I come here all the time and purchase my meat selection never had a problem til today. The person who attempted to help would not listen to me. Removed all the wax paper so now it wont last as long. Laid everything flat rather then stacking and wrapping tightly. I wont buy from this location again. If I chose to spend that much money on steaks listen to the way I want them handled.

I love this Harris Teeter. Higher prices on most stuff but the employees that work at Harris Teeter just seem happier overall and that makes the shopping experience that much better. What I like about Harris Teeter is they sell a lot of local based products that you cant really find elsewhere. This location is very nice with a very nice layout. Always very clean and very well stocked whenever I go. I highly recommend this place to anybody.

HT is my go-to grocery store. I love the variety of products and the fact that for a large portion of products there is a store-brand option at a lower cost, so you can save money without compromising quality. The produce section is superior to most other stores and the prepared foods are wonderful. HT is definitely a one-stop shop and that is priceless!

This is the largest Harris Teeter I have been in anywhere. The store is spread out and the selection matches its size. Very organized and I like how the self checkout section is away from the main register lines.Produce is fresh and this section is excellent. This location does a great job with meats, pre-made foods at their bakery, salad bar, etc.I could type an essay but the gist is that this location is huge and the selection matches its size on everything from alcohol to processed foods. Layout is organized. Go here if you are in the area!

My favorite grocery store. Easy to navigate, two separate self-check out areas. Produce is far more fresh than the New Garden one.

Great place, havent been here in many months. when i went one time last year, an employee asked me if i had a muzzle and i told her that i was medically exempted and she left me alone after that. went back this week and all the policy signs were gone and i saw more hot bare naked face while shopping, i even saw less masktards which is great as always!

This HT is huge! It took me forever to shop here because it was first time in this location. The fruit and vegetables all looked amazing - bought delicious cherries, blueberries, and strawberries.

The overall layout of the store is really nice and simple, its pretty clean from what all I could see. The employees were nice and it was just overall a really good store.👍🏻

Always a decent experience except for the high prices and lack of cashier lane options. Hate being forced to use self checkout when I have more than a few items. Quit being cheap HT. Always have multiple lanes open. Cmon.

Its nice to go to a grocery store thats clean and non-threatening. Customer service is great and consistent. You can find just about everything you need. Specialty cheeses, Deli, Bakery its phenomenal. My kids love the Starbucks.

The parking lot is always interesting but I was able to find a spot quickly.I had to go to the pharmacy and was able to get in and out fast. No problem.

By far the BEST Harris Teeter I have ever been to. Its HUGE! And the layout is well designed. Its so very clean and the options are vast.

****NOT**** Handicapped friendly. They lock the the side door after a certain time. The door is the closest to the handicapped parking. They leave the door next to the popular parking spaces (which are always taken) unlocked. This has been brought to managements attention several times and each time they say they will leave the handicapped accessable door unlocked from now on & it never gets resolved. They are very polite while lying to you. I guess thats why they get one star.

This is by far the best grocery store in Greensboro. It is huge. Has a hot bar with Pizza and other items made fresh in the store. The fresh seafood and meats area is amazing.

Well built, it had fresh figs. I did not have all of the amenities of a Harris teeter though Pizza station cheese station all of them it was definitely muted

Harris teeter gets my vote everytime. I can always depend on their seafood being the best. The staff is courteous, an unlike Walmart, the registers are always manned, you dont need to check out your own groceries.

The store is nice, but I ordered a pizza,and Asher told me it would be 15 minutes I went back around 20 minutes later It hadnt been cooked and he was very rude He told me it had not been 20 minutes I was wrong and it would be another 20 minutes

The staff here go the extra mile. Been shopping at this Harris Teeter since they built it. Its a bit pricey, if you dont follow the VIC specials. If you do and you join their eVIC club online, it can be a real deal. They double all coupons under $1. Go after the buy two get three free deals. Everything that is By One Get One Free, is really just half off, you dont actually have to buy two. You getting the picture? If you follow these shopping rules, stock up and leave the non-sale items alone, it becomes the cheapest way to get groceries in town. Sales are on a cycle, every six to eight weeks, so you just have to get enough to last until the sale comes around again.

The Harris Teeter at Friendly Center (AKA the Taj Mah-Teeter) is in a very nice location (safe & easy to access), with quality goods (including prime grade beef) and a friendly / helpful staff. This location is comparable to a Wegmans Grocery store.

Ive used curbside pickup at HT for neatly 10 months. The crew at Friendly is fantastic, flexible, and responsive. I love them all!

When asked for help at service desk it is provided promptly

I visited here 2-27-21 at 7:23pm (according to my receipt) I left soon after here because I was followed throughout the store by the heavy set white lady with shoulder length hair named katie or catherine (Which is probably the most exercise she gets). I called to call district manager and report her harassment and corporate wants to play ring a round the phone. I got called by Malden who tried to discredit me but dosent want to see receipts....wow I guess that 15 dollars an hour Katie is making is gone to her head maybe Ill visit that store again years from now just to confirm she has gone no where in life. Wont be going back!

This is the best grocery selection in the area and has obviously taken notes from Whole Paycheck when it comes to design, selection, and layout.

Too highbrow. I just needed to pick up a few things including Ruths pimento cheese. They apparently dont carry it, but they do offer the made in store pimento cheese for more than twice the price. I left empty handed went to Food Lion.

I like to use their internet. Excellent social distancing. Great food selection. Friendly center.

Customer service (e.g., friendliness, cooperative ness, helpful, pleasing interaction, etc.) has not been very good in the online shopping division the last few times that I have ordered from the Friendly Store. Although I have spoken to management in the online shopping department at least three times and with experiencing issues with management’s disposition as well, I still decided to give this store another opportunity. After today, I will not be visiting this store again.

Honestly the last few times I’ve been have been super disappointing and I left and went somewhere else. The produce is very sad and there are hardly any organic options. It has definitely gone down hill.

This store was well stocked and clean on Christmas eve. The check out line was moving fast.

We picked up our groceries at the express lane. They were very busy! But our shopper was very pleasant and insisted on loading our car. She did a great job shopping and delivering our groceries to our car.
