Cashier was oblivious. She insisted on charging me a higher price because my item didnt have a tag. When I explained to her how much the item was and that I could just grab another one with a tag, she still wanted to charge me the higher price. How does that even make sense??? Plus the fabric cutters were rude. Just a negative experience all together.

I was able to find what I needed quickly but the check out was far too slow before they added another person on the register.

Pretty good selection. Only saw 1 staff member in the entire store,,,,,,, line was 7 people long on a Tuesday night. I went in for candy melts and the last bag in the color I wanted was a month expired.

I really like this store. I shop here often for business needs. I do wish the coupons were a little less confusing. There is one cashier who drives me nuts and I try to avoid her if possible. Probably just a personality flaw on my part.

Store is clean and well stocked. Employee in the fabric department went above and beyond to help us search for the 5 yards of fabric that were still supposed to be there according to their inventory system. Checkout line was huge but registers were all in use and it went quickly.

This is our go to for sewing and embroidery supplies. The place is generally well stocked but was lacking thread on a pre-holiday stop. Be prepared to play the coupon and sales games for the best prices.

This place is a budget killing trap. Make a list, stick to it! I go in to get one thing and the urges to crafting and art supply sales is too strong! Bring blinders! RESIST THE CRAFT SALES!!!!! Ill be going back tomorrow. Pray for me.

Horrible customer service. I went to the store on 9/9/20 to purchase a piece of foam board. Due to a hand injury I asked a sales associate if they could cut it to the size I needed. She said she could and proceeded to begin cutting the product. She did not have a proper cutting tool so the first cut was very ragged and crooked. She asked an older lady if she had a better cutting tool. I assume this was a senior sales associate because she said she was with the company for over 20 years. She said that they dont cut down board for customers. I asked if they could make an exception since my hand was out of commission. She said no, we dont cut items like that for customers. Its company policy. Bad customer service when you refuse to make exceptions for customers that need extra assistance.

Quarantine Edition:I ordered some items online from 2 different Joann stores. The first store was great, see review for Pewaukee location. However this location was not as positive of an experience. My order did not come in as fast as the other location, this was for curbside pick up and these items were in stock. I was a little confused at why this store was taking so long. So I called them just to see. The website does say same day pick up, and this was at least 18 hours since I made the order. When I called the employee was rude, but it was over the phone so I could just be miss hearing her tone. I asked her when my order will be ready and she said probably a few days. I asked about the same day pick up and she said its not ready, wait a few more days. I needed this item ASAP, so I asked if she could just cancel. Her response was fine, check your email in a few days and it will be back on your credit then she hung up.I understand people have bad days, so Im not upset, a little frustrated, but not upset at the employee, however I will never shop at this specific location because I felt disrespected.Im sure if I went to the store it probably would be an okay experience, but you wont get a review for that because I will not go.

Would not recommend using curbside pick up from this location. I ordered items expecting it to take at a maximum of a couple days for them to contact me that pick up was ready; 11 days later I got separate emails for each of the 8 items (all of the items) I ordered that they were out of stock. This stores ability to manage stock and appropriately fill orders is too delayed to be effective.

JOANN Fabrics store was very nice. Clean, super helpful staff, and friendly. The coupons saving also helped.

Prices are out of line. Bought fabric and was not happy with the quality. Kept unraveling. I wont go there again.

This store generally doesnt have exactly what Im looking for but I can make -do. It is fun to browse in but feels like they got a store a size or two too small for the breath of products that they carry.

Found everything I wanted/needed and then some! They have a wide variety of fabrics of course... But also ALOT of things we didnt expect! A lot of accessories, tools, and stuff I never expected to find at a fabrics store. Musicians take note,... You can find great fabrics and other materials not only for clothes, but coverings for amps, speaker cabinets, and other useful studio and stage items. Check it out, I thought it was for women that sew.... But it has a WHOLE LOT MORE! Interesting place to be honest. Did not expect the diversity of products when we went,.... But WOW they have LOTS of stuff!!

The gal helping was fabulous. I wish I would have gotten her name. She spent a long time helping us with fabric and how to make something. Thanks.

I went in this store on a Tuesday and a Thursday. On Thursday the first cashier seemed as if she didnt want to assist me. I informed the her of the incorrect price. She said this is what rings up. I told her that I was going to check. And when I came back she left the register. The second cashier informed me that it was even cheaper than the shelves. This process took about 20 minutes. On Tuesday she placed my money on the counter. But the people behind me there money was placed in their hands. Maybe a discussion that you have to respectful to all customers. And placing money on the counter is a sign of I dont want to touch them behavior.

The majority of the employees are friendly but Ive run into some very rude ones. Employees taking out their bad day on customers. No proof needed to pick up orders and they dont bother to look at your order confirmation they will just tell you your order is not ready if they cant mentally spell your name so if someone wants free stuff just go to the store and ask to pick up an order for some common last names.

Outrageous prices for anything that you are looking at. The staff was helpful at finding what I was looking for. But it was easily two to three times what I would pay for anywhere else.

They have large selection of yarn but theres no specific area for loom weaving. I asked a salesperson and she had to look up online what I was asking for.....so I like the store but they need to have another section for loom weaving materials and products.

You cant find the sales booklet

Quite I thought. I pulled out cake holder that had hard plastic and it went across finger like a paper cut so be careful when pulling out things. Started stinging about 5 minutes later. Only had one cashier unless others were on break.

Great sale they have going for Christmas. Clearance Halloween fabrics. Very helpful employees. I was there late on a Sunday. The store was still organized and not a mess. Bathroom clean too.

I found everything I was looking for and more. I love the rewards program. I had a $10.00 rewards to use today. I usually pulll up Joanns app on my phone with all the coupons and my reward #, and just hand my phone to the cashier its so wonderful!

Placed an order for pick up took over a week to be pulled. when I arrived to pick up my order it took over 30 minutes to come out with my order and I was 2nd in line when we arrived. The person running curbside orders was not helpful and could not understand why we where irritated the order took so long to come out after we called. when we iquirered why it was taking so long they just shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. All they said was call customer service.

This is a nice Joanns location. Relatively new, but also smaller than other stores like the Brookfield location. As a result their selection is not as good as larger stores. They also tend to get long lines at the cashier and customer service is hit or miss.

Great fabric store so happy to know they have a beading and jewelry class.

My sister & I are quilting this season. Our plan was to give our children & grandchildren life quilts for Christmas...We purchased some fantastic fabric pieces & were on our way!♡We did not complete all of them, so we decided to give gift cards...They will get their quilts this Fall. .. LoL

All Joanns Ive been to are very similar, but Id swear this location has a larger fabric selection - the central reason I visit them in the first place. Staff is friendly and helpful. My material has been cut more promptly than Ive experienced at other locations.

Needs workers. Out of stock on things I was looking for. I really like this place but dont expect much around Christmas time.

The JOANN crew is generally very friendly. Occasionally they will have high schoolers or younger people working that will talk behind the counters while people are waiting to pay. They will stand there and wait to finish their conversation before checking out a customer. I went there two days ago and experienced just that. Younger employees need to be trained how to act more professionally and take the customers right away.On a more positive note, when I visited there the employees made me feel welcomed and took their time to help me find fabric and suggested materials that would help me create a teepee that I wanted to build.

They are almost always well stocked on their sale items. Store is always clean and well organized.

Excellent place to shop for sewing, quilting and other crafts. Handicap parking is not unforced and there are few spots. They are located in a small shopping center. Clerks are helpful when you can find one.

Waited 15 minutes in parking lot for store to open; did not find what I came for but did find suitable substitute. No call button or bell.Waited at cutting table with number to no avail. Cashier was in place at wrap stand which was of no benefit as well.Disappointing service this morning.

A bit over priced for me. I bought someone buttons. The card they were on $2.15 printed on it. How do I explain they were charged $2.99. If you have a price printed on it, you should charge whats printed.

No one in this store greets you and ive been to this store a couple times in the past two weeks. On the first trip the cashier acted as if i were bothering her and no one was in line. However they have a nice variety of items i guess thats what will keep them open.

This place is a disorganized mess! I keep going hoping to find what I’m looking for but am disappointed and dissatisfied each time... unless you are looking for overpriced Chinese junk. The fabric section is extremely disorganized with no cohesive thought regarding placement of their fabrics. The interfacing section is an unstocked overpriced mess, and notions... there is no organization at all. You will have to walk through the entire store isle by isle to find what you are looking for, and if you do, it’s most likely overpriced too. If you are into a little more sophisticated sewing other than quilting you will most likely find better and less expensive online.

First visit to the store and was thrilled. Tons of sales and clearance items. Large amount of items in stock for everything I wanted. Workers were exttemely friendly and helpful. 10/10 ! This will now be my main Joann store.

Nice Jo-Anns. Theyre all pretty much identical, so as long as its clean and well stocked its good. The parking lot is a bit tight but there are always spots in the back. Great place to stop of youre going to Woodmans from downtown.
