Who is the general manager of this CVS? Hire people who are professional. I shouldn’t have to walk to a register just to be denied service because your employee is on a personal phone call. Do better. And yes, I’m a black Karen. I called CVS corporate.
Staff and manager are all very nice and pleasant. Customer service is everything, and they genuinely bring it!
Terrible experiences with this CVS. Good luck getting the pharmacy on the phone. I always have to wait at least 15 minutes on hold. Today, I was hung up on 3 times and spent over an hour total on hold. Some of the staff are nice, others are rude and impatient. Ive been overcharged multiple times when they hadnt found my coupon. Ive been given the wrong persons prescription before. Go to the one on Union - I havent had any issues there.

I called yesterday to check on a prescription that was sent in around 3 PM. It took me an hour and a half on hold to reach someone. Not to mention that someone picked up after 5mins of ringing, told the customer that they were helping the phone has been ringing all day and proceeded to taunt callers before intentionally hanging up on me without even greeting me. I called another time, waited 30 minutes to get anyone on the phone and you could hear someone pick up the phone and slam it back, hanging up again. I called again and this time, it took 50 minutes to get anyone on the line and I was told were busy, but well get to you. Mind you, I am completely out of medicine!!! I call this morning, Its still in process and should be ready today but I cannot tell you when that will be... like, that is not how you run a pharmacy! People depend on their medications! The level of incompetence at this location is baffling! I have NEVER experience such bad customer service here and I have been using this pharmacy for 3 years. Whoever you all recently hired, fire them.
For Covid tests, appointment required? OK I guess. Online registration? Ugh fine. Download an App to get my results? Seriously? No courtesy call or email since you already got my info?Store 4990 had a sign in the parking lot stating that vaccines are available at that location. But nothing more. If we did all the work of making an appointment for Covid test, then driving there, where are the signs do tell us where to go?I didn’t see directions on drive through and since there was a line, I parked and went inside. When the pharmacy asked how to assist me, I said I was there for Covid test, they told me to go to Lane 1. I expressed my concern of not seeing directions outside, and he repeated for me to go to the drive-thru.Lack of clear signage and okay customer service makes it hard to have repeat customers. I have gone to another location before for prescriptions. It’s busier, but the service is great once you get helped. The signs are clear. Store #4990’s being located in a poor neighborhood shouldn’t mean poor service and lack of funding for signage. One company, one mission, regardless of location. Since they cvs website won’t submit my review on their contact-us page, then you get a public Google review.
Transferred my service from Kroger, WHY? UGH! I got put on hold for almost 10 minutes then got hung up on. Called back hung up on 3 times. Went to the store and man the attitude in the pharmacy was just not what I expected from a so called professional pharmacy. Guess Ill go to Walgreens. Only reason the 2nd star is cause yall had Werthers Popcorn.
Hung up on by pharmacy it’s sad and it’s when you really need your meds. I’m transferring my prescriptions ASAP.
Rude staff.An African American lady at counter always behave rudely. lately, I went for passport photo stand there 10 minutes at photo counter. After no one showed up to attend me, I went to the lady at the billing counter and asked her. She said “it is closed”. She could have told me earlier. Instead she was standing just 5 or 6 meters away from me and reading some magazine. Moreover, there was no reason for them to close the counter at 1:00 pm in the afternoon when store was open.I recommend don’t attend this Pharmacy. Instead go to Walgreens in front of this.
The pharmacy closes at 7pm on Sunday, Google needs to update the hours for the pharmacy. This CVS has a great pharmacy. They fill my prescriptions quickly and usually it takes less time than the estimated time they give you when dropping off. Ive never had issues with their pharmacy, I would definitely use them over Walgreens. Although I do have insurance so Im not sure about the differences in out of pocket costs for prescriptions.
I went to get a refill on the medication that I have been taking for only a month. The pharmacy staff poor incompetence level is through the roof. Never have I ever felt so disrespcted. When I say ignorence is bliss. The person that filled my prescription put the wrong information on the bottle and instead of it being human error on their part they tried to make it like its my fault. We all have positions and I trusted you all to do yours.
STILL HATE CVS! #Josh the #pharmacist at the #CVS. #3502ParkAve said my Rx would definitely be ready Friday and actually told me to Relax when I told him I only had just few left!Then last night he called me at 8:03pm (3 minutes after the pharmacy closed) to tell me that they had gotten their shipment of Adderall that afternoon & that he could fill it tomorrow. I told him that I have chosen another pharmacy. I hope I NEVER have to deal with #Josh again!!
A little higher priced items sometimes but they have decent sales on things at times too though.
Drive-thru 30 minutes so I called in and rep states she is working with a customer in the drive thru. Really? She said if you come inside it will be faster. How do you allow 1 customer to hold up the drive-thru pharmacy for 30 minutes.

Went in to get some prescriptions when the dude with the glasses had an attitude. Every time he asks he asks me a question he would stare at me for 5 sec giving me a look like I’m stupid. He then told me the prescription would be ready in 24-48 hours, which would’ve taken under 30 min anywhere else. He also keeps on mumbling something under his breath which pisses me off.
The CVS Store at Park and Highland is awful. They are always out of stock. They are very rude and not people friendly. Maybe because of the new staff.

Ive called this location numerous times inquiring about the Money gram system, and Im ALWAYS told that its down. They shouldnt have it advertised that they have the service If its been down for at least 4 months!!! Thanks God for Walgreens having Western Union... Ill take my business there!!!
Pharmacy people are rude and snotty. It took over 4 hrs to fill my prescriptions. I wish my insurance company used Walgreens.
