I did a lot of research prior to choosing a jeweler for an engagement ring, and we could not have been more pleased with John Rich Jewelers (Craig). I had a couple of pictures (hints) from my now wife on what she wanted but I came in not knowing too much about rings and how to evaluate quality and price points. I loved Craigs attention to detail and his patience as he went through an education on how I should be evaluating a diamond. I never felt pressured into buying the most expensive or largest diamond, Craig was just as much concerned on quality as I was, if not more. That was important to me. When we finally decided on a diamond, Craig did a great job with the setting and created an amazing product that I was proud to show off at my engagement. Also, I was in a hurry (my own fault) as I needed the ring before flying to Vancouver (engagement spot). Craig worked diligently and made sure I had the ring before I left town. I really appreciated his down-to-earth demeanor all while being reliable and professional. I am grateful I chose John Rich Jewelers. I highly recommended them!

Very friendly! The owner gave me a discount and on my final payment I couldnt pay all of it, he excused what was left over. I had a custom wedding band for my fiance. Phenomenal service, great friendly atmosphere, he also has an adorable dog!If I ever need any more custom jewelry (or any jewelry) I will definitely be coming back, and recommending people to come here.

Came in for a watch battery wound up paying more than the advertised price. I noticed he increased the price in the ad this year. Probably closer to truth in advertising with his new price. 🤔
