I needed some shirts printed in a hurry for a surprise birthday party. Not only were the shirts ready in time, but when I needed a few more The Shirt Place got them knocked out too. Ive already started spreading the good word. Great quality work too and friendly staff!

I have a dress that used to be mine that I wanted re-embroidered with my daughter’s name. Finding a business who could do this was extremely difficult. I went to the Shirt Place on a whim, hoping they could help me. The owner was super friendly and helpful. She told me my project would be a bit of a challenge because the fabric was rather old, but it could be done in a week. I stopped into the store to pick up my item on the date that I had originally been given, but found that it was not ready. I was told that it should be finished very soon. My family and I were in the process of moving to a different state later that week, so I wanted to make sure my mongram was finished. Over the next few days, there was a lot of phone tag that went back and forth. There were a few occasions where I was told that I would receive a call back and did not. Eventually, I was called and told my item was ready. I was able to pick it up before we moved. I’m happy with the quality of the monogram, and everyone I encountered was very nice, but I would have appreciated better time estimates and communication.Overall, I would recommend The Shirt Place for your monogram and embroidery needs, however I would advise that you give them ample time to work on your item(s).

The Shirt Place was Awesome!! When I tell you they came through for me at the last minute, that’s absolutely what they did. I needed some shirts and only had a short turnaround time. They were able to complete my order and they did it with such patience and professionalism. Even when I was indecisive and changed my mind a couple of times, I always heard a smile in Kelly’s voice. You see, all of this was done over the phone. But meeting her when I picked up my order was no different, she had the same pleasing attitude. We needed a t shirt made on a super fast turn around for a funeral. They were great had it made for us in a day, great quality. Actually ended up buying some other stuff while in the store and plan on going back to look at everything they have. The staff is super nice if you need anything personalized give them a call!

I visited The Shirt Place for family matching Disney shirts less than a week before vacation. The owner was very professional and assured me that she could deliver. She did just that! The shirts were light weight but good quality, the detailing was precise and I couldnt have been more pleased! We literally received compliments from several people while in the Disney parks. Super satisfied with my experience at The Shirt Place! My friend and I are currently on a road trip and we are passing Memphis as we make our way back home, and we wanted to get custom tees to commemorate our trip (very simple, one word text on tshirt), but only had a very limited amount of time to do so. Luckily, we called in and the owner was incredibly helpful and was able to take us in. When we arrived, the process took no longer than 15 minutes (for two shirts) and the owner was incredibly friendly and even gave us restaurant recommendations for our short stay in Memphis! My experience with The Shirt Place and Mrs. Kelly was nothing short of perfect!I came to her a week before the St. Jude marathon race weekend after being let down by another shirt printing company. She was VERY eager to help me and was so so so easy to work with. She had my proof to me in no time and made sure that I was satisfied with my design. She worked over the scheduled open hours of the store to finish my order and make sure that everything was perfect. We literally talked for almost 2 hours while she finished my shirts. I had a few examples of the art I wanted to use and Kelly took the time to propose an idea that was spot on for our party. She suggested a font that was much more appropriate for a 9 year old boys birthday party. I love the quality of the shirts here but every time I purchase something, I have a hard time trying to pick it up.The prices of the retail are very inexpensive and I love the outcome, but I always have issues with the pick up. When I go, they have either closed early (I got there 4 hours before they closed) or they had problems regarding my order. Then when I call or email about it, they never get back with me. This has become very frustrating. If you want quality and dont mind being very flexible and patient, I couldnt suggest a better place.
