ready to go home. I can understand that.

I am crazy about this location! I am walking distance from a Starbucks!But I choose to come to this location. My orders are always on point! Quick service! But the courteous& very kind staff makes the trip worth it every time!

Love coming here. Almost every time my drinks are on pointe, but the customer service Keaton and micha give makeup for anything else !! I drive 20 min out the way just for this store. They are always smiling and so polite.

Usually clean and not too crowded. Less seating than others...bank branch attached. Bathrooms are often less than tidy and in need of restocking. Staff is very average. No stellar customer service but the drive through team is a little more friendly.

I really like this Starbucks locations interior!! It was very unusual but cool! It had several different seating areas not just one large one. The baristas were not unfriendly but not the usual Starbucks friendly. My order was filled correctly and quickly. I will likely try this location again when in the area.

They consistently get our order wrong. We watch them pour 2% when we ordered whole milk and then they (a different person does this almost every time we go) lie about it. Maybe they dont know what whole milk means, but they should at least offer to make it over correctly instead of arguing. Very crowded from morning until 3 during the week and in the am on the weekends, otherwise the crowd is sparse.

Ordered a Bacon Gouda Breakfast Sandwich, got two pieces of bread and an egg. ????? Would like my money back.

This is an amazing store. The experience was amazing and the employees were well versed in all things StarBucks. Drive thru was a wait of 28 min. The scones were ordered to be warned and came out cold either they werent warned or the wait till froze them back up.

This is one of the best Starbucks Ive been too. Nice fireplace with cozy chairs and a ample seating. Shout out to Dino Baby behind the counter who was cheery and bright this morning. He also gets an award for th greatest name.

One of my favorite Starbucks. There are many in the area but the staff here is most polite. I appreciate how kind they are.

This location is relatively new and I think it was one of the best locations in my metropolitan area. Theres plenty of seating and the crew is prompt and friendly. I normally order online and my food and coffee are normally ready to go the moment I walk through the door.

In our fav city good ole Memphis and I couldnt have been more pleased with my coffee, anyone who gets coffee will understand that everyone doesnt make it the same way but this barista def pleased me especially bc he was so busy but paid attention to every detail for each individualized order but this is a great location well def be back when we venture back to Memphis, Tn soon!!!!!!!!

Fast friendly service

I had to circle slowly for over 5 minutes to get a parking space. Im a well known regular at many Starbucks locations and ill just say its hard to find any location with consistency. One day your drink may be perfect and the next day they might have to make it 3 times before they get it right. Some advice ALWAYS test your drink before you leave to make sure it is right and if you get food ALWAYS check your bag to make sure your order is correct and get your receipt if you dont.

The person taking my order could not get it right even after I said it three times on repeat. Then when I get my blueberry harvest oatmeal I get freeze dried blueberries vs fresh blueberries like they normally come with at every other Starbucks location around the country. Also rather then putting both oatmeals into one bag with a handle to make it easier to hold they put them in two separate smaller bags, which makes it difficult to hold latte and two separate bags vs one bag with the handles

I love starbucks but I was very disappointed in my service today. My drink was sitting on the counter and as I was waiting not a single one of the four team members checked in with me. I had to ask again for my drink as it was sitting melting on the counter. Also there was no soap dispenser in one of the bathrooms which in my opinion is unacceptable.

Great place for quick meeting in conference area. Sorry - not a Starbucks coffee fan. Other food items are tasty!

Very busy all the time. Customer service is good though. This 1 of 3 starbucks I frequent and I am a coffee fiend! I would give it 5 if the parking and deive through line werent so awkward.

Great Starbucks! Always clean and well stocked at the coffee bar. Nice interior. However, it is a little difficult to get in to from Poplar and Poplar Pike. Parking is also limited.

I normally go to the Starbucks on Kirby and its so quick, this one was a lot slower.

Quick service. Maybe that is why my bacon gouda was still very cold in the middle! Not just this location, we stop at Starbucks from Virginia to Texas and it happens other places also. We took our food to go so there was no going back on this one. Very disappointing when you get to the middle of your breakfast and it is cold.
