Ive worked my own cars for 40 years but Daughter is 500 miles away resulting in finding a shop for her car. They were honest and straightforward and affordable! These guys are super busy and with good reason, I highly recommend!!

I work here so this might be a bit biased but I enjoy everyday working here. Rich the owner has made every bit of this experience well worth it.

I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive! The day before my already planned road trip my car started stalling. I called Christian Brothers and although they didn’t have an opening until the following week, knowing my predicament they got me in right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed within a few short hours. I’m new to the area and this was my first time using Christian Brothers, so thankful and they now have a customer for life!

The only shop in town, after calling 7 or so places, that could get me in next day. Granted, I just needed diagnostic work so I could repair my LR2 myself, but everyone was super friendly and helpful. After dropping my car off, they were immediately ready to take me to work in a 2021 Durango. It was great. Michael, the courtesy clerk was awesome and made sure to call to give me update every couple hours. I will definitely be going back!

This company is very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. We have used them for many different problems and they have fixed them all timely and completely.

I had cv axle replacement here. The staff were very friendly and overall it wasnt a bad experience. However, my appointment was pushed back a week, and they promised a 10% discount for the reschedule, but on my final statement they didnt give me a 10% discount. It was about 7%. They promised same-day repair, but they didnt give me any notice until an hour before the end of the day. So I had to call them to check if I can pick up my car. I was finally able to get my car back in the afternoon of the next day. Now my alignment feels slightly off.

I was leaving for a camping trip and they were able to get me in and on my way promptly. Fantastic customer service and clean common area. It was a breath of fresh air to your everyday automotive shop. Will definitely return when the time comes. Highly recommend

What a great experience! Such a friendly team and overall great customer service. I was able to get a ride back to my home after taking my vehicle in and coordinated pick up at my rental return. DO NOT GO HERE! CBA ran a diagnostic inspection that was false in every possible way. They claimed I needed a battery because it was leaking and that I needed a front wheel sensor. I took my car to Les Schawb and another automotive dealer to confirm and neither were legitimate. CBA attempted to charge me hundreds of dollars for maintenance I didn’t need. They also were going to charge more than I was quoted for the inspection just two days after. Dishonest. Fraudulent.

I have been to a lot of car repair shops and I have never been care of this well. The staff were friendly, helpful, and understood my needs. I have never had a better customer service experience from a mechanic shop like Christian Brothers. Anything you have going on with your vehicle from a standard oil change to your car not even running, this is the shop I recommend. 11/10 AMAZING!

Good professional service without pressure.

The best most helpful service shop I have ever been to. Traveling through town and broke down. They were booked but got me in.They did the work I asked them to do. I decided to have my truck shipped to my destination, and get a uhaul to pull my trailer. They offered to help me hook up my trailer and even transfer stuff from my truck to the uhaul. They also said it was fine for my truck to stay there until transport arrived. I had stuff in the bed of my truck so they said they would keep it in the shop at night!Totally above and beyond service! These guys are the best!

On the plus side, they got the oil change completed rather quickly; however, the air filter was not part of it so had to pay extra to have it replaced. Also, they found extra items that supposedly needed to be done (another $1000) which I declined.

My family and I are new to the valley, and needed an oil change for my car. Christian Brothers on Meridian Rd. was offering a promo for an oil change, and I took them up on it. From the very beginning, they had excellent customer service. They texted me confirming my appointment, but it wasnt a generated text, the owner took the time to send a personal confirmation. I had to reschedule my appt. due to a massive ear infection on the day of my appointment, and there was no trouble rescheduling. Then, when I did arrive for my appointment, they asked how my ear was feeling. They were super kind, and professional, and the facility was very nice. They offered waters and snacks in the waiting room, but we took the shuttle home to wait. The owner was the one driving the shuttle, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers, and serving the people in the valley with quality work. They completed the work requested, and they made some recommendations for future work, but NEVER pressured us into that work. They also provided pictures of the car to back their recommendations. We will continue to use Christian Brothers on Meridian Rd. for all future car repairs!! Thank you Rich, and staff!

***UPDATE*** 12/8/2020Changing my review from one to four stars!Literally minutes after posting my original review last Thursday, the owner of the company called and left a sincere apology. Once my husband arrived to pick up our car that night, the owner apologized again in person and completely owned their mistake and lack of communication as a mishap on their end. He took full responsibility for everything that went wrong and offered to provide our service for FREE, which meant a lot to my husband and I. I of course, waited until the service was completed today to update my review. We can definitely tell that they improved in their service and communication today, which helped gain back our trust in this company. The owner offered to give us his own car for the day and personally brought my husband back home while they replaced my wheel bearing. They did call to update me once they started working on the car and were kind enough to drop the car off in the afternoon once they were finished working on it. My car is driving SO much smoother and so much more responsive after having my wheel bearing replaced. After our crazy experience with them, they really redeemed our trust and showed us that they are a trustworthy and reliable car shop!Original review 12/3/2020:One of the CRAPPIEST experiences. TERRIBLE service! I called days in advance to make an appointment for 8am this morning, just for a simple estimate for a wheel bearing replacement before we take a long distance drive. Well noon passes...before we know it its 4pm and they still havent gotten back to us. Finally at 5pm they give the estimate. Then they said theyd send a shuttle to get us since its our only vehicle and we need to feed our kids. Almost an hour passes...my kids are hungry and were waiting on getting the car to get dinner. I call and they say that the shuttle is in KUNA. So my husband is currently WALKING TO PICK UP OUR CAR so we can get dinner and put our kids to bed. Absolutely AWFUL experience! The worst part is the man was NOT EVEN very apologetic! He didnt care I was going to leave a bad Google review. We are canceling our apt for the wheel bearing replacement and going elsewhere. Please save your time and money and look into other options! They said they were down a tech, okay, I get that. But RESCHEDULE me then or at least COMMUNICATE that so I can have the choice to cancel and have my car for the day, especially when its our single primary vehicle. Im SO DISAPPOINTED! Not a great experience to reflect their name! I really wanted to like this place!

I recently had a truck repaired, at this shop. I was very impressed by the way they handled my situation. I will definitely use their services again in the near future.

I appreciate the effort and hope they will learn from this experience.*Update: We brought our vehicle in for an A/C issue in September. It was fine at first however with the colder temps, the A/C didnt get used. Now that things are warming up we discover it still doesnt work, the Freon was totally empty. I questioned whether they did a thorough job checking for leaks and was assured they did. I made a deal to split the diagnostic fee with them and was okay to leave it at that even though I do believe it was their poor quality of work that is to blame.We left the vehicle with them for a full day and they claimed the wrong part was delivered and they had other issues which delayed the repair. Okay things happen, we were patient. However communication was slow and I had to follow up a few times. They did make an effort to stay late and complete the job however when we arrived it was leaking transmission fluid. Again, we were patient and waited the weekend hoping to have the vehicle back Monday afternoon. I heard from no one until 12pm and was told it was looking like end of day. I wasnt happy but nothing we could do.Now here we are on Wednesday and once again the vehicle has a substantial leak. More inconvenience, more hassle. I really feel although they made apologies that more could and should be done to make this right.The process is streamlined. Your service writers did a good job of keeping us informed and keeping things organized. Your reception area is clean, organized, and we appreciated the snacks and refreshments. The detailed inspection with video explanations is an excellent touch.The vehicle is running great. Keep up the good work!

This place tried to rip me off! On their complimentary inspection, they came up to me with a photo of a bit of grease of CV boot of axle, telling me its starting to leak. $700 for one cv axle..... Went to a trustworthy honest mechanic a friend recommended, nothing wrong with my CV axle... The honest mechanic told me, Id love to take your money but theres nothing wrong with it! Shameful!!

I had a great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive today, I brought my four brand new tires in to get aligned and they were able to squeeze me into their very busy schedule. And I believe the owner himself picked me up in the shuttle car when they were finished. If that doesn’t tell you something!

Took my car here after good service with my other vehicle. Diagnosed my car with a bad O2 sensor. I had it replaced somewhere else but the check engine light still comes on with the same code. Will take it somewhere else for further diagnostics.

These people are amazing true Christians doing gods work. Helping those less fortunate giving back to the community. Honest trustworthy mechanics. A rare thing to find these days. Keep it up

After years of being disappointed by dealership mechanics and other chain auto repair places, I’m happy to have finally worked with a group that genuinely cares about not only my vehicle, but me as a person. Everyone I interacted with as my car was worked on was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I’m happy there’s a local team I know I can trust with my vehicle.

My dad recommended this shop to me. The staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Ive had a few things done, so far. Some regular maintenance and some repairs. They listened to my concerns and took me seriously to get to the root of the problem. The car service has been a God-send, as I would have had to call a car service to get to work. Rich, the owner, is very kind and each time has made sure I was taken care of. Nick, at the front desk, is thorough and always has a cheerful attitude- which is very important when a customer comes in frustrated that their car is not working properly. I feel comfortable going to this shop, the waiting area is inviting, and the big window makes the shop feel like they are transparent with they way they do business. The prices are a little high, but I am used to fixing my vehicle with my dad, which is always less expensive. I would recommend giving this shop a chance. Great local business.

Very pleased with the service I received. Had to have a lot of minor repairs (bushings/fluids, battery cables, etc) and a few major repairs (oil pan gasket/brakes-rotars)at one time. I was kept abreast on all repairs and they were completed by quoted time with what I felt was a fair price. I will definitely be using them again when repairs are needed.

Took an old 90s F-250 in with a slim budget and the guys there helped us work around the budget. We were probably pretty annoying and atypical customers but they handled it in the best way possible.

I like how friendly everyone is when you walk through the door, the owner Rich is the first to greet you. They work with you on a budget. I needed a rental car and Rich was on top of helping me get one so I can get to work. I am definitely going back to them for future work. 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone I know.

I brought my vehicle in to have my brake pads replaced. I was informed after my last service at my dealership that the brake pads were almost done and theyd be hitting the indicators soon. Once I started hearing squealing I brought it in. Upon inspection it turned out they had well over half their life left. The honesty was huge and I truly appreciate it. It was also found that I had a blown gasket for my timing belt. The links to the recommended services provided pricing, why things needed to be performed, and pictures of any issues found. This is an amazing service on its own and instills a lot of confidence. I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone needing work done on their car, it was a fantastic experience. Everyone is friendly, trustworthy, and more than willing to answer any questions you have.

Cant say enough about these guys. Came into to town to purchase a vehicle and needed a Buyers Check. Not from the area, we found Christian Brothers on Google. Richard and Bill took incredible care of us even though they werent even open for business yet!! Still putting the bays together, Bill had his techs take a break from putting the shop together and took care of us immediately.Recommend to the highest order.

Had some brake sensor issues with our Cadillac Escalade. I took it in on a snowy Wednesday morning. I called 10 minutes before I arrived to see if they could fit me in. I explained the issues and they got me right in. The owner drove me from their location all the way to the downtown St. Lukes in terrible conditions and it was a enjoyable conversation albeit a longer than normal ride given the snow. By noon they had pictures of all the issues they found, a thorough explanation, and the option for me to select what services I approved to be done all on the text message they sent me. This was by far the most informative and option oriented experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Their thorough examination of the SUV also found some unknown issues that we elected to have done with absolutely zero pressure from the staff or mechanics. A great experience and a great 3 year or 36,000 mile guaranty (which ever takes more time to get to) on all services performed.

Price was outrageous. Will want to brake the bank. Took it to a different shop and cost 70% less then what they quoted me. Shop around first people dont settle.

They squeezed me in on short notice.

I took my truck to CBA for service and repairs. They were very easy and pleasant to work with. They fixed an oil leak in the engine and did a great job doing it. I did have to come back with one minor issue to attend to. I spoke with Rich, the owner of the store, who personally made sure all my questions were addressed. Based on this experience, I feel confident that I’ll get A+ service every time I come here.

I hope this review holds some currency because I never leave reviews but worst shop experience i had, the place itself is nice customer service is meh, some nice people however make sure if you do take your vehicle which I wouldnt recommned to anyone get a 2nd opinion from another shop if possible or make sure they explain each and every charge i asked and questioned the total price and all of a sudden my total was 200 bucks lower...failed to diagnose the issue properly then charged another 300 bucks in labor when fixing it correctly..had my oil changed also, no service reminder, oil life percentage not reset I hate to give this shop even 1 star avoid it if at all possible they seem nice and helpful which they are if you have deep pockets and dont mind overpaying for nothing

I visited CB as an out-of-towner for an emergency alternator replacement. As noted in the other reviews, the staff is professional and not pushy. The service was handled with reasonable celerity and helped us get out of town. All in all, the omniscient deity from whom CB borrows its name likely wouldnt have been troubled by my interaction with these humble, wrench-turning servants of the good Lord. The lost star is due to the upselling of a $59 (or so) diagnostic fee. Everyone involved was pretty sure the alternator was the culprit. It had been making noise and the electrical system on the car gave out while driving. Ultimately the $700+ price tag for a new alternator and battery didnt strike me as outrageous but the addition of the diagnostic fee on top of the other parts and service costs left me pondering WWJD? as I drove home. Perhaps it would have been a good Samaritan-like touch to credit the diagnostic fee towards the not-insubstantial costs of the repairs I told them, in our initial meeting, would need to be done.All in all, I think Christians and non-Christians alike could do worse than these Jesus people when it comes to car repairs. Just think twice about agreeing to the diagnostic fee if you already have an abiding testimony about what is ailing your vehicle.

Worst place I have ever taken my car they did some work for me I got my car back making the same noise so I took it back and was told things make noises when they have extra miles on them they also told me theyd put there wife n kids in this car with that being said they must not care must about there wife n kids cause I had to take me car to a different shop cause they refused to fix my car correctly and make it right my car was even under warranty they wouldnt budge

The tech Bob comes in with a huge smile offering me water and seeing if he can get me anything! The tech!!!!! The front desk guy Nick is such a nice man! And the boss Rich comes out and sees how I am and offers me a cookie and sees what he can do to make me comfortable! And they worked so quick and so fast! Everyone that came in the door the greeted so kindly and everyone came saying you have my business..... They arent the cheapest not the most expensive but they have my business! Super friendly and they even donate to those in need and open one day just for service!!!! Yes we need more businessess like this one....I almost didnt want to leave!Also I loved hearing all the costumers come in tell the owner there life story and Rich was so interested in everything they had to say! Actually, without being m e a n I have had a very poor experience with this automotive shop. I have had my car in there three times they have not fixed it and Ive had to pick it up all three times and I have to go to work Monday through Thursday nobody ever calls me back to tell me whats going on with my car thats under warranty and now theyre closed and I dont have a car to get to work on Monday. The staff is very friendly but I am unhappy with the unprofessional service Ive received and they have not fixed the car and they have not called me so with that said I would not return to this particular store
