I’m not happy with placing my order around 12 pm in the afternoon, ofcourse I’m taking into consideration that it’s Mother’s Day and I know they gotta be extremely busy . I work in the customer service field and I didn’t get not a courtesy call or text or email to tell me that I have to wait till 9pm which at this very moment it’s 6:59 pm and still haven’t got anything. This ruined Mother’s Day completely !!

I wouldnt give this location a star but, I had to. I do not recommend going here. They are very unprofessional women working the front line. I called in to place a order and under certain circumstances I had to cancel the order the next day, I was told my refund would be processed however, they did not tell me that the refund would not be processed until the manager came back from Vacation. I was rushed off the phone and just told 24-48 hours. I believe the girl I spoke with was Kaitlin- very rude, Im sure if she could of hung up on me she would of. Most unprofessional- rude customer service.
