Didnt have to wait long for my exhaust system to get fixed or done less than 35 to 45 minutes great job

Mufflers were not aligned right and leaking from the Weld to be honest this the type of BS that can get a person hurt. Money is to hard to come by and to not get what you paid for. I’m basically got go pay someone else to correct there F UP because this MF doesn’t want to do what’s right 🤔

I had two vehicles recently worked on one I had a flowmaster exhaust system put on and the other a catalytic converter replaced and both I have had to get another shop to fix leaks on both vehicles the catalytic converter has been back 2 times for the leaks and he didnt fix it the other vehicle I found out it had leaks from another shop doing other work for me be careful I only used this shop out of respect for his dad shop but loyal customers get bad service and no more for me leaks on two vehicles terrible service!!!!

My family and I are travelling across America in an RV, we are from Australia. Our exhaust broke and required a small (3ft) section of straight 3in pipe welded in. Terrence at Johnson Master Mufflers told me that it was going to cost $270, with $150 of the cost being for the piece of pipe. I raised questions about the extremely high cost of the pipe but he assured me that due to the diameter of the pipe this is what it cost. We are on the road and had waited 3 days for this repair so I agreed. Of course while waiting for the work to be completed I went online and checked the price of the pipe from a local retailer. As it turned out I could by the required pipe for $5 per foot from a store 5min away. Anyway when the work was completed I got under the vehicle to check it and as it turns out the welds are terrible, I mean really terrible (see photo). I raised the actually cost of the pipe with Terrence and at first he did not want to accept my findings. Anyway eventually he agreed to drop the price to $200 which I payed because I just wanted to get back on the road. I didnt raise the issue of the poor workmanship with him because at that stage it was to late. The welding was done on the ground because the vehicle couldnt fit inside the workshop on the hoists but I had told him what the vehicle was on the phone and he had said that he could do the work. Terrence was a nice enough guy and our various discussions regarding costs were civil but the workmanship was poor and he was clearly trying to extract a tourist tax from us. I cannot recommend this shop.

They fast

Very very bad. Do not take your car there. They cheated me out of 700$. Put a part on my car that I dint even need. And at the end of all this they dont even want to pay me half of my money at least. Then the waiting area is very hot and not even a clean place to be in. So people Im telling you now dont waste your time nor money. News reporters will be at your shop and BBB.

Great exhaust shop! I have had 3 custom exhaust jobs done on three different cars and they have always come out perfect. Never any leaks.

I went in to see what was wrong with my muffler. It was something minor it got fixed within 2 minutes and the price was reasonable!

Dude took advantage of me because i am younger, WAY over charged. Didnt set up my exhaust correctly and the welding broke within a month. Do not go there!

They are thieves, went to get my vehicle fixed, they charged me $600 and left it worst then what it was, then they said they couldnt do anything about it, obviously they dont know what they are doing
