A good place to fin all sorts of stuff for a number of celebrations including weddings, baby showers, holidays, and birthdays. They have pinatas, helium balloons, confetti, streamers, tableware, glowsticks, bubbles, and a number of comercial character items including Mickey Mouse, Paw Patrol, and Frozen items. Also good if youre looking to throw a unicorn or mermaid themed party. I will say that no staff greeted me or offered to help me while I looked around there.

Very large selection of balloons, which is why we were there. If you’re looking for inspiration for a party, especially for a child, this is definitely the place to check out. Would have given them 5 stars if they would have interacted more intentionally with my kids who were showing unrestrained excitement at the prospect of a balloon- they could have tried a little. Left with a $10 balloon, and a $2 dollar balloon, which feels like a lot, but the $10 balloon is still going strong at the top of our ceiling and it’s been over a week ☀️

So when i went here to pick up my daughters balloons they were out of the one we wanted. So atlast minute they switched with another and gave us a full refund and gave us all the balloons that they did have. That was excellent customer service.

Went here for supplies for our daughters birthday party and wow! what a store! I was very excited because they have everything! we got it all right then and there including party favors

Its a party store, what more can I say. Youll find all your standard party needs like cup, streamers, candy, and masks all organized by theme and color. The prices arent terrible given how niche a lot of the merchandise is. Some of the staff can be a little gruff but power through them to throw your bangin Caribbean themed party this December.

A friend and I were just in to this location for a couple things and we have to applaud Gabe on his fantastic attitude while he and one other person were swamped with customers. He still made it a point to joke and laugh with each customer even though I’m sure they were very overwhelmed. Thanks Gabe!

Too pricey on a lot of the items they carry, but, an excellent place to get unique balloons...and they are NEVER out of helium like many other places that sell balloons.

For customer service, I wanted to order three bouquets of 10 balloons each and I was told I could not place the order over the phone and pay for it but I had to come into the store and wait for them to create the bouquets. after going into the store placing my order and waiting over an hour for them to create these balloons theres no seating for people who want to wait I literally sat on the floor waiting for them to create my bouquets what a waste of time

Was charged $2 more for a balloon that was clearly marked. Paid extra to have balloons “last for 24 hours”. Bought them at night and by the next morning, they were all droopy except for the Mylar one. Reached out to customer service and was snubbed.

Worst store manager ever she plays on her phone instead of taking care of a customer yells freon across the registers . And then when you start to fuss her and her female employee start clapping. Very rude will never shop there ever again!!! They need new management for sure

Terrible experience. Called to order balloons. Was told to order online. Ordered online. Got an email later saying my order was canceled. Called Party City, manager said she canceled order because they dont actually have those balloons in stock. I asked if I was going to be refunded and was told I could only get a refund if I came up to the store. Im not available to come up to the store this week. What a scam. Party City stole my money.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. They helped find everything I needed for my New Years Party tonight.

A much better Party City then the other ones. Seems to have more stock and more workers to help you. Some of the stuff is cheaply made but its one time party stuff so thats the point.

Ok store but you should call and ask if they do have something before going because the online will say they have something at the store but it wont be there.
