Great Atmosphere & Staff... Also Good Place to Find Your Merced College Apparel & School Needs.

Bad place . I left voicemails from last week to talk about an access code I never receive and no response. Even when you call it goes straight to voicemail. I even email the manager and no response.

They never answer the phone and once they do the lady gives a horrible attitude.

Everyone that works there is helpful and the check out is fast

Therere many helpers there to get you books you need with out a hassel. Its very quick and beats searching through the internet.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Store was clean. Prices are a bit steep, but thats to be expected with college bookstores.

Just your typical school bookstore they have over the top prices and they seem to assume your going to rob them since they always remind you to remove your backpack i dunno why if all your doing is picking up a book order

Most things are so overpriced. I reccomend getting free etexts at library genesis

Amazing service, very friendly and fast.

Dug through a pile of sweatshirts to find my size and even let me use restroom to try it on.

The only thing I dont like is their hours and the prices on the books. Way too expensive.

My stars are based on customer service however they over charge for books and other materials.
