This is the slowest location, your gonna find what you need most of the time but the lines are always extremely long the self scan always only taking cards (not convenient) I dont understand why 1 register open and the lines long as 3rd St! OPEN UP ANOTHER REGISTER!then babies hollering! Come on sales associates get these ppl in and swipe em out! You got workers walking around not doing nothing to help..they kicking the bobo and we customers gotta wait 30min plus to check out !? That aint no business! Too many bodies not enough work put in! Do BETTER HICKORY HILL LOCATION!

We came in at 10:05 am no one was here. There were customers already standing before we walked up saying they had been standing waiting for more then 15 mins. We stood in line as the line grew longer and longer because the were waiting on someone to opening the money center. Which it say it opens at 10:00am. It was 10:47am before the young lady came strolling like really taking her time to open up the money center. We the customer just looking at her like can you put some peep in your step and act like you ready to work.

Ok store to get groceries and other supplies. People are overall nice however my issue is with the pickup department. I picked up on 9/12/21 and my order had several items missing. Which they did pick and let me come back to get. My second issue is that my item had substitutions that I didn’t want so I left them behind. So today 9/17/21 I finally reach the lead by phone I had been calling for days. Couldn’t get an answer at times then finally got one and she told me the lead would call back he never did. However I’m having the hardest time getting my refund. I’m assuming the young man didn’t take the item off so the lead text him to ask him and he don’t remember. They need to be a tadbit more professional and responsible. I know a lot of young people work these departments but when I order and spend my money I expect things to be done correctly. Honestly they could have just given me an gift an gift card and I would have been cool. Now I have to take time out my day calling the 1800 to correct their mistake. I already had to make a 2nd trip to store for missing items.

They never have food in stock. Ever! Walmart must dose r care about the people in this area or something. Food selection here sucks when they do have SOME food smh. Just go elsewhere.

The store has the worst customer service and stays under staffed. No one ever has any answers on why the store isnt running properly. The cash center which is a big part of the business is never open because of so called staffing. They have completely taken the convenience of a neighborhood walmart away from deserving customers. Please dont waste your precious time in this store.

I had a good experience the only problem is the cashier didnt give me correct change and my milk was spoiled I went back with reciept but I couldnt prove my change wasnt correct cause I paid with cash

Everyone I spoke to there was nice and helpful to me. And that place is the only store in Memphis that had Vanquish headache and pain reliever in stock on the shelf. I bought 3 bottles at a very good price. Excellent

They never have any food and the last time I was there they ran out of grocery bags and I had a ton of stuff. My groceries were falling all over the place but some of the employees were trying to help the best way they could which lightened the load a tiny bit but that store is sad minus the employees.

This store has everything that a shopper would want or need, but the personnel at this store need better training on how to bring stock out of the backroom and not placing the pallets in the walking paths of the customers. The employees are polite in moving those obstructions, but a little training will help. The male.employees walk around and work with their pants hanging down. The on duty security guard was off his focus. He was outside texting on his phone and paid little attention to the goings-on at the m doors and the parking lot. When I walked in, he was standing and texting. When I walked out 40 minutes later, he was sitting in a store owned wheel-chair while texting.

Went in to pick up some scripts pharmacist took my info found what was for me and i was back out the door. And the store was nice and clean well lit.

Was well stocked! In and out ! I did self check out nice and easy ! There were wipes to wipe cards down and pleaty of carts on the inside for shopping!

They had no meats what so ever. The store was a mess and stock carts and pallets were left in the most inconvenient places. It was like going through a maze of bullzhxt

Its spectacularly great. Just found out that they have a key copier. Who knew? The workers though could be a little enthusiastic which in fact may exponentially bring in more customers. In case any Walmart employee is reading this.

I went to the food court in this Walmart a few day ago because the food is usually fresh.. They have new employees, older ladies that do not know about the quality or preparation of food. The cheese sticks are very greasy and over cooked.. and instead of a chicken tender you have a hard crumb.. I will not eat at a place that dont value my dollar again..

They are set and ready to help us stay safe during covid. Ive noticed that they count the capacity going in and out. Everyone has to wear a mask and 6ft apart signs are everywhere. THIS ISNT THE BEST STORE FOR WIC.

Great clerks helped us in the store several times. Very polite very helpful. At checkout we had a great lady. Price was missing from one of our items and she walked back to get the correct price for us so we wouldnt have to do it. All in all very positive experience.

I do my best not to go on the inside. One person commented that the money service is lousy. I so agree!! Just because a person is good at a job does not mean they are right for the job. I have used the money service twice. And, both times they use the same rude cashier. She does not know how to address people. She acts like she doesnt fear losing her job. Now I know someone is saying the issue is me. Well, you are wrong. The cashier was nasty to the lady in front of me. Then when is was my turn she was still nasty. I reported it to management. Only to come in the following month to see the same cashier. Good Job Walmart keep up the good work

One of the worst Walmarts I’ve ever been to. Where to even start. Unprofessional, unorganized, they close down the money services center whenever they get ready (not in alignment with the regular hours the center is supposed to be open), and just obnoxious really. Filled with employees who don’t seem to appreciate their job enough to provide just basic customer service. Very sorry excuse for a basic operating store in general.

Selves was not stock merchandise where scattered on different selves and not in the right place. Most employees not helpful or friendly 😥

If you are visiting the Money Services counter, pack your patience. Supposed to open at 8 am but NEVA does! Clerk is sometimes friendly, sometimes seems tired or distant. However is efficient at duties so thats a plus. Three stars because if it states opens at 8 an it SHOULD open at 8 am, not 8:08, 8:10, etc. Those of us waiting to be served have either work, school or other obligations ourselves. A quick run turns into disgruntled customers and a no- to- happy to see us clerk.

Tonight was my worst experience ever. First I couldnt find the medicine I was looking for so I asked a worker walking around in a vest to help me she told me I dont work at this Walmart Im just still in my uniform . Second I was in line emptied my shopping cart on the belt at the register and a man walked and cut in front of me I told my niece do you see this he started yelling at us and the cashier told him dont worry about them this is my register . And rang him up laughing..
