Had a great experience with Brandon and Kenny. I had decided to print my own wedding invitations but it proved that doing the alignments and scaling was more challenging than I had anticipated. Brandon was incredibly helpful in getting the files setup properly, doing test prints, showing me paper options and making sure that the final prints were the quality I was looking for while still fitting my budget. Kenny joined in on the challenge of getting the alignment and fit perfect and when there was a bottleneck they ensured the job was completed within the promised timeframe by looping in another location. Couldnt be happier, great service, great people.

I live in University Seniors Place and it has been a on going with your driver 50%of us are disable to get out so we order online and your driver leave our package anywhere down in the lobby we have our own home just like you and others they drop our package anywhere in the lobby were anyone can get them or go in them we have our own door were they are supposed to bring them to us our own apartment I speak for all of us the have as to take up our package to our but just drop them anywhere please please please address this to your employees thanks help with this problem please

I was told I needed to restart my phone by one of the associates and that my phone was the problem and hollered it out the door as I left. I went to another FedEx office and was out in like 5 minutes.
People are good, service for scanning is insanely expensive. It is by the minute, which sounds enticing, but: The computer freezes; the scanner warms up for minutes; it makes you look up directions; and you have to jump through hoops to send the end scan. This is all to say its going to be at least four or five bucks to scan one or two docs.
Smoothest & most enjoyable printing experience Ive had in years. Center Manager Bobby was a goddess, warm, amusing, totally helpful & efficient. Excellent print quality.

Bobby, this locations manager, is excellent. She went above and beyond to track down a package that has been mishandled by FedEx. It was not her fault, but she took it upon herself to guide me through the process of recovering a package that had been mis-managed. Shes the reason I would do business with FedEx again. Thank you!
Ms Barbara was an excellent worker towards getting my documents printed out. Now Ms. Kristian, the black lives matter President is very difficult towards black entrepreneurs such as myself trying to make print outs. She calls security from the Peabody Hotel to monitor all our activities even if its clear that Im a customer. Very hostile and demonic lady

FedEx didnt pickup 2 big boxes in WM AR at 7pm waited till 8pm and had to find a place to drop off, and OMG found this place just across the bridge. Person helped bring the boxes in for me.:)
I was recently visiting this location, I will never return here employees are rude and prejudice against black people they need customer service training or get a another job since they don’t like helping black people.
Been to this FedEx office several times a month. Great service.
