She guided me with all my purchases and was so knowledgeable to all my needs. She did not make promises she couldnt keep. We ordered a DWX bathroom faucet, and sink drain. The drain was ordered by them in the wrong color. We returned it for the correct color. it came again in the wrong color. We had them order the correct color. It came again in the wrong color. It was re ordered in the correct color. This time it came in the wrong color, and the incorrect model, instead of a pop up, it came fixed, instead of pop-up. I give up.

Cynthia is the best, I highly recommend her.
