Sadly aren’t doing BOGO very often and their selection doesn’t seem very fresh. Found one of the three I needed. Will be exploring other shoe shop options for better deals.

I am new to the area and had never heard of Shoe Carnival. Great strategic location next to Kohls. I was not expecting the level of service I received and the value. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. Before I could make it to the first aisle I was asked by Peggy if she could help me with anything. I overheard her helping a gentleman with foot issues and she made an excellent suggestion for the perfect shoe for their condition. I then asked for help and Peggy gave the best foot measurement referencing the arch toes and ideal size for my foot. Multiple store announcements from Peggy reminding all customers of the Buy one get one sale. Great customer service and experience.

Shop at this store, do not shop online. My experience at this store was absolutely amazing. Always. The service is amazing and I have no complaints. However I have nowhere else to voice this complaint because my review I posted on the shoe carnival website WAS DELETED. I ordered shoes that broke when I tried to tie them. I sent an email to customer service, and got a confirmation that someone would talk with me in less that 24 hours. A week went by with nothing. I posted my one star review online and they deleted it, but there was no profanity, nor was there any harsh language of any kind. This left those shoes with a 5 star review over all, and now I see why. Very shady business practices, and I’m seriously insulted and want my money back. HELP

1st time in here...good location, helpful staff, nice selection of shoes...and good prices. The store is a little crowded...narrow aisles.

Very helpful staff. Went there on June 11th and the lady there helped my 3 year old pick out shoes and made sure they fit good. A little pricey but great selection. Will go back again

Very poor customer service. My husband attempted to go to the store to purchase some shoes on a sale. I had been life flighted to Boise and was hospitalized and just got out. He did receive some help at the store and purchased one shoe and they ordered a second shoe to be delivered. It was however in the wrong size. To fix this he had to drive back to the store! They simply could not change it over the phone to a different size or allow me to order it and have it shipped to the store. I order things many times from Zappos and from Amazon and have never had such terrible customer service. They also would not offer me the price that went away yesterday even with medical issues

Great place to buy kicks in Meridian. The staff is very attentive and always willing to help. The manager is a little over the top with the retail koolaid, but, probably gets great marks from leadership.

Not sure of the ladles name that help my twin boys, she was incredibly great. I was walking out the door with family and she intercepted us like a rock star. Customer service, she new what time it was. Plus her microphone skills where great. Thanks we bought a bag full.

Felt like a burden to the salesman (Dave). I went up front to ask for some help and he cut me off and told me to wait. He wasnt helping anyone at that moment so I was taken aback and started walking away and he came and asked what I wanted. He was snappy a few more times before I decided to just drive out to Nampa to pick up the shoes for my husband. Glad I didnt spend my money there.

Over the years I’ve bought over 30 pairs of different shoes at this location. We all know they carry out dated Nikes and other various shoes. The only reason to walk into a Shoe Carnival is because of the pricing! That being said I would rather pay more than deal with the manager at Eagle and Ustick. She called me a liar and wasn’t willing to return a pair of shoes in the amount I payed 2 days ago. One employee told me it wouldn’t be a problem then out of no where the manager jumps in. Not that it makes a big difference but I’ll just buy out dated shoes from another place

When I was looking for boots for winter they announced deal that sound like buy get one free and as I pick the boots I wanted and ask the the worker whether boots were buy one get one free she said yes so I got another one when she was scanning the shoes she ask me if I had account with them I said no she said let get u one. Even though I didnt want one after creating the account she said it would be 150 for two $99 shoes when I reminded her that she said it was it buy one get one free she said it wasnt that deal instead it was buy one get next one 50% off. thing that made me mad is when i ask her whether the shoes were buy 1 get one free she said yes. I just paid for n leave since there were other customers in line. I HOPE IT HELPSDO NOT GO TO PLACE EVEN IF U DO. MAKE SURE U ARE DOUBLE CHECKING THE DEALS SO U DONT END UP LIKE ME SPENDING MONEY THAT I DIDNT WANTED TO SPENd.
