I already don’t really care much for beauty supply stores, but since my hairstylist is on vacation, I decided to go to this store to find a wig. The ONLY beauty supply I go to is the one on Shelby Drive near Riverdale. They are nice, but they don’t have a good wig selection. Now usually these places have a person that looks like me working there to make us feel more at ease I guess🙄🙄. The lady sitting in the back by the wigs didn’t bother to acknowledge me. I saw something I wanted, but I became bothered by the lackadaisical service and left. Even the rink a dink security guard wasn’t friendly. If I am about to spend my money somewhere, I expect good service. It annoys me that we tend to rely so much on them and they could care less about us.

Got lots of nice stuff....but wayyy too expensive. Can find better deals on the very same items at other hair stores.

Wide selection of hair and wigs. They have lashes for 99¢ for the ones that dont like to buy expensive lashes for a temporary use lol. I buy them all the time from here. If I can purchase the whole rack I would lol

They have almost everything a woman need and great wig choices..i didn like they got a lot of high price synthetic wigs you got a ask is it human hair.they dont tell you its not human hair if you dont ask

I went to B&P Beauty Supply today to purchase some hair products for my daughter, not knowing what she needed. One of the young ladies in the store recommended Aunt Jackies hairline for my daughters hair after seeing the nature of my daughters hair. Fast forward...hours later, my husband received a notification about my daughters phone being at B&P. On our tracking app, it showed her phone being at B&P since 3:16. I hurried to the store with the tracker still showing the phone there. When I arrived, I immediately asked the staff if the phone had been turned in; but no one had seen the phone. The manager then asked for me to look at my receipt to see what time we checked out so he could check his security video. I gave him the time and he took the time to rewind the tape, but it showed my daughter without her phone when she entered the store. Long store short; my daughters phone battery went dead while we were at B&P and the last ping was B&P at 3:16. The phone was later discovered at my moms house with the battery still dead. I posted this long review because not only did the manager take out the time to help, but his staff started looking, his security officer offered to assist, and he took the time to review his security camera. The B& P staff didnt have to show any concern but could have easily said Im sorry it was not turned in and moved on. Thank you B&P for showing genuine empathy/concern. I give you five stars and will tell others about my experience and recommend them to shop with you.

Don’t purchase any electrical products from this store because they stop working at 2 to 3 months. Hand blow dryer RED by Kiss. You’re not able to register on their website and store does not honor a exchange on purchase.

Ive been going to this store for years. They wouldnt exchange my purchase. They tried to say it was too late but I had my receipt. Then the lady just said no. I went to buy some hair that I previously had bought on sale. The sign is still there but now theyre saying the texture of the hair isnt included in the sale. Its the same hair I bought before. I guess this long standing customer will be going to a new beauty supply! There are several others all within a mile of this one who Im sure would appreciate the repeat business.

This store is large, I’m sure you can find whatever you need here. Customer service is good. I recommend if you’re in the area to definitely stop by. They have a nice selection of inexpensive faux mink lashes upfront. The wig bond glue is kept behind the counter so you have to ask for that. Would be helpful if they had workers on the sales floor since the store is so large. There’s usually a line at the register just for questions.

Absolutely poor! I wish would give less than 1 star. On my last visit to the store, AFTER spending my money with them, I dropped my wallet. I didn’t realized until after I left the store, but less than 10 mins later I returned to see if it was turned in. I receive no help from cashiers, they didn’t have access to security cameras, manager wasn’t “on site” but then magically appeared but couldn’t access cameras. I had to make them take down my contact information & two days later I’m still having to report to them with for follow ups. Manager has not contacted me or reviewed tapes. I know this to be true because I just called and cashier said “manager didn’t see you with wallet”. I told her if he looked, he had to have had to seen my wallet because I paid before I left. Her response then was “he doesn’t know how you looked”. I asked her if I could speak to him she said he was out again and she didn’t know when he’d be back. She then mentioned I needed to call first before I came back up to the store. What a joke! If I had stolen their merchandise they wouldn’t have had any problems pulling up tapes for the police. I won’t be spending my money here again!

Im from St. Louis, and we dont have the selection of wigs and extension up here that they do. Ive only been once bought 3 wigs going again this weekend from St. Louis to get more. The owners were not to Nice and I was asked why Im in a black shop since Im white lol but I dont care. The other workers were great and I love the prices and selections. Cant wait to see what new items I can find this time.

I cant believe that I just saw a review with the same issue I had. I must have dropped or left my debit card when making my purchase. Someone immediately started using my card within minutes! No customers where at the counter it was just me & cashier. I used a pin#. I didnt no my card was lost until an hour afterward & reported it loss/ stolen. I was then informed my card was used 2 times at this location immediately after my purchases then used at Walgreens, Dollar General & Walmart! Someone spent over a $100 and would have been more if I had not realized quickly it was missing. I returned to the store asked to speak with the manager whom I was told was not in. This is very criminal and low down suspicious activity! Im not going to say what I suspect is the truth but it dont take a genius to figure it out! Everytime I have shopped at this location with a debit card if you dont use a pin# they ask for ID.....so why then has someone within a couple mins used my card & was not asked for ID?

Being that 99.9% of the customers are Black, those China owners are rude. I honestly think Black people need to stop Patronizing Foreign Beauty Supply Stores. I am a Licensed Professional and I will never ever visit this store Ever.... They are rude and besides you never know the shelf life of the chemical products, thats why many people are walking around here with over processed hair, the products are old.

I like it here, everyone has their own policies but because they dont give you a price over the phone is no reason to give them a bad rating. I go here for everything I need. No complaints💙

DO NOT GO HERE. The worst customer service ever. I called and asked them before I drove all the way there did they have something I wanted to buy. They said yes and even pretended to double check and when I got there they werent sure. Pointed where it might be. I asked could someone show me and the man I thought was going to help me just pointed which isle it was too. I said no ones on the floor helping? They just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language or something. Smh To top it off, turns out they didnt have what they said they did. Id give them zero stars if I could because they dont even deserve one.
