They are always clean and ready to go. If they arent slammed you can order your smoothie when you check in and have it ready when you pop out. The Morning Berry is delicious! I did have to listen to a Britany Spears song one time though, thats really my only complaint.

I just wanted to give a shout out to The Body Shak and their extremely knowledgeable staff. They are always very helpful in answering my questions about different products. I always appreciate their positive and enthusiastic attitude when I come in. Their inventory is awesome! Always stocked up on great products. I have also tanned with them and their beds are clean and their bulbs are powerful! Love the spray tans too! Can’t go wrong here... definitely stop in and say hello.... and maybe stay for a shake!

This place is great!! I recommend it to anyone looking for products to help with their workout, or even a healthy smoothie with the kids. My wife likes to tan and then get a chocolate peanutbutter smoothie while I workout next door.
