Les is a great guy! Had my truck at 3 diffrent shops paid over a grand and new no more than i already new. He took it for couple days truck runs great! I wont take it anywere else! Didnt charge me arm and a legs 1000% happy customer here!

Les is the kindest man I have ever worked with. He gives it to you straight and will get the job done right the first time. He is reliable and is always making sure to communicate what needs to be done. I will never take my cars anywhere else as long as Les is around.

Didnt stand behind their work. =(Took my truck in to have my drive line carrier barring and u-joints replaced, $450 later thought everything was great.I was within the one years parts and labor warranty, I noticed a vibration and a pin/metal on metal noise.Thinking it was my drive line I took it into Les he looked at it and said my transmission was going out and charged me $45.This would be a very costly repair so I got another opinion. The second mechanic found the rear u-joint was bad (one that Les replaced) He greased it up and my metal on metal noise was gone. I then called Les and told him what was going on he said he knew the parts were good and it was not the u-joint. He said if it will make me happy he will put a new one in so we scheduled it. The day I showed up to drop my truck off Les said He wouldnt waste his time working on it and he knew his parts were good..............Then fed my BS about it not being my u-joint again. Well I tried to get him to honor his work and make it right but he refused. Took my truck back the second mechanic u-joint changed out my vibration is gone and truck back to normal. Sadly I ended up paying for the u-joint 2 times and another $45 to Les feeding me BS about it not being the u-joint he replaced and gas driving to and from his shop.I will never be returning and would never recommend Friends or Family to Super Tune.

Les is my go-to for any issues with my car. Always very honest and understanding. He always explains to me what is going on with my car and gives me the heads up before doing anything. I always know what its going to cost, as he lets me know after taking a look at the issue, and I appreciate that as Im usually on a budget.

Ive always been loyal to big names. Meineke, Jiffy Lube, Einstein, you name it. After awhile I got tired of being pushed around and told I needed unnecessary things for my car. So after shopping around some and talking to friends, I decided to check this place out. Had an inspection done on my suspension at no cost, and decided to go through with a service. Les is awesome. Hes upfront, honest, and wont try to sell you things you dont need. His prices are just right too. I look forward to seeing how my car performs now, and I will be back next time I need something fixed!

Was referred to this shop by a friend. Have used them on two occasions. Both times the service people were knowledgeable and courteous and fixed the problems promptly and the charges were reasonable (shop rate is 80 per hour at the time of this review).What sets this place apart for me is that they fixed the problem I brought the car in for and did not try and guilt me into doing more work (brakes, tires, shocks, timing belt, ...).Dont let the appearance the place put you off. They are honest, efficient, affordable and do good work.

I called Les about 8:30 am and had my truck to him by 9. He diagnosed the problem by 10:30 and got the parts coming and I had my truck back by 3:30. The bill was exactly what he quoted earlier when I showed up with no suprises. It was obviously a minor repair, but it is refreshing when someone actually does what they say they can do for the estimated cost with no surprises. Les is extremely professional and he has a customer for life. Definitely recommend.

Les charged me a third of an hour for diagnosing a bad fuel injector. He recommended that I do the job myself. No shop would have done that. Great guy.

I had my car towed into super tune and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service Les provided. He listened to my concerns with the vehicle, and contacted me numorous times per my request in regards to the issues present.He went above and beyond what I have ever experienced with any other mechanic. He also took time to mention other potential issues to watch for and answered questions I had unrelated to the issues he fixed.I would also like to mention that being as though the issues I had were electrical in nature, he could have easily lied to me and told me it took much longer then the 45 mins he charged me for. He is indeed an honest person and great mechanic!Thank you les for your great service, it was a true pleasure to have a good mechanic I can call like yourself.

Terrible service. Took my car in and told Les that my primary problem is that I cannot pass emissions and need to do so by June to register my car. I then mentioned that my 4x4 did not engage last time it snowed and my fan blower was not working. Les diagnosed it and left me a voicemail stating what he had found and quoted me $700 in parts and labor on that voicemail. I visited him and told him to go ahead with the work. He assured me that he would call me if he encountered any other issues before fixing it. On Friday he called and left a message stating he did the work and ran into an issue with the ignition switch and fixed it without my authorization, bringing my bill from $700 up to $820. I went in after work to pick up the car and made a payment arrangement with him. He then gave me an invoice with the codes that popped when he diagnosed it, one of them being 0410 - secondary air injection pump. Come Sunday, the check engine light was back on. I went to O’Reillys on Monday to have the codes ran and there was a code for everything he touched on my car. I called Les and told him what O’Reillys pulled and told him I was not going to pay him the rest of what I owed until my car was fixed like he said it was. He said he understood and wanted me to bring the car back in. After he looked at it again, he said the secondary air injection pump failed and told me it was going to be $350 to fix it. I told him that code was on the invoice and he said his computer told him it did not fail for over 3000 miles. I asked what difference that made and he said there was a communication error. Now it’s a “permanent failure” and I needed to pay extra to have it fixed. I asked if I could get my car and he said not until I paid him. So I went in with my uncle to help me understand why that code was not addressed, but he charged me for the diagnosis of it and left it unrepaired. His girlfriend was there recording our visit on her cell phone. It came down to me having to pay him to get my car back and still not able to pass emissions. Furthermore, Les had the audacity to call me a liar in front of my uncle because apparently I didn’t tell him that I needed to pass emissions and because he had to call me to find out why I did not go in and pay him when I said I would. He did not remember me calling him the Monday after I picked up my car and telling him that the light was on. I have the call logs on my phone, as well as his voicemail stating he fixed something without running it by me first.Super unhappy with the experience and will not go back or recommend his services.

Great to work with, excellent work, very fair and honest. Les has worked on many of our cars throughout the years and I would not take them to anyone else. When all of our teenagers were at home at one time we had 5 cars in our family.

I have had several late model autos into Super Tune for repairs. All have came back 95%, the 5% was my error in relaying the correct information -and he took care of that problem as a NO CHARGE addition for me. I have had three different Hot Rods into Super Tune, again 100% satisfied. He has the modern day savy to diagnose the new electronic nightmares we drive and coupled with the knowledge of the old school mechanics, this mechanic is THE MAN! If you have any problems after the service, he takes care of them and in a timely manner. People who want their vehicles repaired cheaply, then complain should be required to tell the whole story, not cheap innuendos as I seen in an earlier review.Rest assured, Super Tune is incredibly honest and professional, the best in the Valley in my mind.......lyle
