Brent and his crew exceeded our expectations in the process of removing our old roof & installing our new roof. Their attention to detail was amazing. Brent and his team were great to work with. My home was badly damaged when a tree fell on our roof the night of Halloween. I hired Brent to redo the roof and all siding on our home. Brent’s worked closely with our insurance adjuster to ensure that our repairs were up to CT code. He even caught a waterproofing code that the adjuster wasn’t aware of.Throughout the two jobs, Brent and his team did a great job of communicating. His guys worked on Super Bowl Sunday just to stay on target with our timeline. I was very please with the quality of their work. Strongly recommend these guys! Brent’s a good Dude (and I’m a tough customer)!!

Recently had my roof and some other stuff done. Brent did everything I asked him to do. Did a beautiful job, and they were very neat. Awesome clean up job and great attention to detail. Great group of guys and job was done fast. Very happy.

The only thing that is good about this company is they can put a roof on your house. If you are expecting good customer service, punctuality, and workers that respect your family, look for another company. They promised the roof construction would begin on a Friday but the owner rescheduled for Monday. They began tearing off the roof on Monday, they threw debris all over my yard and driveway and just left it there and left for the day around 5pm. After the crew left we walked around the house and found many nails and a few broken beer bottles. Our kids and dogs play outside so this could have been a bad outcome if we had not been vigilant. There was a holiday Tuesday and for some reason they again didn’t show on Wednesday so they weren’t back to somewhat clean up until Thursday. Again they worked for a day and weren’t back until the following Tuesday. They could have finished the job in a couple of days but in all it took nearly 3 weeks. After they were done I found myself picking up nails, cigarette butts, and other junk that was left all over my yard for weeks. The owner never took any of my concerns seriously, most of the time I spoke with him he honestly seemed drunk. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all costs.

Called Brent for a quote and he showed up on time and gave a reasonable quote with quality materials. They did the job in one day and cleaned up the mess and my yard including leaves. They even had a Nice sized Dumpster that Didnt take up the whole Driveway! Highly recommended.

Brent did my roof in one day him and his crew are all around great out going people. Would recommend silver city builders to anyone looking for work.

I had three pine trees fall on my roof out in killingworth it was pretty severe the storm damage that happened almost completely destroyed my barn where I had a lot of valuables inside Brent and his crew came out did all the tree work reconstructed the barn and had the roof on before I even gave him a dime he was more than patient and willing to wait until the insurance paid all because he knew how concerned I was about getting the job done immediately Thank You You guys are great!!

Have never came across a company with worse customer service. Owner does not care about your house, just wants to try and get as much money as he can out of you.

Brent is just an all around bad guy. Rude & arrogant and screwed us over big time.

Received a quote that was consistent with other contractors, however, I elected to go with a different contractor and after I emailed him saying Brent, I just signed with another contractor.
