The best service for this old man has ever received - maybe one equal. This time, I had a real expert on my side. I needed a repair for existing computer - not really possible. Sold me a used machine - inserted my hard drive from unrepairable computer into the used machine. I have an identical machine at a fraction of the price of a new computer. I was really nervous when trying to find a place to repair my PC. I’m so thankful I went with this place. They were friendly and their prices are amazing. They don’t rip you off or charge you an insane amount like other places would. This place is fair and honest.I plan on taking my MacBook Pro in at some point so I’ll post a review once that is done as well.

Dropped my computer off on Friday morning around 9:30.. Was told they would call Monday but if they didnt call me to call them on Tuesday. I called Tuesday & was told that the person working on my computer had to go out but they would let me know something that evening. They never initiated a phone call to tell me anything. I go in at 9:30 Wednesday morning & was told the motherboard & the screen was bad. I said I was supposed to have a quote by yesterday so I will just take it with me. He said we will give you a quote but it may not be worth fixing. I said I will take it with me. He said it will take an hour to put back together. I said I will wait in my car. So I am sitting in my car waiting for 10:30 to pick up the computer. The least someone could have done was called back to say we are working on it, give us another day. But I didnt receive the courtesy of a phone call. This is very unprofessional because I did pay the $29 diagnostic fee to find out what was wrong with the computer & the cost to get it going. Kind of sad for a service driven business.

Well, I took my laptop to Uptech Computer because I saw all the 5 star reviews. I havent used the laptop in over a year so of course I couldnt remember the password for it. Uptech stated that the program that they used could Not bypass the password. I was livid because Im like you all only have ONE program??. If my screen was up and I could see it I would be able to crack the code! Geesh! Anyway, my refund is processing through my bankcard for the Non Diagnostic that wasnt performed. Im going to get me a Brand New Computer because Im sure what I was gonna pay Uptech I could just get another one. I want be returning. Thanks for Nothing

I got multiple quotes to replace the screen on my MacBook Pro and Uptech was by far the best (by hundreds of dollars)!It took less than a week for them to get the part in and it only took a few hours to replace it. Used a drill and screw extractor to remove the screws that i had wrecked trying to get out from my laptop, for just $29. gave me new screws to replace the ones i had lost for free. friendly service and covid-safe atmosphere.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO THEM!! I was referred to Uptech by a geek squad tech at Best Buy. I figured if Best Buy recommended them then they should be ok, right? Wrong. I initially took my laptop in because my charging port was broken. They did fix my charging port, but when I took it back home I noticed my battery was no longer charging. When I took it back I tried to show him the bars were trying to charge at the bottom of my screen, but then it would just stop. He then tells me my battery was no longer working. There was nothing wrong with my battery. It wasnt doing that before I took it to them. It was charging fine, now its not charging at all. The only issue I had when I took it to them was the charging port needed to be replaced. Now the only way my computer will work is if its plugged in. I paid them $141 for RUDE service and to hear them try and tell me that it must have been like that before I brought it to them and I should be glad that its working at all because they fixed the charging port. I KNOW it was not like that before I took it to them. I had no other problems with my computer before they got it. They are the problem and they refuse to own up to or acknowledge their mistakes. AGAIN DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER THERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Whoa! Just called to see if theyd help with a Samsung tablet issue. Without asking what the issue was, I was told, Sorry we dont work on Samsung. Hey, if you cant service a customer, either have a suggestion on where to turn or show some concern so next time they have an issue w/ a computer, theyd be more likely to call back...
