What an amazing experience at this Reeds jewelry store!My husband and I went in looking for an anniversary band to my special but mismatched ring set. I had my timeless platinum wedding band full of diamond begets,and my Marquis solitaire diamond (that had recently been set into a white gold halo setting with round little diamonds down the sides). I did not want to part with either and was hoping to find something that would compliment my two rings. I really didn’t think it could happen. Challenge was accepted by the most wonderful jewelry rep ever, Beth Brown. She found a unique twist band that had both little diamonds and solid white gold that united the two I had. I got choked up. It is just perfect!!! I was treated so well there, like I had my own jeweler. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much Beth, and Reeds for making my day!

Went around the entire mall looking for a specific present for my boyfriend and Kishua helped me find just what I was looking for. I visited this location on 12/31/2020 to have the clasp on my necklace fixed. I was kindly greeted by Donna Kennon who displayed the greatest customer service skills throughout my visit. She used my information to pull all purchases I had made from Reeds until she located my receipt for the necklace, which I had taken in for service and verified the care plan warranty for it. She then insisted she would repair the necklace herself if I had a few minutes to wait, and she kindly repaired the clasp superbly. She courteously greeted other customers and advised them that someone would be with them shortly, as she continued assisting me, and other Reeds Jewlers employees assisted those other customers. Ms. Donnas willingness to want to assist, patience, kindness and great customer service skills, earned her 5 stars from me. Excellent Service Ms. Donna!!!

Carlos, the Store Manager, made my shopping experience great. He acknowledged me quickly after I approached one of the store cases to let me know someone would be with me soon. Shortly afterwards, he came over and introduced himself and proceeded to help me. He was very personable and professional throughout our interaction. He genuinely seemed to want to help me celebrate my second wedding anniversary and never came across as a pushy salesperson. It was the little things he did that made an otherwise normal, simple transaction special. Ive spent a long time in retail and managing the customer experience, so I definitely appreciated his commitment to providing exceptional service today.

I went into Reeds on Sunday and was unable to purchase a watch for my husband birthday, which is today September 15th. Due to me not knowing how to use my iPhone to make the purchase🤦🏽‍♀️ So I went home and my son told me what to do, So I called the manager on Monday. I believe his name is Carlos, please forgive me if I didn’t get his name right. I told him that I was coming in to purchase the watch on yesterday which was Monday. He ask me to give him the item number again from Sunday because he didn’t have the paper he wrote the number on. So when I got in the store he said you ready, I said yes not knowing he had already placed the order, so I can have it the next day for my husband’s birthday. He surprised me and called today around 1:30pm and said you don’t have to show him a printout of the watch, it’s here. What I’m trying to say is that he went above and beyond to make sure my husband had that watch on today. I wish I could give 10 stars for his service. Very happy customer😀

Will probably never shop at another jewelry store again. Was looking for my wife a pandora charm with our sons birth stone 2 days before Christmas. I stood in line at the pandora store for almost an hour and the line never moved. I gave up and placed an order from reeds jewlers while I was standing in said line. This was at about 5:00pm. At 9:30am the next morning, I get a call from a representative telling me that they have sent the one I ordered but realized that they have one in stock at the store near my house and that if I wanted to come right then and beat the rush, that they would give it to me free of charge so I would have it in time for Christmas. I was there within a half hour. The assistant manager Donna Kennon. Called me out from the back of the line and had my charm waiting for me when I got there. I didnt know great customer service still existed. I am not the type to ever leave a review of anything, but this was really great of them to do and I am extremely grateful. Youve got a customer for life

I have been to this location several times and the added pleasure this time was working with an amazing sales associate named Earline Williams. I came into the store indecisive and unsure of what I wanted to purchase for my mother for Mothers Day. She had the most pleasant spirit that I have run into in a while. She took her time and worked with me independently until I had all of my items picked out and packaged beautifully. We decided on Pandora and my mother loved her gifts. I am a satisfied customer and will definitely be back.

I had a very pleasant experience here. I actually was in the mall some time back in December ‘17 and Carlos spoke to me as I was walking by, browsing at the storefront with the “look” on my face. I decided to stop in, and told him I wanted my first “adult” timepiece sometime soon. About a month later I emailed Carlos, letting him know that I’d found something I liked. He invited me into the store to try the piece on, but I didn’t come right away. Respectfully, no associate called me everyday asking if I’d like to come by. If I called with a question, someone had the answer promptly. When I decided to purchase yesterday, the store had all of the options I was interested in.. stocked, polished, and ready for my try on pleasure. Carlos and the staff at Reeds Wolfchase will see me again for future purchases.

I just left Reeds. I purchased a ring and a watch for my husband. The prices were great, but the customer service blew me out the water. Tank you Mrs. Williams for the help with my engagement ring. I wanted it to be a surprise for my fiancee so I brought a ring to them so they could size it. Turns out the ring was actually meant for her smallest finger. But thankfully Mrs. Williams bumped the size up some and guess what, it was perfect. To: Whom It May Concern,I am very dissatisfied with your return policy. I have tried since yesterday to return a necklace that was purchased for me on Christmas 12/24/16 to be exact. My daughter went to store location in Wolfchase Galleria in Memphis, TN on 1/8/17 to do a refund for the merchandise. She paid cash for the item which was under 200.. When she went in the store the associates working were black and white women. She spoke to both about the return. She was told she didnt have enough money in drawer to make return and for her to come back in on today. I instructed her to call instead of making an unnecessary drive to be certain they had the money to do the transaction. She called spoke to Manager Carlos and he had the same exact response as the ladies last night. They didnt have enough money to do the transaction. He also tried to tell her that he would give her a check that she could cash within days. I then called back to speak to Carlos and he was very rude and short with me and then tried to also give me that ludicrous suggestion about a refund check. I then asked him for Corporate number and he placed me on hold for 5-10 min.. then came back to phone without corporate number and informed my daughter that a supervisor would be contacting her. I was already on the phone 1-844-REEDS-40 with Christie and she also was very rude as well about even hearing the full complaint and telling me there wasnt anything she could do to assist me because I had to wait to be contacted by the Supervisor of whom I never asked for in the beginning. I then asked her for someone over her..she put me on hold for a few seconds and then I spoke to Ray her supervisor. He was very helpful and also very polite he calmed down a very hostile situation with common courtesy. I will say That I am very displeased with Reeds Jewelers and their entire process on returning merchandise. Even having to contact Corporate Office was not a very delightful experience..We have since then received a call back from DM named Baryy D he was very professional and also polite with my daughter. He did say however that the refund should have been handled on last night when she came into the store to do. The associates work from 2 different cash registers. Therefore the money was there from the beginning. very Displeased..Word of mouth sometimes can either hurt or help a business. In this case my mouth will have friends and family know of this experience and it will probably be a place that we never choose to shop at again after this experience...Simple Refund Gone Bad...

The Reeds staff located in the Wolfchase mall are very professional. I originally purchased a 1.5 ring guard for my wifes wedding ring. I requested an upgrade on the diamond color and clarity. They contacted the vender to verify if it was available. The Reeds staff contacted me and ordered the guard. The staff also set up an appointment with their jeweler .We were able to discuss how he can set the ring while enhancing its beauty. The results are breath taking. My wifes engagement ring is 3.8 ct. color D SI1 clarity. Now its 5.3 ct. Color D,E and F SI1 in clarity. This staff is incredible and work very well together. I recently purchased another ring guard for my wifes amethyst ring. Their vender was able to make me a 1.5 ct. color E ring guard with SI 1 in clarity. Im looking foward to meeting with the jeweler again. Thanks Reeds from William and Tania Turnage.
