Love the products. Works well. New website is garbage. despite using several browsers, I keep getting routed back to my account page. Funny how some businesses make it so darn hard to drop coin.

I went to Lisa and, after a few visits, I expressed concerns about my hair and some of the services. She wouldn’t meet with me in a room, but we had the conversation in the lobby in front of other guests while she examined my hair there. She also told me I wasn’t doing something right, but never pinpointed what it was. Then, she recommended I purchase yet another product. I drove more than an hour and a half several times for her services. Honestly, my hair has not been the same since I went there. Never again! Utter waste of time and money!

Hair growth, loss and maintenance can all be very difficult aspects of self-image, to grapple with. Lisas comforting environment and private services allow for such sensitive issues to be addressed delicately and in a dignified manner. I HIGHLY recommend Lisas trichology services and can honestly say that I am benefiting GREATLY from her treatments and corresponding natural products.

I dont live in Memphis any longer so when I came for a visit, I purchased two 8oz. Moisture Plus Moisturizer products. I attempted to use it that same Friday night and it wasnt the same as it had been for years. It had a dry and powdery consistency in my hand and even worse in my daughters hair. It left her hair feeling dry and brittle.I returned to the trichology institute Saturday morning and unexpectedly met Dr. Akbari in the lobby. I attempted to explain my concerns about the product to her. She explained that there was not a change in the formula but for this batch, I cant just put it on our hair the way I used to. She proceeded to aggressively massage it into my daughters hair to demonstrate how I have to change my method of applying the product. For my weak arms and hands, this is a wee but much and I am not able to use that method. I also expressed my concern about the scent being stronger and she continued to say that nothing has changed. These jars are not filled with creamy and smooth moisturizer yet now a grainy, white and highly scented product that leaves our hair dry, grayish and crispy. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I dont want a refund, just the wonderful product we had come to love.Thanks

Dr. AKBARI is very professional & knowledgeable in her field of expertise. She has a very courteous staff that made the experience very comfortable.

Google Maps will send you to a neighborhood. That isnt correct, call ahead for directions.The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. However, operations arent run the most efficiently as frequently the stylists forget the order of clients or who is getting what which results in you being there allllllll day. The shortest time Ive been there is 4 hours and that didnt include finishing work.If you can get over the wait time then this is a great place. I jave noticed improvement in my scalp and hair.

Ive been using these products since I was a little girl and I now use them on my children. If you use them consistently, they work. All of my children still have their own hair past their shoulders. I color my my hair and use it to prevwnt dryness and breakage. Its expensive but cheaper than a good weave! Thats my view amd experience with the products.

I agree great people and great service however, great success not in our case, sadly I’ve met 4 other former clients, same diagnosis, same prognosis, same results.
