I have called and used their online platform 4 times now about a recall, and other issues with my 2014 Focus, and they either dont answer their phone, or they tell me the parts are not in stock, and theyll call or email when parts are available. Its been 4 months since I first contacted them, their story is still the same, and they havent tried to call or email. From other reviewers on here, I shouldnt be surprised.
We were on a road trip from Oregon to Wyoming and our car made some worrying jerks. Kendall Ford squeezed us in on a busy Friday afternoon and got us back on the road worry-free! Thank you!

Struggling today with oil change. Quoted 2 hours and it took 6. No car vacuum or clean for $75. They also wanted to charge me $145 for a software update. Pam was a super nice driver though.
Bought an F150 less than 90 days ago. My alternator is shot already. Took it in for them to fix it. Was told it would be done today, and now they’re pushing it 3 days out. Very unprofessional, and not helpful. I am now out a car for 3 days (or more?). Would not recommend the Kendall Ford of Meridian Service Department.
Attempted to get my f350 which I bought there in for service. Ive had 2 trips to their service department which have been negative and attempted other services but had to go to a different dealer. Took over 2 hours to get a phone call even returned.
