Couldn’t be happier with my experience with the floor show! I had flooring installed in the basement of my 100 year old home that has extremely uneven floors. They exhibited so much knowledge and professionalism on how to tackle this project and it’s inherited difficulties, the final result is better than I ever imagined! I am very detail oriented so I’m very appreciative of them and their work. I am a customer for life, highly recommend!

They act like you are offending them if you ask them to match the price of another local competitor. Duh..price match! You just lost a customer with a big job and more to come!

We purchased a new kitchen floor and we couldn’t be happier with our experience shopping with Calvetta Brothers Floor Show. From the minute we walked through their door, we were greeted warmly by Thom who helped us pick out the perfect floor. Larry came to measure, explain the installation process and made excellent suggestions. Jeff and his installation crew were efficient and meticulous! We highly recommend this store!

Stopped into the Mentor store on Tues. the 23rd of April. An older man and younger woman were working, we got the older man after about a 5 minute wait.After looking at sculptured carpet for several minutes, I ask a couple of questions about the installers. He was unable to answer my questions and said it was the first time in 12 years he was ever ask those questions. He said he will find the answers, but then walked away and started helping another woman who came in after us. At that point we left the store.We were looking at carpet that was $7.79 a SQUARE FOOT or $70.11 a SQUARE YARD. About $2400 for just one room we were going to carpet. I guess that was not a good enough sale for him.We left and went to Marshall Carpet One in Mayfield and received the type of service we were expecting. This was our second bad experience at Calvetta Bros. and that was two to many.

Took off time from work for the m to come and measure so they could give me a quote on my project. After 2 to 3 phone calls and emails, I still havent gotten a quote. Its been 2 weeks. Very disappointing.

Nice place to buy a floor.
