I went to ProSource of Boise before the holidays to check out the stone counter top options available when my husband and I renovated our kitchen. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Greg Gonzalez. Greg was very informative and he showed me different options available for consideration. He was very knowledgeable of the products and professional. I truly felt Greg was there to help me providing me with excellent customer service. I left ProSource as a happy customer and will certainly return for future needs.I definitely recommend ProSource.

In 2018 I did a lot of research and utilized Prosource for some of my flooring and had a great experience. In researching my next project, I went in and Mike helped me go through my options. He was very helpful, patient and I highly recommend their services/products.

UPDATE: still no word after the response on this post! Praying the BBB has better customer service than this 4K down the drain thanks to this excuse of a company!!!! My review pics even got deleted!!Quite literately one of the worst company’s! We are a young couple who SAVED for this project and finally had the funds and went to several places and asked over and over again if the flooring was scratch resistance as we have kids (no I don’t expect it to be 100% obviously) and the first day they scratched!!! I’ve contacted probably 20 times and they refuse to do anything for it or compensate in anyway. I’ve asked for the corporate number and everything and they ignore emails over and over again once you ask! Will be contacting BBB

The service is outstanding; Daniel went above and beyond what was required to assist with selection, ordering and ensuring the materials were at the job site on time. Very friendly service and their range of products were great. However, in several instances, communication between ProSource and our contractor was poor. At one point we were called to schedule for an appointment for measuring for the countertop template before the bathroom vanity had been delivered. This experience suggested ProSource was not in very good control of its own processes. I know they have been very busy but they may need better staffing.

Love the selections available on flooring, carpet and tile. The kitchen display is my dream kitchen. Now the bad... went in to look for flooring & carpet for a small home in Star. Previously I had joined (months ago) to be able to meet with their design person,. He had met with me quickly as he was expecting another client, understandable, asked me to have our log home builder send him a PDF ( which I did ) and we would make an appointment to design the interior. Still waiting.... The Star home.... found the carpet and flooring that I liked and had a guesstimate on the square footage. Was told to get the exact square footage so I could get a bid with shipping. Did that immediately thanks to the bid I received from another carpet store. Called to give them the footage, was sent to voicemail (twice). Nothing... While I was there picking out this, I asked if we could talk to their design person, they went to ask him and said he would be out in a minute. I guess out meant out the door as 20 minutes or so went by, they said he had left the building and was on his way to Caldwell. Thankfully the only thing Im out is my membership money ( not that much ) and time spent. This is a beautiful design store. I hope whom ever uses this has better luck then I did.

We had dealt with the old Pro Source in Boise about a year and a half ago before they were no longer Pro Source. The experience there was nothing short of a nightmare when we later tried to get information regarding a product we purchased to see about getting it fixed or replaced.When the new Pro Source opened up in Boise we went in and talked to Rick, the manager, and he went to bat for us even though he had NOTHING to do with the former issue and we had only the information on hand (which was very little). He didnt have to do anything to help us but he went above and beyond to get us some resolution.I would recommend Pro Source in Boise now to anyone who asked me about flooring products.Do some homework on your installer however - Pro Source has a list of installers but they cant and dont guarantee the installers work (although they DO appreciate it when you let them know good or bad on an install job).

We were very clear what we wanted. They told us no problem. When it was time to do the project, they kept procrastinating, causing us delays. Than we received an email saying they couldnt do our project now putting us weeks behind schedule. Rude, unprofessional, unorganized. Making us run all over doing their work to their suppliers. It really was a stressful experience unnecessary when youve already been through 10 months of construction.

Very impressed we will be buying some vinyl planking from them for our own house!

Mike at ProSource is fantastic. I have used them a few times and each experience was better than the last.
