If your Dr. Uses this company, get it changed quickly. My Dr. asked for the representative to assist in surgery with the device, he said she never introduced herself and was very rude to him( he stated he is not a big fan of hers and would not use them again). They asked me for a credit card to place on recurrent payments. I did and they withdrew money from my account without notifying me or without my knowledge. This could have caused great difficulty if I had not been diligent in tracking my account thinking I had that money available. I received the supplies 3 days later that they charged me for. When I called today to place supply order I was told I still have a balance from the payment I made yesterday. The service representative was extremely rude and said without recurrent card I could not receive my supplies. Hopefully my Dr. will find me another provider and I can get away from this money hungry non concerned incompetent inept company.
Be careful in using an automatic payment system with this company. We had an unexpected withdrawal from our bank account. There was no communication from the Company explaining that they were going to make the withdrawal or any other explanation. I called the Billing Service who explained that it was the balance from September 2018! These people could have been more considerate and notified me of the amount and intended withdrawal date. It could have created a negative bank balance and/or overdraft fees. This is unacceptable and will not happen again. I will be changing to a Company that cares about their patients more than the profits.
These guys are completely inept. They help asking for different forms from the doctor but are not specific enough for the doctor to fill out the correct form and send it in. All forms are provided by apriaI have been trying to buy something from them for almost two months. Use another company if possible
This organization is terrible. The technical end is not great. It is not bad either. After that it is a living hell. They make up the billing as they go. They lie to you, bill you for services and products that you have not received and when you try to talk to them they hang up on you. They give you bad information and run you around so much that you eventually give them money that they do not deserve just so that it will finally end. I strongly advise that you stay away from them.
I called customer service for assistance and first problem is the agent didnt speak English nor understand it very well. Agent was unable to assist me and was very rude in her deliverance of recommendation for what I called for. It would be really nice if Apria would hire agents that are a bit more professional when it comes to dealing with the public. It is very disheartening to see so many low reviews on this company. Ive used Apria before and Ive never experienced any bad service. But today was unbelieveable
If I could give zero stars I would. This is a terrible company. After requesting equipment that was recommended and justified by my doctor and numerous phone calls, I was told by one of the customer service representative that it was NOT COST EFFECTIVE for me to receive that particular model and that I could only get the model they carried. They could not special order the requested unit. The two models cost the same....they are the same price!!
Horrible company. During the middle of getting my grandmother a hospital bed, Apria delivered what was supposed to be a new bed with a new mattress. Instead it was a used bed and the remote to lift the bed just lays on the floor. Now on to the mattress. These per the government and medicare are to be NEW!! This one was used and had a cover on it that had been burned. When the delivery guy came with the bed, he told my son he would need to help set it up and left trash all in my home. I tried to make several calls and sat on hold and even sent emails. However, they never missed a beat when sending the monthly bill.
This company is amazing got a credit alert from a credit bureau that i had a negitive hit on my credit reporr. Come to find out apria did this due to poor customer service. I got a bill in july for 900 dollars i called apria they imform me that i had a 0 balance and i should not have recieved a bill. I did not receive any other correspondence from this company until i get a notice about a collection put against me. I still cant get apria or the collection agency to explain it to me. Like othrr complaints they need customer service that speaks English you can understand and also have knowledge about the bill in question.
This company is terrible. .....my grandson has jaundice, pediatrician sent him to hospital to get tested....it was high so he ordered a Billy blanket from this company. ...the nurse kept calling them and they kept assuring her that it would be delivered that day.....we never received it.....baby had to go back to hospital again the next day to have blood tested because they didnt bring the blanket. .....when the nurse called on Saturday to complain the guy told her that he was weekend guy......he could have called a boss. .......
If you call the local number, you get an off shore customer service. Just ask to be connected to the memphis office, they couldnt do it. Wanted to know if they were available, before I drove there. Three calls later and I was already pulling in their parking lot.
I dont have the words to describe the horror known as Apria. I have been unable after 2 months to obtain CPAP supplies. 7 or 8 people could not help. Shame on you Apria.
It’s obvious they don’t understand ENGLISH. I specifically stated that I wanted the Medela standard electric breast pump as that is the pump my physician suggested me to get. They end up sending me Evenflo..... my prescription paper stated Medela.

The most horrible customer service i have ever dealt with. do not use apria health care. they do not return calls and do not fill your order in a timely or profesional way.i have had nothing but lie after lie from their employees and mangers.
This company obviously has contracts with our health care provider. Their customer service is virtually non existent, both at the Memphis location and on-line. There are communication problems between the two and the local office does not return telephone calls even when you are trying to spend money.
