We went to fast signs because of the great reviews. However two months after our sign was installed it fell. We did receive a full refund for the sign but not for the Lift which was over $200. Would not suggest for big projects. I informed them that they should remove the backing which was coving old photos but that did not happen. Also they charged me $300 more for adding a less than 1in thick border box that was secured by tape and when I asked why it was so much they said because of the cost and assembly but when the sign fell we noticed that the “box” was nothing more than cheaply made. While we did not have a large budget we would have gotten a much better quality sign for the $700 foam sign we got that fell 2 months later. The staff was friendly but not worth it. Would never use them again.

These folks did a great job, I needed a banner with very little notice for my grand opening, called them at 5:15pm, after closing time. Had a proof in my inbox the next day and picked up the banner later that same day. Great quality, great product. I would highly recommend these guys.
